Mind In The Gutter

This company was to come to my house yesterday and clean all my gutters. I was told that they would be at my house on 7.1.14 between 10-11am. I waited and no one showed up. I called to find out what was going on but no one answered the phone. I did leave two messages, one at noon and the other at 2pm asking to be called back. This company's response is not correct. It was not an issue of them being late; they did not show up at all, and the owner did not call me back twice. He did not return my calls or leave any messages the day the crew was due at my house. He left a message the next day, saying he didn't know why his crew did not show up, that he had been out of town, etc. I preferred to have my money refunded than to risk another "no show."

They were great. Gutters clean, On Time, and paid price quoted.

The guys showed up on time and did a good job. They removed all debris from the roof and gutters. The job took about an hour and I would use them again.

Contacted me quickly through Angie's list messaging to nail down the appt. time. Communicated to me that I did not have to be at home unless I wanted to. Came home, gutters were cleaned, no issues at all.

It went well The crew was on time and performed well All the guys were pleasant and worked hard.

Great. We are not talking about building the Great Wall of China here but about doing a small job,cleaning up everything and producing a quality outcome with no hassles. That is what the two men they sent out did. .

I used this company through Angie's list before. Same great service. They emailed me to tell me when they would do the job and they were there on that day and did a great job!

I actually need a new roof, so I am getting a refund.

Gutters were cleaned and debris removed from the yard area in garbage bag. All covers installed. Good service. Quick, quiet and efficient.

The job was done punctually and professionally, including cleanup and removal of gutter debris. First class in every respect.

Great job with the gutter cleaning from what I can see, though I didn't climb a ladder to inspect! They even replaced a gutter guard that had fallen down during a windstorm. The price was great, their service was prompt and professional and I will definitely use them again. My only suggestion for improvement is that they leave an invoice or some sort of note at the front door indicating the work was performed, in case the homeowner is not present. The provider contacted me promptly after purchase and scheduled me for their next available date. It took a few weeks, but that is expected with the sale. I wasn't home, but I was able to see that they did a great job (some gutters are visible through upstairs windows) and the gutters are clearly flowing again. I see no damage from their work (no plant damage, marks on the house, etc.) and they didn't just throw the leaves on the ground - not sure where they went, but they didn't leave a mess. Overall I'm highly satisfied and would definitely use them again.

This was the second time we have used them and it went great. Give you a day they will show up and you don't even have to be there. Do the work, clean up the yard and leave the bill. Great experience!

The guys were great. They arrived on time, called before the verify the appointment. They picked up all the debris from the gutter, didn't leave any trash on the ground and ran water down the gutters to make sure everything was clean. Great job and would recommend and use again.

Once purchased, I receive a response in a very timely manner. They let me know that I did not have to be here when they came and ask for a contact number just in case they had any questions. I came home from running errands for the day. The gutters were cleaned and no mess anywhere. It was perfect timing. It rained the next day and everything flowed as it should.

It went very well, they were very prompt and did a great job.

Approximately 3 guys from Mind in the Gutter arrived and immediately went work. They moved a utility trailer to get to the first story gutters and used extension ladders to get to the second story gutters. They used plastic bags to remove all debris from the gutters with minimal damage to my yard. They also used hand held blowers to remove any additional debris from the roof line. In all, it took about 30 minutes for them to arrive, prep, work and cleanup. I would definitely hire this company again.

Fantastic job. Not only did they clean the gutters but they hosed off our entire house to remove pine tags that were resting on the roof but not in the gutters. Will use them again.

Bought new house and used Angie's list coupon to have gutters cleaned. The 2 guys Ethan sent out were on time, prompt, and did a GREAT job. There wasn't a single leaf or pine needle left after they cleaned out the gutters anywhere! They also consulted with me concerning 2 gutters that needed to be re-directed. They explained the options I had, how it could be done, and took the time to ensure I understood what they were describing. they did all their work on top of having flooring contractors in the way installing hardwood floors. Ethan was also prompt in answering his emails and working with scheduling changes for me. I would recommend them to anyone. I will have them back again in May to do the add'l gutter work.
