It went great. They notified us that there would be a delay due to weather and showed up when they said they would. The workers bagged up all of the gutter debris and hauled it off. We will be calling them again.

Came as promised, gutters clean, no mess left.

My experience with them went fairly well. It would be better if they cleaned up a little bit more. They didn't clean up all the mess and they left our gates open. Overall, they do what they say they're going to do and they do a pretty good job for a pretty good price.

They were pretty good. We may be calling them again because now they're full of leaves.

I have used this company before (with a coupon). They did a decent job.

Very satisfied with the service performed. There were three man who arrived and completed the job within 30 minutes. I would recommend that they notify the homeowner (call or knock on door) before performing the service but other than that, everything was great.

Showed up when they were supposed to, were very polite and handed me a letter confirming the service and price up front, cleaned gutters and cleaned up after themselves and left - I will use them again!

Company did a good job. Had to wait 2 weeks to get the job done but that's not a big deal.

After purchasing the deal, I was contacted via email within 24 hrs in order to schedule service. All emails were very professional. We agree for the company to come on Monday 10/26/2015 in the afternoon. At about 1pm that afternoon, I heard a truck outside of my house and it was Mind in the Gutter. As told, I did not have to be at home for them to complete the service. They were very nice, respectful, and professional. They completed the job within a 1/2 hour. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for helping keep me off a ladder.

The team came out and cleaned my gutters and downspouts Not only that but they also reattached one of downspouts that had detached and blew out my mulch beds under the gutters and my driveway! Very pleased, such wonderful service is hard to find.

I purchased the service through Angie's List and made an appointment by calling. He knew of my purchase and the appointment was made for a few weeks down the road because of his business. On the appointed day the team was a little behind schedule, but when I called they made their way promptly over. We live in Bon Air and have a lot of trees with acorns etc. that had been clogging up the gutters for a couple of years. (I'm not comfortable on the ladder reaching the highest level). They cleaned the gutters on all three levels of the house and did a fine job of restoring the leaf screens we have that had become displaced. They also cleared our French drains, except one which was clearly beyond reasonable repair. They were polite and courteous and cleaned up well when they left. Although I was hesitant about the price at first, in retrospect, it was well worth the service provided and I recommend them to others as I plan to call them next year as well.

It went fine. I have a two-story house with gutters in weird places all along the second story roof line. After I purchased the deal, they called me to set a date to clean the gutters. They said I didn't even have to be there. And then I came home from work and my gutters were cleaned out. This was great because I don't need to be up on a ladder.

Ethan came out and gave me a quote on the work I needed to get done. We exchanged emails and a few phone calls to schedule the work. Ethan told me that I needed to send him a copy of the contract with my signature. No excuses, I was slow to get him this. I called a couple of days after I faxed the contract to set up the work. I caught him on a job and he told me he would give me a call when he got back to the office. He didn't call that evening; I figured he got tied up. I week went by and nothing. I called him back and left a message that I was ready to go. Another week and a half and nothing. Pitiful professionalism. Even if you didn't want the anymore or couldn't fit me in; a phone call back explaining the situation would have been the right thing to do.

It was great! The 2 man crew did a very effective and super efficient job cleaning out our first and second story gutters. We even had poison ivy growing in one set, and they took care of that too. Couldn't be happier!

Overall very satisfied. We had been using Mind in the Gutter as a gutter cleaning service for a year while deciding whether to replace/repair old copper gutters. Decided to replace with aluminum gutters and install leaf guard. Ethan's price was on par with other companies' estimates, but he was very patient and helpful as we worked through the details of the job. He took old copper gutters to salvage yard and we split the profit. His two-man team was a bit late arriving in the morning but still finished the job by mid-afternoon. They were very courteous to my elderly mother. House looks terrific with new gutters.

The service was exactly as expected. Two guys showed up, cleared all of my gutters and were done in about an hour. Both guys were very nice.

I was contacted promptly after purchase of the offer through Angie's list message. A date was scheduled for service, and they promptly showed up on the agreed upon date. I have not been up on the roof, however, all the gutters I can see from within the house are cleaned and all are draining better. There was no mess left behind, and the brief interaction I had with the guys was professional.

MIND IN THE GUTTER did a good job. This is the second time I have used them. They were running a special last time so the price was a little higher than I wanted to pay this time but still the most affordable I found on Angie's list.

They showed up on time and completed the work. The only thing that bothered me was that on the very high hard to reach gutters debris was left on outside of some which could have been easily wiped while they were doing cleaning. Did not leave any mess on ground.

They didn't notify us when they were coming. They were actually supposed to come the day before and they showed up the next day in the morning. My husband and I were just discussing, "We're going to have to check see when they're coming," and here they were, at our door. He paid the amount online and then he got a statement from them that was less than what he paid online. I don't know what the confusion on that was. They were as good as the team that showed up last year. The last time we had them clean, we had asked them to automatically set to come and they didn't do that. They were supposed to call us and tell us when they were coming, and nobody called. They were just lucky that we were home.

The schedule was pushed back due to weather but they started promptly on the newly agreed upon start date. The crew was very professional and courteous. They quickly removed the old gutters and downspouts and then replaced them with new aluminum seamless 5" gutters with 3" x 4" downspouts and Leaf Exterminator Gutter Guards. They also repaired the downspouts on an old built in sunroom. They finished the installation in half a day (we have a 2200 sq. ft. rancher). All of the work looks great and far exceeds our expectations.
