From initial contact with project manager to final install this was a quality company to work with. The communication was wonderful, the service was prompt, on schedule and beautifully completed.

I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble. The crew are true professionals and extremely competent in what they do. We could not be more pleased with our new marble countertops. But I want to give a special thanks to our project manager Heather Reams for her time, patience and expertise in guiding us through our kitchen remodeling project from marble selection to installation. An example of her dedication to providing great service occurred towards the end of the project. After installation of the countertops on a Tuesday, the plumber discovered on Wednesday that our new composite sink was cracked. After scrambling to purchase a new sink that night, the plumber returned on Thursday and informed us that it didn't fit the cutout. Unable to get another sink until the middle of the following week, we were faced with being without water in our kitchen until then. Contacting Classic Granite, Heather was able to contact and mobilize a crew the same day. They came and modified the installed marble countertop on the spot, which allowed for the installation of the new sink. I have nothing but high praises to Heather Reams and the Classic Granite organization.

My recent experience in purchasing quartz countertops and a kitchen sink from Classic Granite & Marble was entirely positive. The service, products, and installation were excellent. Casey Tan, account manager, welcomed me to the showroom on multiple occasions and answered my questions knowledgeably and patiently; I looked at a lot of quartz samples and entire slabs, and I took other components of my kitchen design there to see how they would look with the quartz patterns I was considering. Eddie Karabulut, customer relations manager, could not have been nicer or more helpful. My husband and I appreciated his knowledge of the products and their installation, as well as his attention to detail. Alonzo (lead installer) and Otoniel installed the countertops expertly. They were professional and polite. They also handled the large quartz slabs carefully to avoid causing any incidental damage to any parts of my home. Scott Pritchard was Team 7 lead for a service call. Scott and his team were skilled and courteous. If we purchase quartz, granite, or marble in the future, we will go to Classic Granite and Marble with confidence that we will have a good experience.

Very well. Classic Granite was selected by our outstanding kitchen Renovation contractor, Paint It Right, LLC. The timely turnaround time from template to installation was a real asset.

The entire process was easy and conducted professionally. We are completely satisfied with the outcome. The countertops are beautiful! We have used this company twice and would definitely use them again.

Everyone I dealt with at Classic Granite and Marble were first rate and the end result was perfect. To begin, the sales person was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. He was quick to answer questions and was always responsive when I would send an e-mail. The timeline that he established was spot on. The installers arrived just as I was told and I also received a phone call the day before to confirm the installation and their approximate time of arrival. The crew was quick and efficient. They obviously knew what they were doing. They first removed the old counters (which was not an easy task) and then cleaned up immediately. I was most impressed that the existing wall tile had no damage. The granite was then brought in and seams were secured and then affixed to the counters. They took their time to get it right and it looks amazing. This is now the second time we have used Classic Granite and Marble and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. One final note. We were going to have them come back to measure and install a granite backsplash, but we discovered that we had tile left over from the original rennovation. I e-mailed the sales person and he immediately canceled that part of the order and could not have been nicer. An absolute stellar performance from all!!

They completely exceeded expectations. They came out to measure and give us the specs to purchase a sink for them to install. After having trouble find a sink ourselves, Barry Bland offered to contact their CAD person to see if they could get one that would work. Very quickly Barry contacted me that they could get one. On the day of installation, they even grinded and smoothed out the countertop edges around the sink to give it a perfect look. I highly recommended Classic Granite and Marble!

I hired them through a contractor company, and I found the price good, but I can't speak of prices directly with Classic Granite and Marble. I suspect they must be good too. My first project manager left something to be desired but he left the company shortly afterwards. The next project manager, Heather Reams, was fantastic--and this is very important because a company is as good as the quality of its staff. She was reliable, responsive, on top of things, patient with questions, and made me feel valued as a customer all the way through. She understood that I had to be careful and attentive to detail (and so was she) in an expensive investment such as this. She also worked with the contractor company towards solving a problem on my behalf, that otherwise it may have made me cancel the project. Other than that, the company's office is well appointed and their warehouse big. The installation crew was dedicated to work, respectful, polite and accommodating about my questions. They did a very good job. I am very happy with the overall experience and I would use this company again.

Great experience from start to finish. Barry ("Bear") was very helpful in selecting the stone and then kept us informed throughout the process from ordering, measuring, and installing. Then he came back out after install for a thorough post install inspection. The install crew was fantastic. They ran into a few issues, but were able to overcome them with ease and we're left with a beautiful new kitchen. I would highly recommend the crew at Classic Granite & Marble for any of your counter top needs. We used them a few years back for a master bath project and the quality from that experience brought us back to them again for the much larger kitchen project. DCW Midlothian, VA

Everything went well. On time, work efficiently. No mess.

In our opinion, the WORST experience we could have. Rude sub-contractors, broken promise from salesman to provide a plumber on the initial install date (did not show up until 2 months into the job), calls from installer saying he would arrive that turned into 3 no-shows. It took 2 months to complete a 1-2 week job. Owner stated this was appropriate responsiveness.

CGM installed absolutely beautiful granite countertops in our kitchen and on our bathroom vanity. We received wonderful advice on color and texture from Kristi. The team was very easy to work - flexible, accommodating, prompt and professional. I strongly recommend CGM.

From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience! We are doing a kitchen remodel and have never had granite before. Heather was our project manager and she was extremely helpful through the whole process. She answered all of my questions (I had a ton of questions) and she guided me through the whole process with ease. She even took a photo of our slabs when they arrived at her location! The template and install process was a breeze, too. Shawn and Derek took their time, answered my questions and were personable and professional during the template process. The installers were fantastic - Kendall, Francisco and Wilbur were very polite and personable and they made the install look easy! They educated me on the care of the granite and answered all of my questions. Excellent team of installers! The granite is beautiful - it exceeds our expectations; just like the team at CGM. If we ever have a need for granite again, they will be the first and only company we call. I can’t say enough about their customer service and product. Thank you CGM!

Heather at Classic Granite and Marble walked me through the process. It could not have been any easier. The initial call, estimate, template making to the installation went so smoothly. The counter tops are beautiful.My job was so small compared to others but I feel I received the same quick professional service as others. I was surprised by how quick the entire process was. Great. It was a difficult job with some installation challenges and on site fabrication required. Two return trips after additional work at the shop were included without any additional cost. Great communication by the project manager. Very professional work. This is the third project I have used this company for and I will use this company again.

I met with Kristi of CG&M. She was very knowledgeable about all the materials. I chose a beautiful quartz countertop, sink, faucet, soap dispenser and air button for a garbage disposal. The template took place on time. The installers were on time. 1 item did not come with the faucet package and Kristi had it hand delivered immediately. My kitchen looks beautiful and I am very pleased.

Very pleased with the all aspects of the project (showroom help, pricing, measuring, install, follow up). All the employees were helpful, polite, professional, and service oriented. I would definitely use this company again.
