From beginning to end I could not have been more satisfied. CGM is very professional, provide you with updates and estimation of project completion. My timeframe was pretty tight and they were able to get it done and got it done extremely well. My countertops looks absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future for any other projects.

Project Date: August 2019 From the beginning of measuring our kitchen through final selection of the quartz to installation, Classic Granite and Marble was flawless. Our project manager Heather kept us informed and followed up after the install. I will use them on our next project.

I have used Classic for two kitchen remodels, the first with a contractor and the second by myself. My contractor had moved and my first kitchen was so beautiful I walked in and said I wanted to use them again but I was on my own. Both kitchens are beautiful but i want to give Chris extra kudos. He was wonderful. he guided me through the process every step of the way. He was responsive and kind and actually listened to what I wanted and then he made it happen. I still can’t get over how the movement in the granite flows so beautifully. He is a master. The crew that installed the granite was the best. What a beautiful job from start to finish. Thank you.

We purchased granite counter tops for our Kitchen. We were able to go to the showroom and look at the choices of granite available. The sales personnel where very helpful. The template and installation was scheduled in a very timely manner. The installers did a great job. The seams can not be seen. The granite pattern flows beautifully where the seams are. Excellent service.

This process could not have easier or more professional. Once we decided on the material and design of our new countertop, we were sent to Classic Granite and Marble to view the actual piece that was to be cut, pending our approval. Stephanie, our consultant was courteous and answered all our questions. She left us feeling that we had made a good choice. About a week or so later, the install team arrived--ahead of schedule--and a couple hours later the countertop was completed. The installers continued the pattern of courtesy and professionalism that we enjoyed throughout the process. We could not have been happier with the results.

It was a pleasure to work with Classic Granite and Marble! From start to finish, everything went exactly as planned. Kristi helped us pick the perfect quartz for our kitchen. She completely understood that due to some unforeseen circumstances, budget was a big issue and never tried to steer us towards anything we couldn't afford. We so appreciated that! In the end, because of their selections and Kristi's expertise, we did not have to sacrifice the look we wanted because of our budget. Very happy!!

I ordered the countertops from Home Depot. I was asked to come in to look at the product. It was a good thing I went. The countertop was different from what I ordered. Heather was wonderful and helped me select another quartz product. The countertops have been installed and look great! We are very pleased about the professionalism at Classic Granite and Marble!!

I love love love the professionalism and the quality of work performed by CGM. Their installers, the in store sales associate, and the Service Manager were all very informative and showed concern for my desire to have my home look as exquisite and expensive based on the monies that were spent. They are AWESOME on so many levels.

We decided to give our old cabinets a facelift that included new countertops. The team at Classic Granite & Mable made it so easy and stress free. It started with precision measurements. Brandon was our templates. He identified areas of concern and helped us to navigate around them. When installation day came around, a team of three installers: Reynol, Francisco and Wilbur were so fast I could hardly believe it. They took exceptional care to safeguard our home; covering our flooring and made sure everything was clean before leaving. All of the was coordinated by our project manager, Heather. Heather answered all our questions and concerns, reassuring us every step of the way. Thank you for your patience! In the end, we absolutely love our new quartz countertops! They are beautiful and CGM did a fantastic job!!

The whole experience was wonderful. I was referred to Classic Marble and Granite by a friend. My project manager, Kristi McGaugh, showed me around the warehouse area to choose some options. She was very knowledgeable in helping me decide a choice to closely match the backsplash in our home. The process of taking out the laminate and replacing with the marble countertops ran very smoothly and the installers did an excellent job. Being able to choose a sink there and having their plumber install was great. I have already referred a few friends to Classic! Kristi checked back with me after the work was completed to see how everything went and said to call if we had any other questions or concerns.

I cannot be happier with Classic Granite! I worked with Stephanie there to make sure that I got the type of stone and finish that I wanted. I was shown around the amazing showroom and then shown the actual slabs they would be working with for my kitchen. The gentlemen who came to do the template measuring at my house was professional, on time and quick and even made a suggestion for a little piece of backsplash I hadn't thought of and I was super glad he did as it made it look "finished". Once he was finished Stephanie called me back and went over everything with me and I signed a paper (online) that said I was happy with my choices and scheduled an install date. Within 2 weeks the installers were at my house installing the product. They laid down drop cloths and even had their own trash can! I was so impressed with how well they worked together and how clean the process was! The glue smells pretty strong for a couple of hours so I opened a window but it dried very quickly. The finished product was so much better than I even imagined. If I knew that the whole process would be as easy as it was and look as wonderful as it does, I would have spent the money years ago! I have another little project coming up and there is no doubt I will use them again!

Outstanding! Sales person, Stephanie helped decide on the piece we selected - she was ready to show us with collected items and provided service for sizing, creating and installation. The installers came on time, clean and polite. I definitely recommend!

Classic helped me select quartz countertops at a great price. Installation was quick and perfect - thanks Gio, Arturo, and Luiz! Classic also installed a new backsplash and sink. So nice dealing with one company for all my needs. Communication was always prompt and smooth with Stefani, our project manager. Highly recommend!

The installers were polite and quiet. All of the staff that I interacted with were professional and very knowledgeable. My kitchen counters look great and I would use Classic Granite and Marble again!

The crew of Scott, Herbert and Christian were outstanding. They took their time to get all the measurements right and took great pride in their work. The results are stunning. Would definitely hire them again!!! Could not have been a better experience.

Stephanie was amazing throughout the whole process. When they came out to install they informed me that one of my surfaces wasn’t level enough to install the countertop and they came back for free once I had them adjusted. They look amazing
