We had our installation on last Tuesday 19 July done by Mike Sarmiento, Chris and Matt. There were others, of course involved,but these were the front-line guys that we saw all day. Believe me , you can count your blessings when it comes to workers like that. They were here right on time-shortly after a phone call letting us know they were on the way. They introduced themselves to us and set about their work. We hardly knew they were there and were shocked at how much they had accomplished when they broke for a short lunch break. The afternoon and early evening sessions were more of the same-hard work(even harder with the temps in the 90 degree range) ethic as when they started. There were other folks coming and going throughout the day but they were just as non-obtrusive. It wasn't obvious how many folks were actually working on various phases of the job until I happened to look the window in the afternoon and saw several trucks from you company lined up there.Everything worked well, the crew cleaned up and vacuumed (winning a place in my wife's heart) inside and out. They were the friendliest , hardest working , company oriented people we've seen in quite sometime.They made a point to insure we were satisfied with their work, asking us more than once if there was anything else they could do re: the installation. Mike also gave us a detailed rundown on the equipment and the new thermostat. We couldn't have been more pleased-we confirmed that we had made the right choice in picking your company after the installation was completed. I don't mean to short change Scott Hudson who set this new system up for us. He was just as company oriented and professional as the rest of the folks we dealt with.

They were professional. They didn’t try to up sell me anything. They were very nice. I had to change my schedule so they moved me on schedule. I would use them in the future.

They are very professional. They come and do the job from start to finish. You don’t have to worry about anything. They explained everything to me and they followed up to make sure everything was working fine.

I contacted three companies - all with good AL ratings - to get quotes for a new heat pump. Air Conditioning Specialists provided the most thorough evaluation of the previous system and ductwork under the house. The quote was not the lowest but I feel it was the best value as it included two years cleaning, excellent warranty, buy-back promise, new touch-screen thermostat (which I didn't think would matter much to me but it has some nice advanced features), sealing of any ductwork where needed, and the follow-up quality check. They also offered helpful payment plans if needed. Installation was scheduled according to my availability. The installation team arrived on time, explained everything in detail, were very professional and knowledgeable. They addressed a few small items here and there with no extra charge (this seems to be standard policy for them - just seal up or insulate gaps, etc without extra fees). I had the operation of the new thermostat explained to me along with general helpful tips on efficient operation. The installation was done by noon. Three days later we had the quality check - another positive experience, on time and informative. The new system works very well, is quiet, and the house is nice and cool.

Had appt for service, Jim Iacovazzi arrived on time, was here for 1 1/2 hours, polite, clean professional, helpful.

The process overall was great. The staff was very friendly and always prompt.

Air Conditioning Specialists Company was good. I don?t remember the exact amount I paid; it was probably about $3000 or $4000. They came on time and did their work on time. Everybody was courteous. They were just really good people. They made sure that everything was cleaned. They put on robes when they came into the house. They were really professional.

Very pleased with the work and the equipment. The people that came to the house were great. Most important, our heating and AC (gas and electric) bills came WAY down and we were actually comfortable this past year!

Job went great. Took one more day than expected. The employees were very knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly, punctual and polite. Our house is now one temperature from one side to the other. We are very satisfied.

They were telling me that I could put in a bigger system but a different rep told me it would have been too much for my house. I did not want a duel fuel system and they kept pushing me to purchase one. I didn?t use them because I didn?t feel like they were giving me accurate information.

I was one of the first customers to have installed this particular pump / gas heater version. One of the component suppliers had made a production change which caused one of the two units to malfunction. It took Train engineering to find the problem and this took about two weeks. The local franchise did everything they could to expedite a solution. Folks were professional and concerned. The installation work took about a week of solid demolition and instalation. The team worked very hard to minimize dust and chaos. They retained our personal comfort as a priority and endeavored to have service restored by the time we returned from work in the evening. The units run great and we love the "unlimited" hot water!

I cant say anything bad about these guys. The install was held up for a short time by the sub-contractor and permit process for the well but i could always get a hold of my sales rep rob and he would always get me an update if i asked. Their installers were awesome, and the system has been top notch since install. A year later after i found out the contractor for the well didn't submit the paperwork to the health dept they took care of getting in touch with him and resolving the issue.

The team was well supervised, polite and made little intrusion into our lives during this multi-day activity. They coordinated which systems would be removed so as to give us as much HVAC coverage as possible. The Train systems we installed were eligible for a company rebate, as well as a tax credit. We like the systems very much. One system was VERY new, and there was a factory defect, which the company and Train worked aggressively to identify and fix. It now operates as expected. The multi-zone (room) system allows us to have part of the house cooled and part of the house heated. This means the second floor is always the right temperature! The compony worked hard to make us happy and keep us informed. I used them for a tankless water heater install because I trusted them to do it right. The team always left the house after a days work spotless and organized for the next day.

After replacing the parts I was told were needed to fix the units ($800 parts and labor) I was informed that new compressors would also be needed for both units. I called them and asked them to work with me on the charges as I had an $800 bill and no fixed A/C units. They said they would take care of me on future jobs to offset the cost. The company told me they could order the compressors under warranty and quoted me $1100 to replace them. I tentatively agreed until I found out from another company that the units were not installed correctly and would only fail again if repaired. I canceled the work request. The president of the company left me a voicemail inquiring why I would cancel without consulting with him - I called back, left a voicemail, however my call was not returned. On the thermostat job - the recommendation was spot on. After the tech checked another unit, he waited in his truck for about an hour until a second tech arrived. Once the second tech arrived the thermostat was moved in about an hour. This has proved to be an excellent solution. When I challenged the 3 hour charge, I was told by the company that $300 to move a thermostat was not unreasonable. I disagreed and was told it would be made up to me on future work.
