It went fine, they did an excellent job, we contract them every year. We had the windows cleaned and the gutters, they have excellent performance at a reasonable cost.

They did a good job and I would use them again. I didn’t have any issues with them at all!

Fine, except that they used the blower to clean the last of the gutter deposits and made a mess in my neighbors' and my garden

It was good and went well. We had to pay a little more because our house was a little bigger than what the deal covered. They sent 2 people out to do the job. The workers were fine and they explained and answered all my questions.

I purchased the Angie's list Big Deal to have my gutters cleaned by this company. They were very pleasant and professional on the phone. We scheduled an appt. for this service and I later realized I had to go out of state. I suggested to them they come and do the job without me being here, which is what they did, so I did not meet them personally. I was very pleased with the results, though. They cleaned up well and left things as they had been. I have told several other people about this company, and I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

This is our second time to use Mind In The Gutter. From the first contact with them through the completion of the work, they are professional and courteous. They do a great job.

Requested an estimate through their website twice, and it wasn't until the second time that I was contacted and given an estimate. Nonetheless, once the estimate was received I had them put me on their schedule to do the work. Work was completed on the day it was scheduled and came home from work to clean gutters and no mess! Enjoyed watching the water gush out of my downspouts during a recent rainstorm. Will definately call them next time my gutters need cleaned!

Gutters were properly installed and the crew was professional and timely. Weather created some timely issues, but that wasn't the fault of Mind in the Gutters. I would use again.

Arrived on time. Keith and Jacob were professional and answered any questions I had. The did all the work completely and in a timely manner. They were careful in setting up ladders against the house. They removed the debris and used a blower to clean up areas around the front walk and back deck. I will contact Mind in the Gutter for future work.

That turned out good. I was not there when they did the work on a 2 story home. Scheduling was fine and it took them about a month to come out to do the service. They were able to get the job done on the day they said they would though.

so far so good -- I asked them to check a couple leaks (clogs) above doors but it hasn't rained

The two guys who came were great. Very professional and polite. Easily cleaned 2+ years of leaves, etc. out of our gutters. They even tightened up the screws on our gutters! We just bought our house in March and our home inspector told us they needed to be replaced/repaired, which we were not looking forward to. The guys said that our gutters are in great shape and should last a while longer - I really appreciated the honesty! I highly recommend them.

Two men arrived on time and they cleaned the gutters. They also made a few suggestions for the future. They were very polite and courteous and did a thorough job. I will definitely hire them again.

I’ve used them for a long time for gutter cleaning. They came and cleaned the gutters. I also paid them an additional $25 to put a gutter strap on one of the downspouts. I don’t look into the gutters to see if they’re spic and span to veryfiy the quality. When they were here, they either knocked it off or should have at least brought to my attention that one of the downspouts was separated from the gutter. They’re pretty average gutter cleaners. They are always prompt and very nice, though.

It is rare that my expectations are exceeded but this was the case with this company. When they arrived they came to the door and introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. They had the tools to perform the job. They cleaned the debris by hand and blower and flushed the gutter with a water hose. They cleaned up and were on their way in about 1-1.5 hrs I felt I got more than my monies worth. I would use them again & recommend them without reservation.

The men came on time and worked quickly. They could reach the 2nd-story gutters (my biggest concern), and quickly removed the debris with buckets emptied into garbage bags, There was nothing dropped or scattered in my yard. I can't see the gutters, but they're flowing freely, so I believe the company did a good job.

Two technicians arrived on time. My husband returned home to be sure they knew what was expected. The first technician took direction well and was polite. The 2nd technician was rude and seemed to only want to do the minimum. When my husband asked them to go back over an area because things were hanging on the gutter, the 2nd technician replied 'That's as good as it gets' or on another request 'We need to get out of here, we have other jobs to do' but the first technician directed him to respray the area and they finished cleaning. This type of exchange happened more than once during their visit and my husband called me to tell me he was not happy with the way the man spoke with him. We have a 2 story frame home with an attached garage and a separate shed, approx 2700 sq ft. We have a wooded lot so debris from oak and maple trees falls onto our roof and catches on our gutters. Our gutters have protective caps to prevent large debris from getting into the gutter but then some things hang on the outside of the gutter. After they sprayed the upper roof and gutter, that debris fell onto a lower roof. When they sprayed that lower roof, things hung on the lower gutter and they were going to leave it like that until my husband directed them to finish cleaning the lower gutter. They sprayed the roof and gutters of our detached shed (it was within the sq ft max) and they did a good job with that. If it were not for the 2nd technician, we would have given them a higher grade but you may want to be at home to be sure they know what to do.
