I got new gutters and gutter guards on my house and garage. I wanted to leave a Shout-Out to Mind In the Gutters. They are Professional, deliver Quality workmanship, are timely and cost-effective. They are super nice folks local folks, and I was happy to pay them.

They showed up on time and we’re done in 30 minutes on a two story 12 pitch 22’ high home!

TERRIBLE SERVICE----I have used this company for gutter cleaning for a number of years & never had a problem in the past. Lately service and responsiveness have greatly deteriorated. Called in mid July 2021 for gutter cleaning left voice mail message no call back. After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, I call back again. This time I get the owner (Ethan). He claims to have not gotten the phone message. So I schedule appointment for next available date Monday, August 9, 2021. Today is Wed. August 18 and no service yet. I called and left message on Friday, Aug. 13, again on Monday, Aug 16 and again on Tuesday, Aug. 17.....Despite the nice voice mail message saying that he will return a call as soon as possible, I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. So today August 18, 2021 I called a left him a message to cancel my August 9 appointment....This business is NOT COMMUNICATING, SO I CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND.

No one from Mind In The Gutter returned my call. I called twice to get an estimate and my call was not returned.

Excellent. I noticed my gutters were clogged about a month before I typically get them cleaned and MITG was able to squeeze me in the next week since I had a big issue. Thank you so much. Really appreciated, will definitely use again.

They did outstanding work, and left everything clean. The only way I knew they came was because of the excellent flow of our gutters and downspouts the next time it rained! I will be calling them every year.

They always do a great job of clearing out the gutters and cleaning up afterwards. They are careful not to damage roof or gutter. Removed ineffective gutter shields to help with gutter performance during heavy rainfall.

Went well, product was too short, had to be reordered, came on Tuesday to do the work, found out the product was too short, came back on Friday to complete.

Great - they came out, fixed it in no time, and even gave me an estimate of additional work on the spot.

They say that the downspouts were packed with pine needles, and that something wasn't right with a spout in the back. I can't tell what kind of job they did, so the questions above aren't valid. I don't plan on having them again because I plan to sell the house before it needs to be done again.

Extremely good. Outstanding company. Prompt, answered questions, owner of company was very helpful and did everything exactly as he recommended. Installers were easy to work with, answered my questions, and did an outstanding job. I will definitely use them again and would strongly recommend Mind in the Gutter. Great company.

I have used Mind In The Gutter for many years. They installed my current gutters with the promise that they would come out and clean them when necessary. For the last several years it has been a battle to get them to respond, to show up when scheduled, to let me know if they weren't going to be able to make it, and to do a decent job if they do finally manage to show. I have talked to Ethan many times about these unacceptable business practices, and all he has are excuses if he replies at all.

I received a quote, signed it, and was given an installation date in November, 2018. He canceled due to weather (which is understandable). I have reached out to Ethan via email and phone (left numerous voicemails) and he has never returned an email or a voiceail.

They did what they said they would be doing.

After initial response and scheduling, the contractor never showed on the date agreed to and never replied to further requests to resolve.

Accepted estimate and waited six weeks for an available date—no show and no call with an explanation. Our multiple follow up inquiries about the status of our job have been ignored. While we understand how weather can cause postponements, we do not understand just not showing up and not taking the time to return a phone call from the scheduled customer wondering what happened. From reading other reviews, a lack of response seems to occur frequently with this company. We will be looking for another contractor.

We have used this company several times in the past and were very pleased with their promptness, quality and professionalism. However, something has changed and I am not sure what happened. I know we have had an inordinate amount of rain, but that has nothing to do with communicating with customers or not showing up for a scheduled job. I tried to reach Ethan by email twice and by phone several times. I could not leave a message because his voice mail was full. I finally reached him and we scheduled for a month out- July 27th after 12:00 PM. I told him I was having a problem with clogged gutters and I was concerned about damage. We had water come in the basement due to clogging. He No-Showed on the 27th and never called. I waited all day, tried to call him and could not reach him. Now I have a roof leak. I feel that he has let us down and I'm sad that I can't use them again.

It was really easy to work with Ethan and team. He provided a detailed estimate and pointed out a few items I had not noticed and gave us the option of repairing. The repair, cleaning and guard installation were all very satisfactory as was the clean up after the job. Additionally, I believe the price was fair. I will say due to how busy they are the appointment was further out than I would have liked, but I guess that they are in demand is actually a good sign.

Based on all positive reviews, we had them come out to provide a quote. When we followed up to schedule, they went dark. I called and emailed several times and never got a response.
