Mind In The Gutter

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did a good job. They came out on the day we scheduled. They did a good job and were quick. I did not have much contact with them. They came, announced themselves at my door, did the work and left; that was it.

We purchased 3 coupons in total. The jobs were to clean gutters on our personal home and 2 rental properties. Everything went well, no probs and we even got them to create a quote for us on a new home. So yes, would recommend.

The crew called me when they were about 20 minutes from my home, as requested. I met them there and they went to work.. quickly. They were done within 30 minutes and I have a hip-style roof so 4 sides. They cleaned up any debris that fell and then let me know when they were done. Very polite and punctual and a job well done!

The crew was towards the end/a little after our scheduled time to come clean the gutters, however, they were very quick and even helped us drill in a section of the gutter spout to the side of the house. I would say that they did their job and then some and would recommend them to anyone.

Mind in the Gutter guys were to be here clean out our gutters during the morning hours of April 2nd. I didn't hear from them by 10:00 or so, so I called the contact number. I actually talked to a real person instead of reaching a voice mail. He was very responsive and courteous and gave me an approximate time his guys would be at our home. They showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. Both men were very polite and worked quickly and safely and were gone in 30 minutes. I asked the driver to call me to let me know if they ran across any issues with the guttering and if there were any clogged gutters. (We left shortly after they arrived and started working.) I received the call just as they were leaving with his report. No guessing with these guys. They let me know everything about the work they performed on our home's guttering.

These folks were highly responsive. We were able to schedule a time for them to come out and do everything over the phone, since my husband and I are both busy professionals. They cleaned out gutters that are three floors up from a deck that's already 10 feet of the ground - very precarious! The deck and grounds beneath were perfectly tidy when we arrived home. No muss, no fuss!

I bought a deal on Angie's List to get my gutters clean for my entire house. They were prompt, very quick and efficient. They did not let me know they were here or gone, which is okay because they did a fantastic job. Blew my roof and decks too. I would recommend them!

We purchased a deal through Angie's List for cleaning our gutters. They contacted us quickly. We were able to schedule a time for them to come out easily. They showed up on time, performed the job well and cleaned up afterwards. The workers were very friendly. They talked to us about gutter guards but were not pushy whatsoever. We would definitely use them again!

Very responsive and professional. It hasn't rained since the cleaning, so can't really judge the work, but this is one of those things that I think is either done or not. Ethan set a date, and showed up as committed. Very easy to get this done. Would use them again?in fact I bought a second deal for a second home.

The service was great and they did an excellent job! They cleaned up the mess and left nothing behind. They were all in uniform and looked like a first class operation. They do more work than expected so I was very pleased.

They arrived at the time specified and followed up with a phone call.

We needed to have a portion of our gutters replaced. Ethan was very responsive and easy to work with. His crew did a great job on both the replacement and cleaning the remaining gutters.

Professional but nothing that I could not do myself. Cleaned out gutters with a water hose. Big Deal. 1 Month later huge clog with more debris.

The gutters were cleaned out by hand and then blown out to provide an excellent cleaning. Water was also poured into the down spouts to clear them of any debris that went down them. What impressed me was the fact that debris was blown off the nearly-flat metal roof before the gutters were cleaned. This was an extra step that I'm sure would not be done by everyone; i.e. the gutters could have been cleaned without that extra step. Finally all the debris was picked up and taken away. I also learned that Mind in The Gutter can also do gutter and Leaf-Relief guard installation and repair. I highly recommend them!

I had purchased the service through Angie's list for $100. They did not show up on the date planned, but a snow storm probably affected their scheduling. They did a great job and the price could not be beat.

They came out, but I don’t remember them calling or scheduling an appointment. I had my neighbor tell me that they did the work. As far as I could tell they did the gutter cleaning and it was well done.

I used an Angie's list coupon and the were great and did fabulous cleanup of the area too.

Cleaned upper story gutters that had not been cleaned in many years. They were very efficient and their service ws excellent in every respect.
