Donna's Cleaning Service

Description of Work: Was supposed to house clean. She was here 2 hours. I told her up front that it was a 4 1/2 to 5 hour job,this is known from previous experiences. She didn't even clean the tub, twice in a row.

Description of Work: Donna agreed to start the week following her visit. A day before she was suppose to show up she called & stated she was unable to for fill her obligation, but was willing to give me a phone number to some else who may be willing to clean for us. We declined. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: I called Donna on the Monday prior to scheduled visit on Saturday, 12/01/12. I explained to "Donna" that I wanted her to visit my home to do an estimate on a one time cleaning for the holiday. While we were having our conversation regarding where I live. A male came on the phone unannouced. I asked who he was and he mumbled his name. I asked again who he was, and he stated he was her husband. "I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY RUDE," but I didn not entertain the thought. He stated that she was not that good with directions. After I gave him the directions, the appointment was confirmed. Then I receive a message from Donna stating that she was overbooked and she could not fit me into her schedule or clean my house that day. A professional would have told me from the beginning that she was overbooked and could not clean my home. Why do you still have your name on Angies list if you are unable to take in more customers?There should be a posting from her stating that at this time she is no longer taking any customers and I would not have made an appointment with her. At this time of the year, it is going to be hard to get someone to clean your house and I have wasted a week, because at zero dark thirty, she realized she could not fit me in. Further, if she had been listening to what I said, she would have known that she was only coming to do an estimate and not clean my house that day!!
