Description of Work: I contacted this company because they had favorable ratings and I heard an infomercial on the radio. I wish I had never called them. I experienced a leak in my system that they told me was due to a clogged drain line. I paid them around $200 to unclog it and within two days the leak was still there. They then came back out and said that the drain pan was leaking. They said they would call back with prices but never did. I then called them and they said they could not get the part and would have to come back out to measure it. I met the again and they said they would call with an estimate. Once again they never called me back. I then called them and they told me. It would be $1300 to replace a $10 part because of all of the labor. I called the owner Mr. Smith and he said he would call me back. He never did. I then called them again and he said that he felt the job could cause other problems so he said I should buy a new unit for $5500 and said this was discounted from $7500 because he bought the wrong unit for another home. I told him I wanted to just get the $1300 fix. He told me that someone would would call me back. A week later they called to schedule the work and I told the lady that I would consider having the new unit installed and i wanted to have the owner call me. All along the owner told me the leak was from condensation from the ac running. Well now it is still leaking and the ac is not on, there is no condensation leak and I finally figured out they not only were just trying to sell me another system but they also diagnosed the problem incorrect. Oh yea, Mr. Smith, the owner STILL has not called me back DO NOT USE this company!!!!

Description of Work: Four other companies were unable to address the problem with my furnace not lighting. James did it right away and fixed the problem quickley. A little pricey since the service call was not included in the repairs. But overall I am glad to get my gas furnace working again! They are my company from now own.

Description of Work: FIRST...YOU HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY OVER ALL OTHERS...YES THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE AND EQUIPEMENT, DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THE ARE GOING TO DO AND MORE, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU NEED TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT...DONT..THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES AND QUALITY BUT HERE IS THE REAL REASON....YOU ARENT WORRIED ABOUT IF EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT...YOU ARE WORRIED HOW THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE SOMETHING RIGHT IF IT GOES WRONG...WELL LET ME TELL YOU...HOW OFTEN DOES THE PRESIDENT OF A COMPANY COME OVER HIMSELF TO MAKE SURE THINGS ARE MADE RIGHT....THESE GUYS COULDNT BE MORE POLITE OR PROFESSIONAL AND THEY GO WAY BEYOND WHATEVER IT TAKES TO DO THE RIGHT THING...WE HAD SOME MISUNDERSTANDING AT THE WORKER BEE LEVEL WITH WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND IMMEDIATELY THEIR CHAIN SPRUNG INTO ACTION AND STRAIGHTENED EVERYTHING OUT AND THEIR MIDDLE MANAGER GOT IN COVERALLS ALONG WITH THE PRESIDENT TO DO THE WORK THEMSELVES...THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY ACTUALLY SAID AND ACTUALLY MEANT WE DONT CARE ABOUT PROFIT WE CARE ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER THATS HOW YOU MAKE A PROFIT.....OH MY GOSH DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING ANYONE ELSE...I GOT CLEAN COMFORTABLE AIR IN EVERY ROOM, QUALITY SERVICE, DISCOUNT COUPONS, ENOUGH HOW IS IT GOING AND QUALITY CONTROL VISITS TO CHOKE A HORSE, SWEET HONEST PEOPLE TO TALK WITH AND LOCAL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO WORK WITH...THESE PEOPLE REALLY CARE ABOUT MAKING THINGS RIGHT...ITS LIKE THE GUYS WHO USED TO COME OUT TO CLEAN YOUR WINDSHIELD AND CHECK YOUR OIL AT THE GAS STATION....SERIOUSLY, I WENT INTO THIS THINKING WHAT KIND OF NIGHTMARE IS THIS GOING TO BE..AND WHEN EVERYTHING WAS DONE I WAS AMAZED AT HOW PAINLESS AND SUPPORTIVE THE WHOLE DEAL WAS. DONT HESITATE A SECOND TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS...FOR REAL....TELL YOUR FRIENDS...AND BTW THERE WERE SOME OTHER COMPANIES I GOT ESTIMATES FROM....ONE GUY WAS A VET AND DID THE WHOLE WE SUPPORT VETS THING (IM A VET)...THEN MR SUPPORTIVE CAME IN WITH AN INFLATED ESTIMATE THAT THESE GUYS BEAT HANDS DOWN...I ACTUALLY COMPARED IT TO THESE GUYS APPLES TO APPLES AND IT WAS SCARY. USE THESE GUYS!
