Mind In The Gutter

No issues. Changed date without providing a new date however. They just showed up and did the work.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Mind in the gutter was busy so it took a while to schedule them, but today three men arrived and went three stories up in a very hard to reach part of the roof, cleaned, repaired and added aluminum gutter guards to the whole house. They used screws to fasten the guards and trimmed the outside edges. (great job). I gave each man a well deserved tip because they do dangerous work and deserve a lot of credit for what they do. Nice guys, Great job, Reasonable price. A+++++

We have a very high roof so it is often difficult to find someone who will clean our gutters at a reasonable price. They did a good job of cleaning gutters/downspouts. Arrived on time and cleaned up mess.

They were okay. They were decent. They showed up. They left quite a bit of debris on the ground.

After filling out the online service request form, I was contacted very shortly by the company. Once they established a price for the gutter cleaning services, I was told they would be at my residence the following Tuesday. That day came, and went, and no one showed up. Confused, I contacted the company again explaining that no one had showed up to my house on the previously scheduled date. I received a response from the company apologizing for the schedule mishap, and said they would be out the next Monday. That Monday came, and went again with no one from the company showing up to perform the service, nor any notice (again) that they were going to be unable to come by. Note - both of these instances occurred after I explicitly inquired via email as to whether I would be contacted if there would be date change for the requested service. Again, I emailed the company explaining that for the second time, no one had showed up to clean my gutters when they were supposed to. I requested for them to come out a third time ASAP to perform the work. I received no response for two days after (now Wednesday). On that Wednesday evening, I arrived home and the gutters had been cleared of all debris, and an invoice was in my mailbox for the work performed. To my dismay, the invoiced price was approx. 25% higher than the initial quote I received via email. Not only did I not receive notice that the company was going to perform the work this day, but I was quoted an incorrect price. There was no indication on the invoice that the increased charge was due to additional work done. I would not recommend this company, nor will use in the future. They grossly failed to meet my expectations of a service company between their lack of communication and misrepresentation of pricing. Provided, the service was performed to a reasonable level of satisfaction. However, I sincerely feel that if I did not continue to email them to remind them to perform this service at my house, they would have never showed up.

It worked out fine. I'd use them again. They cleaned up after themselves.

It was all good. Everything was positive. They were punctual and kept the area neat and clean and worked quickly.

After promptly receiving a bid, I accepted the bid a number of times and received no response.

Horribly they never even call to say they were not coming after scheduling a month in advance. They said they would be out her the next day and no one showed up. I do not recommend them they do not follow through with what they said they would do.

The process went well. I purchased a coupon through Angie's List and was immediately contacted by the company over email to schedule the service. They were very professional and everything went smoothly.

Excellent. Prompt communication and scheduling. Property had no debris left on site.

This could not be any easier. I signed up through Angie's List. the price was a special Angie's members and significantly lower than other companies. I did not need to be home when the service was provided. They climbed on roof with a huge vac, hose connected directly to truck. Over and done in minutes and clean up included. When i communicated with owner via Angie's messaging, his response was always prompt. Great company.

I called the contractor three times and completed his website contact form and it took over a week to receive one call back that I missed. I returned his call twice and texted him once and after yet another week, still no return call. The contractor is either too busy or unresponsive so in either event if you are in need a quick response, I would suggest you connect with someone else.

Overall did a good job- cleared out cluttered gutters for a reasonable price. Friendly and professional crew.

They did a great job and cleaned up everything when done.

Not well. It took 1 month to go from initial contact (May 14) to getting an estimate (June 14). Signed the estimate, they said they were busy so we scheduled the installation about 2 months in the future (Aug 2). Date comes, no show, no call, no email. I call and he said they were running a week behind, said he would call me back that night. No call. Emailed him to follow-up on getting it scheduled, he sent me an email saying they would be here Aug 11. Once again, no show, no call, no email. This wouldn't have been a problem if they would just let me know ahead of time that they couldn't make it, or that they were too busy to take on the job. Lack of communication is just lazy. I do not recommend Mind In The Gutter.

Ethan and his guys did a great job. They ran into a snafu with the previously scheduled job, so my own installation was pushed back a day. That happens to the best of us. They were efficient and those gutters look so good! Very satisfied.

They used our hose to clean the gutters on the back of the house and left a mess over the desk. on the back door, and the side of the house. Want use them again.

After cleaning, gutters flowed all water quickly off the roof and worked great!

Called me promptly to schedule service, showed up when promised and did a fantastic job, even blowing my very large driveway clean which I did not expect. I will use this service again.

Overall, I was satisfied with the work done, but I wish there was better communication regarding availability. There were a couple of times when the company said they would be out and weren't, and the communication regarding this didn't seem to be of great concern. However, the work was completed.

Once contact was made, it was extremely easy to have them scheduled to come out and perform the work (within about a week). The service was done when we were away from home. Gutters are clean and they were able to provide photos of the proof!
