Mind In The Gutter

Very responsive! Timely and quality service. We purchased the special on Monday, provided three potential dates and were contacted later that afternoon. Our first choice for service, Wednesday (less than two days away), was arranged and confirmed by Ethan. The service was completed by the agreed upon time and looked great. A previous review mentioned that it would be nice if Mind the Gutter left a note or receipt to confirm their service for the Angie's List Gutter Cleaning, which I can confirm they do now leave a note. Previously they did not since the service technically was purchased through Angie's List and not their company. I would recommend their service and will use them in the future.

I had purchased a deal for Mind in the Gutter to clean my gutters and a date had been set for mid-January. Unfortunately, due to the weather, they were not able to come out for several weeks to clean the gutters. It was great that they were able to do the job without someone being at the house, however, I wish they would have reached out to me when they knew they couldn't come out during the scheduled time. I reached out a week or so after to see when they were going to be coming out as I noticed my gutters were still full. They replied fairly quickly and were able to come out about a week later. I would recommend them again but would request a notification if the work will need to be delayed.

The guys were very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with Mind in the Gutter. We had used them previously and wanted to bring them back again. We set up the appointment through an Angie's list deal. Unfortunately they couldn't make it out on the original date due to snow/sleet that day but they were able to reschedule us that same week to complete the work. They respond promptly and professionally to my emails and I've never had to follow up due to missed communication.

After the first visit we were so pleased that we asked to be a regular customer and Mind In The Gutter was going to put us on their schedule for 3-4 cleanings per year. I love this idea so I would not have to make the appointment and it would just happen throughout the year. This did not happen. I had to call and ask them to come for second cleaning. At that time, they did a great job and even cleaned my skylights for me. They told us they would come back in Dec. after all the leaves had fallen. It is now Feb., my husband and I have both called them several times over the last month. No return phone call and no service. So, we are taking our business elsewhere with a company that is responsive and reliable.

They are coming out on 2/9/15 if weather permits. Scheduling has been quite easy so far.

I consider myself a fairly patient and forgiving client, but I feel a poor review is justified in this case. Here are the details: When I called on 9 January, I was told the earliest date they could clean my gutters would be 28 January at 10:00am. Fair enough, I thought - it's winter and I'm sure they have a heavy workload. No one showed up on 28 January and I finally received a call at 1:30pm from Ethan notifying me that they were backlogged because of some snow we got the day before. I understood, and agreed to be rescheduled on Friday (30 January) at 10:00am. So, Friday 10:00am comes and goes, and no one shows up. No call, no nothing. At 12:50pm I called Ethan and left him a message asking what happened (why didn't anyone show up, especially since I had already been rescheduled once) and letting him know that the afternoon that day was not a good time to clean our gutters since we'd have a napping child at home that afternoon -- recall we had agreed on both original days that the cleaning would occur in the morning (10am). I also offered the following day as a good possibility to come back. Well, it's now 11am on Monday (2 February) and I haven't heard a peep from the company regarding what happened on Friday. I've tried to be patient, but unfortunately for them they've lost a customer and I'm disappointed in the lack of leadership I've seen.

All would have been fine if the provider left a note on the door stating work was done.

I scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. I called and left a message but never heard from anybody.

I was satisfied with the overall experience, including scheduling the work and the overall service.

We has issues with responsiveness but we were finally able to get the work finished.

Provider was prompt in responding to deal purchase. Arrived on time. Very professional. Cleaned gutters and hauled debris away.

Carlos and Keith were punctual, professional and friendly. Did the job efficiently. They even came back after I called and had a question about a suspected clog that was unresolved. They were very responsive and investigated the problem and found out what was happening and offered a solution. Mr. Powers the owner was approachable, came out to evaluate the additional problem himself and priced the repair. They were great overall and I would have no problem recommending them.

Service was promptly scheduled for friday 11/7. Towards the late afternoon on that day, They called to say they were unfortunately running behind and would like to reschedule for monday the 10th. Service was performed monday and they didn't leave any mess on the lawn so i hadn't even noticed they had performed their work! Customer service was quick and responsive. Would recommend and and use again.

They were great. They came out on time and did a good job.

They arrived promptly, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied.

It went really well and they took care of it and I did not have to be home. They also gave me a quote to repair an issue with the gutter and they were able to complete both jobs on the same day. The scheduling was fine and I had no problems with them. They also just sent me a bill for the repair which was nice.

I have used Mind in the Gutter in the past and they are always responsive, do what they say they will do and are very professional. They did a great job cleaning my gutters. The only reason I gave them a "B" on quality was that they left some dirt splashed on my house/back door and a lot of debris on my rain barrels. I think if I had been home when they performed the service, i might have been able to point this out to them and I'm sure they would have fixed it. I will use them again when I need to have my gutters cleaned.

Easy to schedule. They arrived on time, cleaned the gutters, then cleaned up after themselves. Would hire again.
