We had an amazing experience working with Sarah our Design Consultant. She worked hard to make sure we were happy. She was prompt every time we reached out with a question. She made great recommendations. We are very happy with our kitchen! Duke our Templator was accurate making for an easy install. Great guy and very professional. Our Installer Kerlyn was awesome. He and his team did a nice job and made everything come together just right. We will be back for all our remodel needs! Highly recommend this team and Classic Granite and Marble!

We have used Classic Granite & Marble for several projects--they are linked to our local Home Depot, so a cabinet order needing countertop is routed directly to CG&M. Their representative is very efficient and follows up quickly after the cabinet purchase has been made. Our measurement and follow-up installation appointments were made quickly, with installation coming one week after measurements--it helped to speed up scheduling a bit as I called CG&M the same day that measurements were made. Follow-up after installation was prompt. Our representative was pleasant and responsive.

My countertops are beautiful. I think l looked at several choices of marble before I decided. Shellie helped me through the process of selecting and understood when I was frustrated with the whole renovation. She was wonderful to work with. The installers, David and his co-worker, were very professional and they did a fantastic job with the installation. Thanks for giving my kitchen an updated look.

Shellie was my representative at CGM and was helpful, friendly and communicative during my kitchen countertop renovation process. There was an ease to viewing and choosing the desired slab in their inside huge showroom. The measurement and installation were done in a timely and professional way. My experience with Classic Granite and Marble was great! The consultants (Jess and Alexia) were helpful (and patient) in helping me with my selections and with their communications. The template maker was very helpful with his suggestions. The installers did a great job and were careful of surrounding areas and did a good job with clean up. The showroom is great in that you can see many stones and finishes. CGM did what they said they would do, on time, and for the price quoted. I love my new countertops and highly recommend CGM!

I was looking for a countertop that would POP my newly renovated kitchen. There were lots of options to choose from. I am so pleased at how beautiful my kitchen looks. From assistance with selection, service scheduling, and install, the service was fantastic. I will definitely return for my next project.

We’re extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by the team which started the moment we walked into the door for the first time. Many thanks to project manager Andrew who recommended the crystal sapphire quartzite for our kitchen, after we encountered an issue with a previous selection. Marco with quality control and Kerlyn the installer were responsive and ensured a quality job was performed.

The whole process with CGM was wonderful. From working with the project managers Moe and Mark, templater Steve, and installers (unfortunately did not get their names) everyone was professional, helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. A standout detail in the design was the matching of the backsplash with the countertop to preserve the stone's grain continuity. The pricing was fair, considering the extensive labor involved. Classic Granite and Marble (CGM) helped us through the process of replacing our countertops and upgrading our kitchen. Andrew and the rest of the team there were very helpful and informative. They assisted us in understanding our options, which materials were available and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We choose granite as our best choice. CGM has a large number of selections available and was willing to walk us, literally, through their warehouse so we could look at and touch the options. They provided us with samples of those that we were interested in so that we could see what the stone looked like in our kitchen. The installers arrived on time and did a very professional job. We felt like we had time to review and ask questions and did not feel rushed in any of the process. The job was very well done and looks beautiful. They also installed the sink that we bought, it all looks so nice. I want to thank the crew at CGM for a great job. We are waiting for our tile installer to do the back splash and have some trim and painting to finish on our end, but the upgrade to our kitchen is wonderful. Thank you!

I have just had my countertops and backsplash installed by Classic Granite and Marble. I am beyond pleased. When my slabs arrived, I went to the factory to check them out. Mark was professional, personable and made me feel confident in my decision. Joseph, the template man, was great. He took his time and checked and double checked and triple checked his dimensions before being satisfied. The installation crew were the best. They were careful and efficient and knew what to do. The whole process was flawless. I can now walk into my kitchen without having to turn on a light to see. It is so much brighter than the cave I had before. I will absolutely recommend CGM to anyone who needs new counters. I am very glad the Home Depot has aligned with them.

We had such a great experience with Classic Granite and Marble, start to finish! Sarah was an incredible resource from our consultation through choosing our counters; we walked the showroom and saw the whole slabs, all while picking her brain for what would look best in our space! Our template appointment with Shawn was so smooth, and he was fantastic at answering all of our questions. Our installers, Jerry and crew, were also wonderful. They were quick, respectful, and everything looks awesome. So glad we ended up using them for our project and would highly recommend to others!

Classic Granite and Marble has been excellent to work with in our "startup" construction business. They have accommodated our hectic/chaotic schedule and even been able to move appointments around as we refine our process. Henry, Aylissa, and Christine are names that come to mind when I consider the great customer service I have received, but everyone there has been easy to work with so far. I think we have done almost a dozen kitchens with them at this point and will continue to do more. We even had a few small issues. Those were treated with respect and timeliness. Issues are unavoidable in this business and it matters not if/when they happen, but how they are handled. I would highly recommend CGM for your countertop and kitchen needs - both DIYs and construction. You will be wowed by their showroom/warehouse/HQ!! Truly incredible! You almost miss it when you drive by because it looks fancier than you would imagine such an outfit to be.
