The purchase process and delivery to the home remodel site went well. Just as the 2 year warranty was expiring the refrigerator stopped cooling. The manufacturer call center reps and appliance repairman were helpful and all replaceable parts were replaced (thermistor, user interface board and master control board). The refrigerator cooled for about a month and failed again. We contacted Fergusons to let them know about the issues we were having and to find a replacement refrigerator. They said they would provide a list of available replacements the next day and contact the brand representative. It’s been a week and they have not responded. I guess once they have made the sale they are not interested in supporting their customers. I just contacted Vinton Appliance and they ordered a replacement for us. They are very hands on and provide excellent customer service. They will be our go to appliance sales and service store going forward.

The Ferguson appliance coordinator was great to work with. He guided me in selecting the gas range and dishwasher that fit my needs best. We were also able to determine the right exhaust fan hood and under cabinet lighting to best fit my kitchen. I was doing an extensive renovation in my kitchen and they were able to order the appliances to arrive when I needed them. Ferguson will deliver and place appliances, but you are responsible for your own installation. My installer works with Ferguson a lot, so that helped in coordinating the delivery of the range hood and fan, which were installed earlier in the remodel process. I also ordered a faucet, light and medicine chest from another rep at Ferguson. Since these items were small, I went to their warehouse to pick them up. The faucet and medicine chest were in but not the light. A guy at the warehouse told me my range and dishwasher had already arrived in the back. I had him check, and I'm glad I did. The wrong range was ordered and delivered. The appliance coordinator was informed and he made sure it was returned and replaced with the right one. I was ready to install the light fixture so I called the rep, who told me that the delivery was delayed, what should have taken a week was now three weeks. She was finally able to contact the manufacturer and they were sending another, by rush order. After another week, I had to call again to get the status on the replacement. It turned out that the replacement was damaged in transit. They eventually gave me the floor sample and I was not too thrilled about that, but I needed a light in the bathroom so I took it. It was hastily packaged in the showroom and it was quite a mess to unpack. The delivery of the range and dishwasher was uneventful, the delivery guys were pleasant and professional. Overall, I would probably use other local suppliers for my household fixtures in the future.
