Classic did not disappoint. Chris did a great job explaining the granite/marble/quartz differences and provided feedback on the variety of counter tops we were debating during the selection process. Once we decided on the quartz we liked, Classic was quite efficient from start to finish. Quality of work, knowledge, and exceptional products is why I would highly recommend them.

I had a pipe burst in my home in July of this year and my countertops were damaged as a result. The company in charge of the renovations referred me to Classic Granite & Marble where I worked with Andy to pick out new countertops. Andy was so nice and extremely knowledgeable and it took me less than 20 minutes to choose what I wanted with his help. He helped me narrow down the options by showing only what was in my price range which made everything go smoothly. It is so refreshing in today’s market to find a company and staff that bestow such wonderful customer-focused qualities (such as effective communication, quality workmanship, professional, positive work ethic, respect, dependability, follow-through, and excellence) – that is exactly what we found in Classic Granite & Marble (CGM) in Midlothian, Virginia. We researched CGM’s reviews and certainly can attest to alignment with our personal experience. We initially went into CGM to select a granite top for our sewing machine base. However, we also knew, at some point in time, we wanted to remodel our kitchen. From the first time we walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a busy, but extremely friendly and professional receptionist, Donna. We had the pleasure of working with Kristi McGaugh, who was professional, very helpful, and thorough with our granite selection. Kristi was also resourceful in making a personal recommendation for another contractor, who also had excellent reviews, and we did actually remodel our kitchen feeling confident we had the right team working on our project. The staff CGM sent out (Joe to template the countertops; Scott, Arturo, and Jimmy to install the countertops; and Bubba, plumber) were all of the customer-focused qualities aforementioned. We are very pleased with our kitchen remodel project, and we would unreservedly, highly recommend CGM to a prospective customer.

There was a huge selection and great customer service. Everyone was very professional. Scheduling the measuring and installation was super easy. The counters look beautiful and the price was great.

Classic Granite installed counter tops in my home about a year ago. I'm currently having an outdoor kitchen top made for my backyard grilling area. The showroom is absolutely beautiful. There are lots of displays, the warehouse has a huge selection, and some uniquely beautiful stones that you wont find anywhere else. I'm extremely happy with the workmanship, quality and best of all the great people. This is the best granite company in Virginia !

Classic Granite and Marble has an impressive selection of products to choose from and they are great at meeting your needs! We've used them on both the Kitchen and Guest Bath Counter Projects. Chris Bartal our project manager and the installation crews were amazing! I couldn’t be happier with how my projects turned out! I highly recommend them for your next project! The follow through on our job was top notch and the product is superior. It was a year from my first visit to finalizing the plan and Chris still had our drawings and pictures on hand. Definitely, using them again on our next project!

I receive professional service throughout the entire process. customer satisfaction was number on there list. Great. There was a little miscommunication about fabrication timing, but they rectified the situation quickly, and installation was timely and professional. And they were willing and able todo some onsite adjustments which was very appreciated.

I had a great experience at Classic Granite & Marble. They installed granite countertop and tile backsplash. I visited CGM on a Saturday. I walked in without an appointment. Within 20 minutes, I met Barry Bland. He really listened to what I wanted and stayed within my budget. He was very responsive, always returned calls, emails, or texts. Everyone...front desk, salesperson, warehouse manager, granite installers, tile installers...they were all very professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend CGM to others.

The team in the CG office was infinitely patient when we were trying to settle on which color to choose, then again when we were wavering on which sink to include. The install team showed up on-time and did an excellent job on the install including taking extra care to not damage the newly installed hardwood floor. A few days later, I was looking for some additional sink parts and couldn't find them. I called the CG office, Jen S contacted the installers. They found the additional parts in their truck (hadn't noticed them previously as they were atyptical.) The went out of their way to come back to my house and drop them off. I did not shop around for other prices because my contractor prefers to use CGM and my preference was to stay with the sub-contractors he normally uses. But excellent experience all around. CGM agreed to a contract, they held up their end and I am more than pleased with the outcome.

Beautiful job on the granite top and no complaints on that at all. Only reason I did not give excellent for professionalism was that the workers put on their music for part of the time. I was trying to stay available close by and had to give up my reading since I disliked the music. Seemed a bit rude to me. Job well done though! Love it!

The moment I walked in their facility I knew this was the company to work with. The selection and inventory far exceeded expectation. All the stone was inside making it comfortable to browse with some of the most exotic material I had seen, which in the end I ended up selecting the KRISTALLIS . Other companies have mere fractions of inventory where they are stored outside for view making it extremely cold in my experience due to weather. It was nice to see the owner Tony engaged with his business, even traveling to other countries to personally select his products and learn how to implement cutting edge technology into his final product. I found their pricing to be just as competitive as the rest while offering far more value in terms of the overall service, experience, and selection.

Install was done very poorly. Seams were left open and cutting was not even. Part of backsplash ends were not polished correctly or at all. The granite also was not properly sealed. They came back and fixed Most of the problems but could not correct mismatch on backsplash ends. I have asked them to return to do the reseal but they have been unresponsive so far.

The work was completed just as it had been explained to me in advance; no surprises. The installation members were professional and efficient.

They are a great company and I highly recommend them.

We just used Classic Granite and Marble because a friend at work referred them, saying they were on time, on budget, friendly and did good work. All of that was true! They had an amazing selection, were very helpful, did a great job at what we thought was a reasonable price. I highly recommend them! We are extremely happy with our new kitchen.
