Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and inspected for any roof debris. Courteous. Only issue was they were scheduled for Monday, I didn't hear from them and they showed up Wednesday about an hour before I received the email response that they had routing issues and re-scheduled for Wednesday. Wasn't really a big deal because I didn't have to be home. Would use them again. |MA

Description of Work: Mind in the Gutter quickly scheduled the gutter cleaning after I purchased the service via Angie's list. Their communications regarding date/time of service were clear and the service was performed on the date scheduled. The crew was professional and quickly completed the work. We were pleased with this company and contracted with them to perform gutter cleaning twice per year.

Description of Work: The work was fine but we had a lot of issues getting in contact with the company when attempting to verify scheduling, I had actually called to cancel and refund the deal and the company showed up the next day without notifying us to complete the work, they left a note to advise they had completed the job but never called us to follow up or confirm the appointment.

Description of Work: Cleaned the entire gutter system, which encompasses the entire perimeter of the roof. I asked for special attention in one area and the tech ensured it was done. During the rain that followed, I saw no issues, as I've seen in previous storms. They were in, out, cleaned up and gone. No left over gutter residue or remnants. I used to clean gutters part time in my prior life and these guys do it very well. They are courteous and professional. Thank you AAG!
