JOB: Counter top replacement, faucet replacement in two bathrooms and reuse of faucets in one bathroom and under mount rectangle sink replacement in our three bathrooms Classic Granite and Marble just completed a job for my husband and myself today. The templator Shawn arrived in a timely manner on February 14, 2024 and was quick and efficient to measure our bathrooms so we could start this process. Though out the process, our design consultant Sarah was checking in with me, going over every detail and always responsive to my emails. CGM phoned Monday (2.26.24) at 7:00 AM to advise our installers would be at my house in 20-30 minutes and they were. They worked quickly and efficiently in and out doing what had to be done and cleaned up behind themselves before leaving. They were in and out in 2-hours and did a beautiful job. Our plumber Bubba phoned today (2.27.24) to advise he was on his way and arrived as he said he would. My husband was home today and Bubba answered any questions he had and also was very efficient and in and out. He cleaned up and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble!

I love this company - their pricing is reasonable and they have an amazing selection of stone - I wish they had been around when my house was built. The process was super easy and my countertop was installed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company for your countertops.

The entire process was smooth and easy from visiting the showroom and picking out the granite to scheduling the measurements and installation. The install crew was on time took care of everything came in contact with and showed my home the respect they would have shown to there own home

We love our new quartz countertops and sink & faucet installed by Classic Granite & Marble in our utility room! The entire process was done quickly and very professionally from beginning to end! They notified us through texts and phone calls to confirm our template and install dates, and we were called about 40 minutes ahead of time on the day of their arrival. Andrew Boone was extremely knowledgeable and timely in responding to our requirements. He ensured during project that everything was going well and installation was satisfactory. The template was drawn accurately which ensured the fabrication and installation went smooth.

It was a pleasure dealing with Classic Granite & Marble. Starting with the sales consultant (Andrew) through the removal and installation was 1st class ( yes CG&M removed the existing countertop!). The installation crew was friendly and cleanup was spectacular. I have already recommended CG&M to others.

Adan and Dennis were very professional and explained every detail. As I have cabinets from 1964 and covering them with Granite after removing Butcher Block was a challenge. The age of the cabinetry were altered and caused the Granite not to be level. They had to construct a shammy?? to help make the balance. They were so compassionate with their explanations. They did a great job making everything work excellent!! They really cared that they did their best to make me understand the problem and how it could be resolved. They made the experience very pleasant!! My contractor and plumber came through and said the guys did a fabulous job. Very level. The seams were put together the best they could. They cleaned and sealed the Granite!! Kudos to Adan and Dennis for making me feel Appreciated!! Thank you Classic Granite and Marble for having the best Staff!!! Luka was great also at the beginning and throughout the entire process!!! She knew how to explain the different styles of Granite and Quartz that helped me make a perfect final decision! Luka also took time to answer all of my questions and share how each one was relevant to my needs!! Love 💗 everyone there!!! Nichole accepted my sink for clearance and made sure it got to the correct location!! Grace normally helps Home Depot, yet she was on vacation so I missed her!!! Thank you all for a very rewarding experience that made me happy!!!

Everything that we went through with CGM was awesome. From visiting and looking at slabs to the install. The prices, selection, and service we received was top notch. Andrew, our sales consultant, had a great balance of providing guidance and also hands off to let us make the decisions that worked best for us. He provided proactive updates and check-ins. He even called the day after the install to make sure everything went well. Very happy we decided to go with CGM and highly recommend them for anyone.

Classic did an outstanding job. All the pieces fit perfectly. Grace in the showroom was very patient and answered all my questions. The installers were efficient and tidy. Perfectly happy. I love my kitchen!

We are very pleased with Classic Granite & marble. We ordered soapstone countertops for our kitchen. The templating process & installation went easily. The time from template to install was brief, 2-3 weeks. The counters looks fantastic! Excellent product, excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for their stone counters.

CGM was great! Their team was super helpful and were on top of the timeline for counter install. Once our papers were signed, our install date was scheduled within a week. Fantastic experience from start to finish! We worked with Christine throughout the process and she was great at answering all of our questions and following up when she had to consult others for the answers. Our template was done by Brandon who was also great at answering questions and very precise in his measurements! Before installation day we went to the gorgeous showroom/warehouse and we’re so glad we did! We were feeling a bit hesitant about the original quartz we had picked out so Christine showed us some other options and thanks to her recommendations and expertise, we found 3 good contenders and ultimately landed on one that we loved. When it came to installation day, the installation crew was friendly, professional, skilled and proficient. They had to cut our sink on site to make it work and they ended up completing the install in only an hour! We were amazed at how quick yet thorough they were - including cleaning up when they were done! We are beyond happy with how the countertop turned out! To round out the wonderful experience, Christine checked in after install to ensure everything went well. We highly recommend CGM for any project you may have!

Classic Granite and Marble provided excellent service during the installation of our Snowfall Granite Countertop, sink and garbage disposal. Andrew Boone, the Outside Sales Consultant and project manager executed with high quality and excellence. He coordinated and scheduled the template measurement team which included Brandon and Duke who both provided excellent advice on how the install would happen. The installation team led by Giovanni was outstanding. Giovanni insure our granite was handle with white glove care while placing the countertops in the proper position. Gus was the plumber who completed the final installation of the faucet and garbage disposal. Gus executed over and above by texting me the day before installation to ensure all materials was onsite prior to his arrival. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble. We are very satisfied from beginning to end of the installation.

Thank you, CGM, for a good experience in updating our 40 year old bathroom counter! Andrew was very helpful to us in picking out the right slab for our budget and needs. He thoroughly explained the process, though we did not understand that the installation might occur after regular working hours at 7pm. Still, the men that installed it were able to remove the old counter and complete the installation beautifully in exactly an hour!

The service at CGM was the best part of my kitchen renovation. They checked in on the process to see if we were ready for the countertops, followed up, scheduled a time for us to meet to look at the countertop selection (which I changed after looking at the whole piece) and scheduled the measurement and the installation in a timely fashion. They also responded to every request the same day and called the day after to see how the countertops are. I only wish the rest of the process had gone as smoothly.

CGM did a fantastic job, from the start of my diy renovation they have stayed in communication with us. Having several delays due to other non countertop related issues CGM worked with our schedule and checked up on us frequently over the 4 months. Christine, Aylissa and the whole team have been wonderful to work with. Our countertops are so beautiful and the installation was great. I am very pleased with the whole process.
