Classic Granite & Marble

This was my first time ever remodeling anything in my house. Classic Granite and Marble were very professional and informative. They helped out when I couldn’t figure out something as simple as edge type for the countertops. Stephanie was a big help and didn’t hesitate to respond whenever I had a question. The installation crew came out and exceeded my expectations. They used drop clothes throughout my house so as to not damage my hardwood floors. They explained to me everything they were doing. They even provided tips on how to clean my countertops. My overall experience was as stress free as it could be. I would definitely recommend them and use them for other upgrades in my house.

Classic Granite just installed my quartz counterops. Heather is incredible and such a big help! The Customer service at Classic Granite is just top notch! My Installers were on time, VERY nice and just did outstanding work! HIGHLY Recommend!!!!! Thank you so much!

It couldn't have been any better. Their customer service is fantastic !! You are encouraged to come in when your product arrives to look at it and make sure it's what you want, but what impressed me the most were the other details such as your counter edge, the edge for your sink. they cover every base. Install day came CGM arrived on time, the installers came looked over the kitchen and then began the install, they were very professional and cleaned up before they left. This whole process took around 2 hours for 7 pieces, around 30 liner feet.

It went well. They were responsive, on time, and explained everything well . The two gentlemen who came out to work were professional and hard-working .

These guys were great throughout the whole process. They were friendly, responsive, and professional. They needed to come out three times to complete the installation due to an issue on my end that was out of their control, and they were very patient and understanding throughout. Our counter tops looks great and they were very affordable. I will definitely be recommending them to others!

Great experience, product and installation!

Excellent outcome! The counters look beautiful- better than what I expected. The technicians were professional, courteous and addressed small details. They came on time and did quality work. The main office personnel were friendly and made sure my needs were met. I have a U-shaped counter profile. All measurements made prior were exact to match on installation day. No hiccups!

They were professional from beginning to end. They took out the old counter and installed quartz. It was beautifully done. The completely cleaned up the kitchen. They arrived as promised and completed it beyond our expectations.

They did an excellent job with installation of the granite and the deep stainless steel sink. The young men shared how to clean it, what to be aware of and how to have it resealed in the future.

After shopping around we decided to go with Classic Granite & Marble. Not only did we get a great price but our salesman Barry (Bear) was wonderful to work with. The two gentlemen that came to install were also very kind and courteous.

We recently purchased a vacation home that badly needed a kitchen upgrade and our immediate attention was placed on counter tops. Classic Granite and Marble worked with us to schedule the measurement and installation appointments that met our availability (the vacation home is roughly two hours from our primary residence). CG&M's sales team kept us up to speed throughout the entire process and the installation team far exceeded our expectations. Our property is a log home with live edges throughout the kitchen. In order to properly set the counter tops, the install team needed to make some intricate cuts in order for the counter tops to sit level. They easily could have taken a shortcut but didn't. The quality of the granite is excellent. The color is just what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with the product, the outcome and our overall experience with CG&M.

Heather was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with our kitchen island upgrade. The installation was quick and the guys were professional and friendly. My island turned out beautiful. I will definitely be returning to CGM for future projects.

Kristi McGaugh at Classic Granite was our kitchen designer and she was terrific in helping us choose countertops, a sink and faucet. She was knowledgeable about her products, answered emails and returned phone calls promptly. Classic was right on time for the template design and delivered the countertops on the day scheduled. We are very pleased with the final product. Everyone was professional, helpful and made sure the job was done right. Would definitely use them again!

I was very pleased with the service and the results. I especially appreciated the assistance of my project manager Stephanie Blom. I rated the price as "good" because I have little basis for comparison, but the price was around what I expected. I ordered the counters through Home Depot, and I don't know if that had any bearing on the price.

Awesome experience! Heather was very helpful with helping us set up everything for our kitchen countertops and making sure we were 100% satisfied after the installation. My new countertops look awesome! Highly recommend!

We worked with Caitlin and it was an awesome experience. She walked us through the process from start to finish and helped us pick out the best granite for out kitchen design. When the bathroom vanity I had ordered elsewhere didn't work out we didn't hesitate to contact Caitlin and order granite for that project also. Would highly recommend!!!!
