Description of Work: Bath Factor reglazed an old bathtub from the 1940's and it looked beautiful. They also installed a surround for the tub that I had already purchased. They also did a great job on the installation. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

+ -1 moreI found them through the BBB. They had had no complaints for the last 3 yrs. I think it went very well. They gave me a 3 yr warranty. My one problem was resolved very quickly. The technician had not shielded everything appropriately and so there was a coating on the floor, toilet, etc. he came back the next day with a solvent that took care of the problem. It does not look like a porcelain tub but it is pretty! I was warned of that ahead of time.
Description of Work: They refinished our bathtub. Also put a non-slip surface on the bottom of the tub.
