Spire Pest Control

We were not very pleased with the quality of staff. They were not very well trained and did not know how to address a number of our critical issues. First guy was great. After that it was all downhill. And then when we canceled our contract, they tried to sue us for a couple of months in which we'd had shoddy service. Service. They're very bad about getting back to you and fixing problems.

Spire pest is a SCAM. Do not trust this company. They are using cheap chemicals that do not work. The chemicals they are using is harmful to pets and humans. The owner of Spire Rick is nothing but a SCAM and a LIAR. Do not trust them.

They are very friendly, easy to get ahold of, and have always accommodated requests.

The folks were kind and knowledgeable and the issue continues to improve since coming out to do the work.

Requested an initial consult for quarterly pest control / prevention. Clear communication and fast replies to questions. Was able to schedule a first treatment with two days of requesting an appt.

I have used my fair share of pest control company's in my life time, but none compare to the results I've experienced with Spire Pest Control. I had a big problem with pests in the past and other pest control companies just weren't getting the job done, but since I've done Spire pest controls total home protection plan I can honestly say I haven't had any signs of mosquitoes, ticks or termites. It is very convenient to have one company take care off ALL my pest control needs. The technicians are always on time, kind and professional. I would highly recommend these guys for ANY pest control needs you might have.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Nice young man was in the neighborhood helping my neighbors and offered to do their premium service at a discount since they would be around anyways, I took him up on the offer. Service pro stopped by and performed the service above and beyond went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with everything. I will be with these guys for a long time to come. The Sales Rep Matt was very nice and was patient as I had a lot of questions concerning whether or not they use environmentally safe products. The applicator that came out was extremely nice and again patient as I pointed out all of my vegetable garden spots to make sure no application was near them.

Matt called the day I put in the request and Ricky was here the next day to do the work. Very easy and quick. They are very knowledgeable and explained in detail what they would do. I was very happy with the work and they were very kind.

These guys are great! I mean if they were anymore perfect they’d be taken off to heaven itself. I hate bugs. Not like the causal hate I mean the hate that keeps you up at night bc your mother-in-law said she didn’t like your tie at the family Thanksgiving dinner kind of hate! I heard great things about these guys and called them up. They were very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I saw quick results after they were done. Honestly I might invite them to my family dinners now. Give them a call they get the job done and are just incredible people.
