Description of Work: Cascades Comfort Services performed the annual HVAC maintenance as well as cleaning/treating the condensate line on my HVAC. I can't say enough about their professionalism, friendliness, quality of work, and their respect of my home. I highly recommend Cascades Comfort Services.

Description of Work: AC was working hard, not shutting off. Found that it was low on coolant and added more.

Description of Work: This was the spring check-up for two A/C units at my house. The technician from Cascades Comfort Servces was right on time, went to the attic for one A/C unit, then the basement for the other, and then outside to the two condensing units. The total price was almost double the cost for a similar check-up last year, but when I called they explained that it was to clean out leaves & dirt in the outdoor units, as to cut branches that were blocking airflow to the outdoor units. This firm has services the furnaces in early winter, and I am very satisfied with their service overall.

Description of Work: Robert came to the house to reconfigure some duct work. $140.00/hr labor seemed high-but estimated job time was an hour or so. All seemed well until Robert asked me if I had A pry bar;several minutes later a water pipe was broken. To his credit, he was able to fix the pipe he broke,and finish the duct work. Sadly, the duct work was finished poorly and I'll need to tighten up. Robert was at my house for three hours-and I was charged $385.00 labor-an hour of which he had to spend reparing the water pipe. I definently would steer clear of this company.
