"We were not very pleased with the quality of staff. They were not very well trained and did not know how to address a number of our critical issues. First guy was great. After that it was all downhill. And then when we canceled our contract, they tried to sue us for a couple of months in which we'd had shoddy service. Service. They're very bad about getting back to you and fixing problems."
