Beautifully. Guys arrived in time, were very responsive to our questions and cleaned up. Would go back to them in a minute. Our sales woman, Bethany, was very professional and was sweet at the same time.

The professionalism and expertise from the sales person to the installer were excellent. We always felt that the staff at CGM were there to help us make the best selection and to be pleased with our purchase.

We are more than pleased with the Stormy Night granite we selected. Sections and areas of two slabs were installed just as we envisioned. Make sure to get a bill nose edge on the cut out for sink if you have under granite sink. Very smooth and lessens chances of chips with sink usage over time.

CGM worked with us and our contractor to insure smooth transitions.$3200

Three workers took 4 hours to complete the project. They left the area clean.

I worked with Classic Granite on 2 vacation homes at Lake Anna. Both times, they made the process of choosing a material, brand and color very easy. I worked with Andy who has a great sense of style/design and knows his business. Both times I brought samples (paint, flooring, cabinetry, hardware, etc.) and told Andy what I was looking for in the room(s). After talking, Andy would give me 3 or 4 choices and each option was spot on! I didn't have to first walk through a warehouse with 1000's of slabs to try and pick something. When we went to the warehouse, it was to look at specific products. Love Classic Granite! I wish they had a location in Northern Virginia!

Excellent service. Guys were very professional and end product is great. We had looked for granite for a long time and the sales folks were not pushy at all.

Really well. Brandon, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and walked us around the yard and inside. They have a large selection. They held the piece we picked, and then delivered it promptly when scheduled, and the installation was high quality and professional.

Classic Granite was awesome! We had an issue with my cabinets not being able to hold the weight of the stone. This was not discovered until after my old counter top was removed....on a Friday afternoon of course. Classic Granite, came out on a Saturday morning, reinforced my cabinets (would have been a $250.00 Charge), installed the granite, and had their plumber re-connect the plumbing (would have been a $300.00 Charge). All at NO Additional charges. When it seemed like things were all going wrong, the took care of us!

The template guy was on time, as were the installers. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing and were very polite. I could not be any happier. Thanks for doing what you promised! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs granite.

Busted a pipe and flooded our brand new hard wood flooring.

The staff at the showroom was very courteous and helpful during the selection and purchase process. The installers who showed up were scary. Both spent much of their time outside sitting in their truck, smoking and texting. One of the installers wore his pants at knee-level. After they left, we discovered that one of the installers tried to calk over a missing chunk of granite along the top edge of the backsplash. It is very noticeable -- and is in our master bathroom. We sent photos to the salesman, who told us our photos were "blurred." We're waiting for their call-back for a resolution. As of now, no response.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Equally as important to us was that everyone did what they promised and the work was done in a timely fashion. The quality and layout of your facility and showroom were also very helpful in comparison to some smaller shops I have been to in the past. We will definitely be in touch the next time we are in need of some stone for a project.

Very well. The installers were professional, new what they were doing, cleaned up any mess made during the install. Told us what to clean the granite with, where to purchase, and how often they recommended the cleaner.

This was a terrible experience, The granite was selected in late October . The first problem was after all selections were done they contact us in february and indicate that they didn't have enough granite to complete the selection for the kitchen and bath. We were forced to drive 150 mile round trip to pick new granite for the laundry room. Installation was delayed and we were scheduled for a 1 to 2 PM install. At 4:30 before they came we asked if they could come first thing in the morning, they said no. The response was we would have to wait another three days to set a new install date? The installers arrived at approximately 6 PM and spent the next 6 hours installing granite in our soon to be completed remodeled home. They didn't have all the no show supports. They were missing a piece of backslash that was broken which is the only understandable item that happen. As the night wore on they were so tired that they began to make mistakes cutting our backsplash improperly and forgetting to cut out our cooktop in the granite. At midnight I didn't want them to cut out the cooktop. They insists they will return in two business days to complete the job.

Classic Granite was wonderful. The design people were great, the installers were clean and organized. It took no time for the counter tops to be installed. The even include a matching granite cutting board. It was a painless experience. My husband and I are still married after the kitchen renovation. So all worked out well.

Overall a good experience with just some minor issues regarding communication and punctuality. This did not deter me from recommending their services to neighbors right on my street. The plumbing services that classic granite provided for the installation was top notch. Both plumbers were very good and the plumber working on our kitchen sink, worked until 5-6pm at night to get the job completed and helped us out tremendously. I would still recommend their services in the future and I would use them again.

Classic Granite has one of the best granite showrooms in the area, as well as a large selection of granite and other stone. This is our third granite project in the past several years (and we have shopped at about a half dozen suppliers and used a different fabricator for an earlier project), and this was one of our best experiences. The clincher was our sales rep, Oscar, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful to us -- granite selection can be time-consuming, and it took us several visits to make a final decision. From start to finish, Oscar was available and responsive, went to some trouble to insure the project was measured and installed at a convenient time, and followed up with us after the installation to make sure we were happy.. The templater and installers were also quite professional and pleasant to deal with, and the end result was beautiful. We would highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble

All of my many projects with Classic Granite & Marble have gone well. I recommend that all homeowners work with a reputable general contractor and ideally a Design/Build firm in order to ensure a well-executed project. So often problems occur when diy's attempt to save money on a major renovation without the proper experience and knowledge. Suppliers cannot make up for a a poorly planned project. Again, I am pleased to say that Classic has been a fantastic partner for my Design/Build team and we share many, many happy customers.

We had our countertops installed 12/10/2015. When we went for our appointment to pick out the granite, we were greeted immediately. Daniel, the salesperson , was patient and very helpful. I was having a Christmas party the second weekend in December. They were able to get the countertops done just in time! Ollie was the man that came to measure. He was absolutely wonderful!! We went to Classic Granite & Marble to pick out granite for a total kitchen and laundry room remodel. We called and made an appointment with one of the consultants. We were given an appointment and met with Brittany at Classic. She couldn't have been more patient and knowledgeable. We can't say enough about how great Brittany was. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful with making our selection. After we made our selection, she marked each slab with our name and took the time to help us choose which slabs should be marked as our first, second and third choices. The technician who came to our home to measure and template was prompt and took his time to ensure that our granite would fit perfectly. When it came time to install the granite, it was also done promptly and carefully. The installers answered any questions we had and did a beautiful job on the installation. Also, any time I called Brittany, my calls were either answered immediately or returned promptly. We would highly recommend using Classic Granite & Marble. (And if you can request Brittany, that's a plus!)

Brittany Rice was the representative that helped us from start to finish. She is very profession and helped us fine the most unique countertops, in fact our counter top material had arrived the week before we choose it. I think we were the second customers to buy it. She showed us how it was cut with the big laser machine,very high tech, I was really impressed how much she knew about the product she was selling. I did go through a kitchen remodeling company but when at Classic Granite I dealt directly with Brittany who was very attentive to concerns we had after the install there were some natural fissures in the stone I did not realize were there I had never purchased quartzite before only granite, but she explained it all sent out a very polite installer to seal the fissure and you can't even see it. This is my second time using Classic Granite and if I were to remodel a kitchen again I would with out a doubt use them and visit Brittany again.

I worked with Brittany Rice. She was wonderful and her only goal was to help me find the stone that would give me the look that I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and cautioned me about the strength and staining qualities of the different stones. I wanted honed granite and marble. There was an issue with the honing of the marble but it was quickly corrected and I just love both the granite and marble after installation. The installers could not have been nicer or more professional. The granite was installed prior to the marble. When the installers came back out to install the marble they removed scratches made by one of the other contractors at no additional charge. They were knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! I read another review that said you could not use your own sink but I did. I ordered it and they picked it up when they came to template the kitchen. When they installed the granite they also installed the sink. They could supply the sink grid for less than I could buy it myself so they purchased that for me as well as my faucet. I am very happy with my stone and it totally makes my kitchen!
