All went very well.

Their work was excellent. I brought one of the offers from Angie’s List. They are great and I would definitely recommend them. Their price seemed very reasonable. They showed up exactly on time.

This was our first experience using the BIG DEAL offer and we were very pleased with the work and the Big Deal process. The owner personally and promptly responded to our request and contacted us several times regarding the work we needed, materials we hade available and scheduling. He arrived on time and with all the tools, ladders etc needed to perform the service. He explained in detail the condition of our chimney trim and siding deterioration which we were unable to see due to the second floor location. Decayed trim was repaired and weatherized. Siding was trimmed back where it was rotted against the roof, replaced and caulked. Repaired areas were painted and sealed. He provided photos of his finished work.Owner is very professional in his description of deterioration, offers solutions and detailed explanation of repairs.

I went with Angie's Big Deal, where Zeropunchlist provided two hours of service for $75. The couple times I had to schedule, then reschedule an appointment due to my schedule fluctuations, Wes and crew were accommodating and flexible. Not once were they impolite or impatient, as I have delt with contractors in the past. Wes came on time, fixed a hole in my garage roof seamlessly, and fixed a frustrating electrical problem that previous "contractors" I had hired from Craigslist worked on. The previous contractors butchered a job that should have been simple, then said for electricity to the shed to work properly, I'd have to spend more for another electrical hookup. Wes fixed the whole mess effortlessly, even going 20 min. over the time limit to make sure it was finished. Furthur, he not only cleaned up his mess, but organized extra materials neatly. Class act.

I got an Angie's List Big Deal for the day for two hours. The price was good for two hours. He took his shoes off when he came inside. He knew what he was doing. The quality of his work was good. He was a few minutes late, but he did call and let us know. It was a good experience overall.

I purchased the Big Deal: 2 hours of handyman service for $75. I promptly received an e-mail from Mr. Hinden containing a comprehensive list of the services he performs, instructions on how to prepare to get the most out of the 2 hours, and even a list of available days and time slots to pick from. I was so impressed by his organization and professionalism! I responded with the time slot I wanted and a brief description of what I needed--repair of a hole in a piece of trim. His e-mail communication was prompt and excellent. He showed up on time, and got right to work. And he worked fast--he finished the job with time to spare, so he looked around for more things to fix. He fixed two of our gutter downspouts that had separated from our house, and caulked in various areas. He also fixed our back door so that it finally latched perfectly when closed, something we had struggled (unsuccessfully) to fix ourselves ever since it was installed years ago. Mr. Hinden was very knowledgeable about such a wide range of services. He pointed out external areas that needed to be painted to protect the wood, told us what to use to repair some rotted boards on our front porch, and taught us about the maintenance-free material he used to repair the hole in our trim. I think it's really difficult to find someone you can trust to do the job quickly and properly in situations like this unless you "know someone who knows someone". Well, Mr. Hinden is that "someone"! He will definitely be our go-to guy from now on.

I purchased an Agie's list deal for $75.00 for 2 hours of handman services. Weston responded with 24 hours of purchase to schedule. I provided a list of items that needed fixing, but many were larger scale projects that could be done later on. He advised on the work he could complete within the 2 hours prior to coming. When he arrived he reviewed all items on my list and gave good advice on when the other items should be tackled. For this visit he would fix the old fashioned glass doorknobs that kep coming off and fix a door that wouldn't close. He not only fixed the ones I identified to tightened up the others (6) and rehung/sanded 3 doors (not just the one requested) so that all closed easily. He also cleaned out the dryer vent. He cleaned everything up, swept the porch and wore moccasins inside the house. He spent more than 2 hours and was a please to work with. i would highly recommend him to anyone. He has a large truck and brings everything with him. Plus, I got the free Snake Rake and its great! I'm thrilled because its the first time these doors have closed properly in 25 years or more. I'll definitely call on him again.

Weston was a little late, but he did call to explain. Once he got here, he was very knowledgeable and explained what he could do and how it could be done. He gave good advice regarding some issues we agreed he did not have time to do and will submit a bid. I will certainly call him for additional work. He is a gentleman.

Excellent experience overall. This was a small job but I appreciated Mr. Hinden taking his time and treating my tasks as very important. Excellent attention to detail. Mr. Hinden made many helpful suggestions and was willing to discuss other projects I had in mind for my home. I was very satisfied with the work performed. I would definitely use this contractor again and feel he could be trusted with much larger jobs.

The new brake works great. He did the work for just cost and did not charge me for labor. He is very friendly and personal with his work. He is a perfectionist and an inventor. He is very creative and I've always admired in him for that.

They were very professional, however we decided to go with another company who provided the same services for a better price.

I have a degree in interior design and have remodeled three houses in the last 15 years, two of them down to studs. I have worked with every type of trades person there is and Weston is the best of the best. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, he arrived on time, we walked through the job, he asked a ton of questions to be sure we were on the same page, and set a very fair price. He even talked me into waiting on one of my projects because he could tell I didn't quite have the design finalized in my mind! I was holding off on ordering the shelves until I found someone to install them so I ordered them that afternoon. I emailed Weston the following week to let him know the shelves would be in on Thursday and he put me on his schedule for Friday, THE NEXT DAY and told me that he could finish everything in one day! I laughed at that because I have NEVER, in 15 years, had a contractor finish a job in the time he originally quoted. Weston asked when he could start on Friday and I told him 9:00am, he arrived at 9:00am! He and James worked straight through the day (I don't think they even took a lunch break) and finished at 5:05pm. I was thrilled! Thrilled with the quality of the work, the fact that it really took one day, and how amazingly pleasant and clean they were. When they left you could not tell that the work had been done that afternoon. They didn't leave behind a speck of dust or trash and they even hauled off the boxes that the shelves came in. I really can't recommend them more highly. I almost didn't write this because I want to keep them as my secret...I don't want to wait to get on their schedule for my next project(s)!
