+ -1 moreDonna was always prompt, sometimes coming early. Our agreed upon time was 9 and she would sometimes come around 8:30. She's very trustworthy and very reliable. I sometimes had to leave to run errands and never had a problem. She's a very nice person and did a very good job. We appreciated her very much. She brings her own supplies but she'll use what you have if you want her to use something different. She came every other Thursday and never once missed an appointment! I would definitely refer her.

+ -1 moreI have been using Donna's services for many, many years now. I cannot begin to express how happy we are with Donna. She is a very hard-working, honest, and genuine individual. She is very mindful and responsible. I did not know Donna before she started to clean for us, but we now consider her a member of our extended family. Not only has she cleaned for us for at least 5 or 6 years, I have trusted Donna enough to do other little jobs for me when trusting others with my family and my home isn't something I take lightly. I have asked her to look in on my mentally retarded elderly uncle when we are out of town. Donna has also looked after my pets. She has helped me with parties I have been the host of. Donna has a key to our house, and I have never had to think twice about her having that privilege. My husband is a local physician, and we cannot imagine anybody else cleaning for our family.
Description of Work: Donna cleans our 4,200 sq foot home. She is very efficient and skilled at her job. We have a regular schedule. We never have complaints with her work. If ever we have any suggestions or added requests, Donna is very receptive to what we have discussed with her.

We decided on a monthly cleaning, and her price was extremely reasonable. She comes to clean our house while we are at work, and we get to come home to a real 'home'.

She asked questions regarding products and tools that I preferred. I felt comfortable leaving her in my home and going to work. I will continue to engage Donna's Cleaning Services.
Description of Work: Donna cleaned my approx. 2800 sq foot home from top to bottom. I had recently discharged a prior service, and it had been a while since my home had been cleaned.She cleaned the bathrooms: tub, shower, floors, cabinets, counters, commode, mirrors.Bedrooms, living room, dining room, family room: furniture dusted, carpets vacuumed, baseboards cleaned, hardwood floors swept and polished. Kitchen: cabinets, counters, and appliances wiped, hardwood floors swept and polished. When I returned to my home, there was a noticeable difference in its appearance; and it smelled absolutely clean and fresh.I do not have children or pets, so my home is pretty neatly kept; however, Donna really did the intensive cleaning that was needed.

+ -1 moreAfter searching and interviewing several companies it was a refreshing change to know that only one person would be cleaning and taking care of our home. Donna is a very nice and professional person. She's gone above and beyond what other corporate services have done for us in the past. Taking care of our god-daughter I don't have the time to clean the house as I previously did. Our god-daughter (almost 5 mos) absolutely loves her and enjoys "chatting" with her when she's here. Both my husband and I feel very comfortable with her in our home either with us being home or away....and that says a lot. If she's taking on additional clients scoop her up before her calendar is as full as she wants it to be.
Description of Work: We are empty nesters so several rooms in our home were not being used on a daily basis that collected dust and needed a desperate cleaning. With basic housecleaning services of cleaning floors such as vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, she also dusts, cleans the bathrooms along other services she provides. Donna even cleaned the walls, which I've never thought of doing and cleaning of baseboards. She also cleaned the floors back to looking like when we first moved in. She also makes beds, changes linens if necessary and lots of other things. I have certain products we use such as granite cleaner, microfiber dusters and cloths which she uses. We are using her on a continuous basis every other week.

Description of Work: Donna and her husband, Charlie were awesome. I found her contact information on here and called her in a frantic about getting my condo cleaned as we were moving from Alabama and I waited until the last minute to find someone to clean it. I called her on a Wednesday and she was at my house that Saturday. I know $190 may sound like a lot, however, I have had my place rented out for the past 3 years and it was in desperate need for a "deep clean." She and Charlie spent 7 hours cleaning the place. They did everything including cleaning all the blinds, fans, baseboards, bathrooms, shower (which was awful), bathtubs, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and more. We have been here for a week and I haven't seen an ounce of dust, dirt, stains, etc. My place is pristine and like new again. Again, I know $190 sounds a little high, but I don't think I could have found another cleaning company that would come close to compare with them. I haven't met them in person yet, but have talked to both of them on the phone on different occassions and they seem to be wonderful people. They even found a handyman for to use for odd jobs around my place! I have already reffered them to a couple of my friends and I plan on using her on a regular basis!!
