Mind In The Gutter

They did a great job. The day they were suppose to come out it rained but I was told prior if that was the case they would come out the next available clear day. Mind In The Gutter came out the next day and cleaned the gutters.

They did a pretty good job. They were prompt, professional and when they clean the gutters they take bags up there and fill them up instead of throwing it on the ground, which I really like.

We were previous customes and have been very satisfied both times. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner.

The two gentleman who came to my home were punctual (actually a half hour early) and polite. I knew I had a couple of clogged downspouts, in addition to a couple of toys courtesy of my 8-year-old son. The guys did an initial run around the house clearing debris from the gutters (approx. 150 sq ft). Then it took them about 20 minutes to do the actual gutter cleaning. They were speedy and didn't leave any mess around at all. It rained not long after they left and no more clogs! I wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

Gutters were cleaned and the repair was made. I did point out an area were I keep having water overflow the gutter. I was assured it was from the debris in the gutter which he removed. Six days later we had a storm and my gutter overflowed again. I called the owner while it was storming and asked him to call me back to discuss my issues and he never responded.

I called several times over a period of a week to schedule service. I left messages but never received a call back. Very frustrating!

The first available appointment was several weeks out, and the person I spoke with confirmed that no one needed to be home for the cleaning to be performed. The day they were supposed to clean the gutters, I came home and saw that the cleaning had not been done. The next day I called multiple times to try to find out what had happened. No one returned my message, and no one answered when I called later in the week. I'd read that the company had a history of no-shows, but that when they performed the work it was well-done. Unfortunately, it appears I fell into the no-show category.

It went very well. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job, including cleaning up after themselves.

Ray was very efficient. He lifted up all the gutter guards and cleaned the gutters thoroughly. He went above and beyond to kill a wasps nest and fix a problem area of the gutter.

No problems, though as I mentioned, they're supposed to return to get a spot they missed.

I was scheduled for 5/19 and the provider was a NO SHOW. I sent two emails and got no response from the provider. I called AL and had my money refunded.

Terrible experience. First call and the owner is nice but... On the day of the appointment, I called since it was past my appointment time and responds with "oh well your appointment time was supposed to be AROUND" the appointment time and that his guy was running "a few" minutes late. 2 hours later I call back and no response, leave a voice message and get no call back for hours. They finally came and did the job, but at a time I did not want them at my home. On top of that, they left my gate open so that my dog could get out. I even had to go back behind them and clean one gutter out myself since it still wasn't draining. Bottom line, don't expect professionalism and if they screw up don't expect them to make up for your inconvenience. They're prompt and reliable when it comes to invoicing you though.

It went well. I felt it was handled professionally and Ethan guessed I may have more damage underneath, but when they went in, it was not as bad as they had guessed, so it didn't cost quite as much, which almost never happens!

They were supposed to come on a certain date but they didn't. When I called, they said they had tried to contact me to tell that they couldn't come that day but I never got a call or an email or anything. We eventually got it done, there was no problem. The weather was bad for a while and they couldn't come. I don't blame them for that. The contact would have been nice. They were very quick when they started their work. They got their gutters cleaned and they cleaned up after themselves.

Never knew they were here and they cleaned up all debris coming out of the gutters
