Danny was very professional and punctual. His bid was the lowest of the four that I asked for through Angie's List A level providers in my area. He showed up on time and provided me with an estimate later that day. I decided to go with another provider simply because of a scheduling conflict but I was very impressed with his approach and professionalism, as well as his price.

Danny called with in 24 hours of my initial call to him, we discussed possible solutions (I thought I would have to replace all of the hardware) and he suggested he come over and see if he could repair it first, before I spent money on new faucets. He arrived fairly close to the time, was neat, polite, knowlegeable and efficient. He was able to repair all of the leaking faucets and the toilet in a reasonable amount of time and I thought his price was very reasonable. I will certainly use Danny again. The one thing that might be helpful to know is that he is also a professional fire fighter and is not always available to answer a call. I called him on a Monday morning and didn't hear back from him until Tuesday morning, but once I knew why I was fine with it, and he was very quick to set up a time to come out and see what the issues were.

We have used Danny several times and he is always fantastic to work with. He has diagnosed waterline leaks outside of the house, fixed toilets, fixed leaky pipes, installed faucets and installed new hardware on our water heater. He's professional, friendly, helpful, punctual and reasonably priced. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Danny arrived right on time and got right to work. He was extremely professional and courteous. He needed to make some modifications to my baseboard molding in order to get a good fit and he did an excellent job. When looking at where the cabinet legs meet the molding, it sits almost perfectly flush and looks professionally done. His prices are very reasonable for the outstanding work he provided. I couldn't be happier and would definitely use him again for any plumbing projects.

These guys are meticulous, careful, and very willing to offer suggestions and share knowledge. They installed the faucet and sink perfectly, without incident. They brought sink strainers and necessary parts that didn't come with the sink. They were thorough and didn't rush the job. After the installation Danny went under the house and discovered one immediate cause for the enormous puddle. He corrected and reattached a section of pipe and made the best inspection possible in wet conditions. They made several suggestions on how to dry out the area more quickly and will be returning to make a thorough inspection now that some weeks have passed and the crawlspace should be easier to work in. Danny asked if he could e-mail me the bill. I received it within a day and the cost was reasonable for the time he took and the info he shared. I've used several different plumbers during 20 yrs. as a homeowner--including some of the "Big Names" in town. I was outrageously cheated by one and received adequate service by others, but Simplistic Water Solutions is the best company I've hired, hands down. I feel they are honest and trustworthy and will continue to use them in the future.

Representative was very professional and the price was extremely reasonable. I went with another provider because I could get financing. If they had financing, I would have went with them. Hopefully they will get some credit arm to afford some of the larger jobs.

I needed an emergency water heater replacement and called Simplistic based on their Angie's List review . They called back within 30 minutes and replaced the water heater that day. Excellent service and I would call Simplistic any time I need plumbing help.

I had another well-known plumbing company come in and quote outrageous prices, so seeing all of the great reviews for this company, I decided to get a second opinion from Danny. He did not charge anything for providing quotes. The other company had told me that they would need to go underneath the house to repair the bathtub faucet. Danny was able to do the job quickly without doing this. Danny was very professional and pleasant, and I felt that I could trust him, and felt very comfortable with him in my home. He also took time to give me ideas on pricing for possible future projects in the house, and offered some great advice and solutions for me to think about as well. I will definitely be using Simplistic Water Solutions for any future plumbing needs.

I highly reccomend Simplistic Water Solutions! Danny McLean is great, he showed up on time and was was very professional. After he completed the job, I asked him how much he would charge to replace a shower head, and he told me if I had the shower head, he would do it for me right then for free! Unfortunately I did not have the head at that time, but he took the time to show me how I can do it myself. I am considering a bathroom remodel, and I already told him that I want him to come back and do the plumbing. Great experience!

These guys are very responsive and I plan to use them for several projects. I especially appreciated the call the night before to let me know the approximate time they would show up. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or water related work.

Excellent service -- we would highly recommend the man and his company. Danny (the owner) returned our initial call quickly, and was able to come out to our house that day (a Saturday afternoon). He was friendly, courteous, and quick. Not a lot more to ask for. Granted, this was a small job, but it was great to have him come out so fast to prevent it from becoming a bigger job. Oh, and the price was good, too. (I always worry at the end of a plumbing job.) We're fairly new to the area, and Danny got his spot as "our plumber."

Danny was great. We picked out a toilet at Lowes. He picked it up for us and brought it to the house. He removed the old toilet (and took it with him when he was done). He installed the new toilet and tested it many times. The whole thing took about an hour. He was very tidy. It's been working fine since then. He previously replaced a kitchen faucet and did a similarly great job, When you call, you typically get his voice mail as he's out on jobs. He always calls back in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Mr. McLean fully explained our plumbing options, gave candid advice/recommendations and priced his work reasonably. He was on-time and his work was great. It's been almost one year since he installed the valves and we've not had ANY issues. I highly recommend Mr. McLean and will hire him again in the future.

Keep the type of water heater I now have.

I called Danny because I had a slow leak appearing on the ceiling of my laundry room. He and his helper showed up right on time and went to work. Danny said that he was going to attack the obvious first. He found that the wall behind my tub was damp and he repaired the caulking. Just to make sure, he checked out the toilet beside the tub. The seal was cracked and the ball c*** was spraying water. Danny fixed both. He showed me all of the problem areas and explained what needed to be done. I will definitely call him if I have future plumbing problems.

Being a homeowner would be so much easier if all tradesmen were like Danny, the owner of Simplistic Water Solutions. I first called Danny and told him I needed a new faucet. He said I should buy the one I want and call him back to schedule a time. I bought one online and called him back a week later. He is very busy, and this was not an emergency, so we set the appointment a week later. He arrived, put on his blue cloth booties, and went right to work. When he encountered a problem with the corroded zinc pipes, he called me in to assess the options. Danny works alone, so he mainly does small projects like mine. When I talked to him about installing a mop sink in the basement, he said he would need to arrange a helper to come with him that day. I will definitely call Danny again for future plumbing needs.

He was outstanding. Returned phone call same day; service scheduled for next day. Went above and beyond, proactively checking other toilets for similar issues. Provided recommendations to avoid slow drain.

The owner returned my call the same day and scheduled an appointment that would cause me to lose as little time as possible from work. He arrived on time and repaired all 3 toilets with no problems on the one visit. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and told me exactly what he did.

Danny was, in a word, awesome. We called him in the morning, he showed up in the afternoon. He was polite, quick, courteous, and even put up with our nosy beagle. He found a more complex problem than we thought, gave us a straight-forward solution, and executed it quickly and cleanly. I really liked Danny, very efficient, professional, and courteous. He came out one week to give me a quote on the work, and then we set a day for him to come out and do it. He did a wonderful job, and even cleaned up after himself, which is always appreciated. Danny was also kind enough, at no extra charge to cap off a gas line going to a non-vented wood stove I wanted to remove. I would highly recommend Danny. The experience was perfect. The old water heater that broke was removed and I had a bigger and better new one installed in its place. Piping that was done originally incorrectly was corrected and all paperwork, including the warranty for the new water heater was provided with all instructions. I received a discount and the price was fair and upfront. Perfect experience.
