The manufacturer call center reps and appliance repairman were helpful and all replaceable parts were replaced (thermistor, user interface board and master control board). The refrigerator cooled for about a month and failed again. We contacted Fergusons to let them know about the issues we were having and to find a replacement refrigerator. They said they would provide a list of available replacements the next day and contact the brand representative. It’s been a week and they have not responded. I guess once they have made the sale they are not interested in supporting their customers. I just contacted Vinton Appliance and they ordered a replacement for us. They are very hands on and provide excellent customer service. They will be our go to appliance sales and service store going forward."
