Description of Work: The team, headed by Bruce Crouch, stretched carpets in two rooms, and steam cleaned six rooms plus stairs and hallways. In our kitchen, family and utility rooms, they steam cleaned more than 500 ft.² of tile and grout, and sealed the grout. Mr. Crouch, a friendly native Northern Virginian, has been cleaning floors for many years. He's very experienced and I was pleased by the work. In fact our 27 year old grout looked new, afterwards.

Description of Work: 4/23/2012 Used Loudoun Valley Floors for resurfacing, adding additional wood floors, and carpet in home purchase. Wood floors came out perfect. Could not tell where new additional wood flooring connected to flooring already in home. Carpet was installed in bedrooms without any issues. Loudoun Valley Carpet cleaned area rugs and stored them until we were ready to have them delivered. Area rugs came out like new. Would highly recommend both.
