Mind In The Gutter

Wrote twice, never responded. I have used this company in the past with great results. Disappointed as my window o execution has closed. Will have to wait to find someone else.

Unfortunately Never received response from business despite sending email via website, separate email to address, and even left a phone call message. Not sure what is going on. They had come out before about a year ago and although had some issues with getting in contact, never had zero response. Maybe there are getting too big and have lost ability to respond to customer request in a timely fashion. I first initially contacted them back at end of May and sent follow up about a week later and phone call a week after that...No 4 weeks later and still no response.

Not great. Took a while to schedule and then had to have them come back out again to complete a section they skipped.

I’ll never reach out to them in the future.

Went great. One call to them was all it took for them to come and clear the gutters.

We had our gutters cleaned by Mind in the Gutter for the first time in March 2018. When the gutters were cleaned, the technician pointed out a couple of potential problem areas on the second floor as well as a gutter that appeared to be sloped incorrectly. Our house has 2 stories and is approximately 30 years old. The gutters are as old as the house. Mind in the Gutter is full service gutter company, so we requested an estimate. Ethan Powers, the owner, provided a quote for 6" seamless gutters on the back and front of the house with leaf guards on the second floor. A damaged fascia board needed to be replaced as well. We have a custom trim color. The gutter colors that he could provide were close to, but lighter than, our existing trim. Ethan told us that he could fabricate the gutters and leave them with us to be painted. We accepted the quote and his crew showed up, removed the old gutters and fabricated the new. They also left a fascia board that I could paint as well. Proceeding this way allowed us to avoid any conflict with neighborhood covenants. We were impressed by the fact that the crew came to work on a Saturday to finish the job. The crew we worked with was outstanding. Every one of the men was courteous, friendly, and professional. They were focused and paid attention to detail. The fascia board was replaced and the installer asked me for paint to paint the caulk line on the second floor! They had also provided me with downspout straps when they fabricated the gutters so that I could paint them to match as well. It was a quality job from start to finish. I always value service personnel who respect property and work safely. The crew that we had represent this company well.

The person that I had used for gutter cleaning services was a fireman who stopped performing that service as a result of knee replacement surgery. Based on recommendations from multiple sources, I contacted Mind in the Gutter. My wife and I were completely satisfied with all aspects of the service. The person who performed the work was punctual, responsive, and professional. We were particularly impressed by the fact that there was no evidence of any of the debris removed from the gutters anywhere. The provider also pointed out a couple of areas that we might consider addressing in the future. He respected the property and worked safely.

They showed up right on time and did a great job.

Techs did just fine, cleaned up after themselves and seemed like they cared about their work product even though it was late in the day when I'm sure they were tired. A little late to my job but even doctors run late, later in the day.

Went great, they came and cleaned gutters as scheduled for a reasonable price.

Weather delayed the initial appointment. They called and we re-scheduled for the weekend. They showed up on time, did good work quickly, and were polite and professional.

The gentleman showed up and did a great job cleaning the gutters, which still had the fall leaves in them. They were quick and efficient and left no mess and were nice guys to boot!! Very satisfied and will use them again!

Excellent experience. Replacement gutters, hangers, and workmanship are all high quality. Workers were very polite, answered questions, and knew what they were doing. During the bid, Ethan, the owner, made some good suggestions to deal with a problem area with my current gutter setup. Price was very reasonable, I think. The bid was higher than some other estimates but the quality of gutters and hangers, and spacing of hangers, will make a big difference in how long they last. Ethan also came by on the first day of work. I always appreciate knowing the owner is checking on things.

The owner kept good communication by text, alerting us of weather delays and anticipated time of arrival. They rang the doorbell to let us know they were at the residence and cleaned up afterward. I’m very pleased with their work.

They did a great job. There was no debris left around the house. Other than the note they left you would not have know they were here! Great Job!!

I've used Mind in the Gutter 3 times previously and today the work seemed to be going as planned. Then one of the two workmen noticed me looking up at the gutters and asked me if I saw something and when I pointed out a place where there were still leaves overflowing, he said "Why don't you just back off and let us do our jobs!" Needless to say, I was taken aback and sent an email to the proprietor. As they were wrapping up the job, the individual rang me doorbell and apologized but proceeded to tell me that I was wrong for interfering with his "concentration". When i pointed out that I fully reserve the right to observe anyone working on my house, he went into a rant about how they did the best they could considering the poor condition of my house. I will find another service to clean my gutters in the future.

I use this co on an annual basis to clean my gutters & downspouts. Will continue to use them and would recommend without hesitation.
