Mind In The Gutter

At the direction of our contractor we call for an estimate for some gutter work. The repair and replacement estimate was made and we decided to move forward. When the guys came out to do the work the found out that there were two areas that were solidly clogged which had most likely been causing our problems . They cleaned and checked all of the gutters and tacked up a couple of places that weren't secure. They were very honest. I'm so very impressed at the honesty of these young men as they could have just sold me the replacement items and I would have paid triple what the owner ended up charging me for the work that they did. The owner kept in touch with delays in beginning work due to the rainiest season on record. No complaints, just praise for a job well done! Judy

Took 1.5 hours out of my work day to meet with Mind In The Gutter. No call, no show.

Arrived when scheduled and performed the work as advertied.

Provider came out to clean gutters. Did not clear them properly the first time. They came back out to correct the problem a second time. I still have gutters and downspouts that are not cleared. Left 2 email messages through Angies' List. Tried calling several times Monday-Thurs and I get a message that says the phone is busy every time and you can't leave a msg. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Oh it worked out wonderfully, I thought I answered that but guess I didn't.

They responded very quickly...heard from them the next day after purchasing the deal. Easy to set up appointment...they came early, while I was out, and I found a note on the door saying that they were all done. Since I'm not planning on climbing on the roof, I'm assuming that they did a good job. The evidence was on the ground...lots of mess from the gutters.

I came home to clean gutters and no cleanup.

They were very quick to respond. My contact with them was minimal but I was struck by how professional they were at every point of contact. They left a note letting us know that they had been by and thanking us for our business. Job appears to be done well. Really a no hassle experience.

I bought an Angie's Big Deal for $129 gutter cleaning. Following purchase, I received a quick reply regarding available service dates. On date of service, the workers showed up on time, cleaned the gutters, and reattached gutters on the front and back corners of my home for an additional $90, which was additional repair work I had previously requested. They finished the job quickly in 30 minutes and also were kind enough to use a leaf blower to move the roof debris away from the house. While the gutter cleaning price was a more expensive than the company I used last year through Angie's List ($99 in 2015), I'd use Mind In The Gutter again based on their good customer service, prompt scheduling, and quick quality work.

They did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters. It was a little delayed coming out but I can't fault them due to demand and weather. I would certainly use them again.

Three employees showed up, we talked at the front of the house, one handed me a letter (confirming gutter clean services provided), I advised that if they discovered any gutter damage to let me know. I went inside and noticed they placed a ladder at the front of the house and one person got on the roof. I went out and chatted with them for 1 minute. Within 15 minutes I heard a vehicle outside and noticed they were driving away without talking to me about what they found. I have a 2 story house and can't reach all of the gutters with my 16' ladder. After they left, I got my 16' ladder and looked at two separate areas where the gutters are lower. I found 1/2 inch of asphalt/stone build up each location and a toy in one location. I took pictures and would post if allowed. Obviously, they didn't do a full or thorough job to "clean the gutters"

Arrived punctually and proceeded to clean the gutters. Very thorough. I highly recommend.
