The selection, process, measurement process and installation process went as extremely smooth. No hiccups. Even though they warn about unlevel existing cabinets and walls, the measurement and installation was done in about 2 hours. Clean, professional and courteous. Would definitely hire again.

Classic Granite & Marble were great to work with for the installation of our new Silestone quartz kitchen countertops! See the "before" old laminate compared to the new quartz photos. They were on time, called prior to their arrival, and worked diligently to get the job done and answer all my questions! Templater, Joey, took his time to get just the right measurements and was thorough. Installers, Ivan, Nester, and team, worked diligently with removing old countertops and sink as well as installing all the new. We had an issue with a difficult area behind the slide-in stove, and Heather, project manager, quickly scheduled the service team, Otoneil and Victor, who came just two days later and expertly fixed the problem. Heather was great from the beginning to end in answering questions and guiding me through the entire process. I would highly recommend CGM!

Everything went very smoothly. The project manager walked us through the whole project step by step. It is one stop shopping for the job which is what we prefer, remove old vanity top, perfect installation of the new granite and same day install of faucets by their plumber. All completed in less than two weeks.

We had visited several granite companies and were about to settle on a color and design as we were tired of looking. Fortunately we saw an ad for Classic before we made our final decision. We went to Classic Granite and were lucky enough to be helped by Tony, the owner. Our project was discussed and he took us into the selection area to view the inventory of granite (amazing selection). He suggested that we look around to see a design that interested us. We saw a slab we liked and that gave Tony an idea of our taste. We like a pattern that flows through the granite. He showed us several other pieces that had similar patterns that saved us a lot of additional walking around and looking. We found a slab that jumped out at both of us. We had our measurements and designs with us and Tony told us to pick out the area of the granite we liked and he was able to mark the design with masking tape marking the size and angles of our vanity top. He did this on several areas so we could see the flow and color as it would appear in the bathroom. We were surprised that we only had to buy the area of the granite that was needed and did not have to purchase the entire slab like most other dealers we had visited. We appreciated Tony’s professional knowledge and the time he took with us. We found what we really wanted, no reason to look further and signed the contract. The in house measurement and installation dates were set, but we had to adjust several times due delays in our cabinet delivery and installation. Classic was very accommodating with the changes. On the day of installation the crew was very efficient and professional. Scott, the foreman, was very helpful answering any questions that I had and explained tips on maintaining the granite. Thanks for a great job. We highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble. We would use them again and tell our friends.

It went amazingly, they worked quickly and professionally, helped us through the process, because it was our first time. They are very knowledgeable and have a huge selection.

We own a business and we fix and flip houses. Classic Granite & Marble has been a wonderful partner for us. The did an excellent job! The counter tops look great! Everyone was extremely helpful, especially the project manager (Heather) who was in constant communication with me the whole time. The gentleman who did the template even informed me of a special on the under mount sink that Home Depot didn't even tell me about. I was extremely impressed and it was a great experience!

Counter tops were exactly what I wanted. Classic Granite and Marble were easy to work with and were quick to get the counter tops installed. I appreciated Heather Reams, project manager- she was quick to respond and kept me up to date with how the project was going.

The entire project was completed in a timely fashion. From the quote from Home Depot throughout the project, Heather Reams kept me informed as to the process and what the next steps were. Brandon did the templating with ease and was clear to explain the process. Reynol lead the crew of installers and their work was amazing. They arrived when expected to complete the job and left the kitchen spotless and clean. I was so glad that we chose Home Depot and their associates for this project. I willdefinitely recommend them for future projects.

Working with our consultant was easy, we chose leathered granite and they have a large selection to choose from. Our install was timely, crew was efficient and kept the area clean. The plumber assigned to our job needs an assistant. Our sink insert was hand delivered by our consultant as I added it to the order after our installation. Would definitely work with Classic again.
