Stephanie and everyone at CGM were great. She made recommendations and helped me get through the process as well. She walked me through the process and made everything as easy as she could. She kept in contact prior to the install with any updates necessary. On the day of the install the two installers were wonderful. They were on time and called before they came. They were courteous and professional and very clean. They did a MAGNIFICENT job with the install. Their attention to detail was awesome. My plumbing was also handled by a wonderful gentleman he was quick and clean and carried on great conversation. I would recommend CGM to everyone.

My wife and I were interested in granite counter tops for our kitchen to go with our new cabinets and floor. Stefani, our Classic Granite project manager, met with us several times and showed us several designs and price points. Although we were initially interested in a particular granite type, she provided us with options that helped us make a better choice. Though a bit more expensive, there were some discounts built into the purchase that clinched our selection. Stefani also helped us pick out a sink and faucet. Her knowledge and flexibility made our experience fruitful. The installation of the counter tops and sink, though delayed by a previous installation the same day, went smoothly. We are enjoying the results.

sales person was very patient -- I thought I knew what I wanted. Turned out I wanted the complete opposite. Kristi took it in stride. Fast turn-around and very fair pricing. They DO NOT charge for estimates, as some other companies in the area do.

We met Kristi at the home show back in October and discussed plans for new granite because my previous was not installed correctly and at the time we didn’t know any different. They were very pro and help you manage our time and availability installation. They came and install in less than 2 hours. Clean and Pro Installation. They even took their Trash. I Recommended them.

Heather was my project manager and was a big help in helping us figure out what we needed to do with being first time buyers of stone countertops. The prices were better than other places we had looked. She set it up and within a 2 days they sent out a few guys to measure (Shawn and Johnny) who were very friendly and answered all my questions. In about a week they had two other guys come install our counter tops and in a short time they left with no trace other than our beautiful quartz countertops nicely installed. We had a very good experience and will be using them for future projects.

We had a fantastic experience working with staff at CGM. Heather Reams was our project manager and was a pleasure to work with. She sent us numerous pictures of different slabs and was so patient as we tried to decide what would work best. Alex did a wonderful job measuring for the template and the installation went perfectly. We could not be happier with the end product, it’s absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone thinking about getting new counters!

We bought quartz countertops from Classic Granite and Marble and love it! I cut down a split level countertop so CG&M could install a countertop height/one level counter. I removed three outlets from the bar and relocated two: one as a custom surface mounted outlet in our existing counter, and one on the side of the cabinet. After install, our new countertops did not have a large enough hole for the surface mounted outlet box. They came out the next day and widened the hole allowing the outlet to fit. Great customer service, would definitely recommend!

During our kitchen remodel I contacted multiple granite counter companies in the Richmond area. All of the companies wanted to quote me over the phone except one, Classic Granite & Marble. I spoke with Kristi M. who eventually became our designer. Not only was she friendly but she offered at no charge to come out to our home and give us ideas and get a better understanding of the project. Needless to say we chose CGM, in large part because of this visit. My wife and I then visited the showroom and toured the large warehouse of counter slabs. Kristi walked with us and had an answer for each question. She shared personal experiences with her counters which helped a lot. We selected our counter slab and wrote the contract. Along the process Kristi was always available to assist and helped select our back splash and flooring Our counters are now installed and are more beautiful than expected. The fit is perfect and we have had no issues. Working with Kristi was amazing and we feel like we made a friend. Needless to say we highly recommend CGM and if available ask for Kristi to assist.

We recently had the most beautiful quartz counter tops installed by Classic Granite and Marble. Communication with the company was fantastic from start to finish. The installers did an amazing job and clearly know what they are doing. They communicated with us about their arrival time and arrived when they said they would. Our home was left clean and everything was perfect! We could not be more pleased with the whole process and have told many of our friends to consider this company. I needed granite for my master bathroom so it was a small job but Heather was very responsive to my needs and requests. She worked within my time frame and scheduled the installation team when I was available to meet them; and they were efficient and professional. The granite looks great and I am pleased they helped me make the right choice.

Maxine at Classic Granite spent hours with us, showing us every slab they had. It was great to be able to choose the slab, and the prices were SO low! We came here after going to big box hardware stores about 10 times, to no avail. Only flaw was with installation - they were pretty late, but they did do a fantastic job once they were here.

Our initial visit to CGM went very well and we were impressed with the selection choices for countertops. They have a huge warehouse for slabs of granite and marble, a big selection of stocked quartz counters, and a large quantity of remnants outside. However, a subsequent visit was a disaster, as the consultant wrote down none of our choices and later claimed we had made none. We were livid. At that point, we were referred to Heather Reams. She bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with subsequent selections, honored earlier prices, and both she and her managers did everything they could to get our business back. We are delighted with the counters we chose, they were installed on time, and there were no mistakes. As long as you are dealing with Heather, I would not hesitate to recommend CGM.

We absolutely love our new kitchen especially the granite counter tops provided by this company. The 2 guys that installed the counter tops were truly amazing. They both were very friendly and fast! Classic Granite was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their showroom has a wonderful selection with very helpful and patient employees. They were easy to call with questions or to help us if we stopped by the showroom. I appreciated having one of their designers (Christie) offer to come by my home to give me her advice and the project manager (Caitlyn) was very easy to work with, too. We were also very pleased with the final worksmanship in placing the granite. Everything looks fabulous. I've done a similar project with a different company about 15 years ago, and it wasn't has Good of an experience. I've recommended CGM to others.
