Danny located the source of the problem quickly, and repaired it just as speedily. He was very polite and professional. His response time from the time I called was very quick. I never expected that he would be able to diagnose and repair the problem the same day, but he did. Then, I mentioned a problem I was having with my downstairs toilet, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed it as well. Amazing customer service! So quick to respond! Super reasonable! I immediately referred a friend to him as well. He also made me aware of some possible future issues in my old house, and I certainly will be watching for them. If I do have further issues, I will be calling Simplistic Water Solutions again! Very HIGHLY recommended!!!!

No problems. Danny told me how to prepare the work area, which I did. When he arrived he was able to get right to work and replace the pipe section. Also cleaned up after himself.

We had a small leak and which we believed was coming from our upstairs bathroom. We assumed the worst. Danny showed us the leaky toilet and provided a quick fix. While it was best case (plumbing problem wise), the peice of mind that we got by him coming over immediately was worth a ton.

I called him about the job, and he met me at the house 15 minutes later. An hour later, the job was done. Impressive!

Danny McLean, owner, arrived on time and was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem in good time. He also examined some other suspect problems I adressed. He was neat and tidy.

EXCELLENT Danny, who owns his own business is honest, knowledgeable of his trade, responsible and trustworthy. He was also responsive in his communication and in the explanation of the job and expenses. He did exactly what we asked and actually found a leak that we were unaware of and which could have caused major problems. Hands down one of the best plumbers we have ever used and now the only one that we will be using. I would give he and his business an A+ and highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Water stopped flowing from the master bath shower head on a weekend. Called Simplistic and scheduled an apt. for the next Wednesday. Danny arrived promptly and discovered that plastic debris had lodged in the diverter. Removed and cleaned the shower head. Reassembled the fixture and discovered that the problem still existed. Had to remove the pipes and connector in the wall. Needed to cut the dry wall and create a "door" behind the shower to access the pipes. Once access was gained,he was able to remove the pipes ,clean them and remove plastic shredded streamers,like from a cheering pon pon. Once this was completed he reassembled everything and solved the problem. This job took about 3 hrs.

Left Danny a message regarding needing a new water heater. Waited 2 days, go no response.

Danny was on time, extremely professional, and very thorough. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me some tips on how to prevent the foul smell coming from our kitchen sink. He didn't have the part he needed to fix our bathroom faucet on his truck (it was a pretty specific part) so he drove to FOUR (yes, 4) different local hardware stores looking for it. Apparently it's a part that is hard to find and rarely goes bad. I felt horrible he had to do all that driving around! He did not charge me for the time spent travelling back and forth. Overall, I was very impressed with his work. Would definitely use again, and will recommend to others.

My wife and I inherited a house that needed plumbing repairs. I contacted Simplistic Water Solutions because of their great reports on Angie's List. Danny McLean arrived at the house on time and did an excellent job in every way. I was most impressed that Danny had all of the many different parts and fixtures on his truck so that the job could be completed in one visit. I could not be more pleased with Danny's work and Angie's List for directing us to Danny. 04/13/2014 UPDATE: Four months after Danny's plumbing work was completed, we sold the house to a lady friend that still lives there. I talked with her recently and she continues to be very happy with all of the plumbing work that Danny McLean did.

Danny performed his work courteously, efficiently, and professionally. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends and when the need for more plumbing work in my home arises, his will be the first number I call.

My wife and I recently relocated to the area and we joined Angie's list to help us w/ the transition. The kitchen sink and the bathroom sink our new apartment both needed to be adjusted by a plumber. Low water pressure, very loose fittings, a leak, etc. Simplistic Water Solutions was one of the highly recommended plumbing companies on Angie's List so we went w/ them. They were very responsive, professional, efficient and the price was very, very reasonable. The gentleman from the company who came to do the work was even nice enough to recommend a handyman to my wife for a different sort of project and he also told us about a Realtor and some neighborhoods that we might want to check out. I would recommend Simplistic Water Solutions w/out hesitation.

We have signed a contract with them to do the second half of the next bathroom. He is great.

Everything is going well. We appreciate that he tries to find cost-cutting solutions, and we are very satisfied with his work thus far.

We were extremely satisfied with the whole job, speed of response, price, professionalism, etc.

A small water leak downstairs turned out to come from toilet where wax seal was failing due to collapsing of the floor underlayment in the upstairs 1/2 bath. Mr. McClean came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, directed us to a contractor who could replace the floor. He came back promptly to remove old fixtures when we were ready to start the floor repair, then came back to install new fixtures after the repair work was done. Everything was done cleanly; fixtures and appliance boxes were hauled away. Mr. McClean also answered questions that helped us decide about which new toilet to choose.

Very positive would definitely use him again for all plumbing. It's great to know you have a reliable plumber!

Repaired several problems that initially seemed related. Turns out they were all different problems. Danny did a great job explaining each problem and fixing them. Even advised how to prevent some problems from occuring in the future.

I discovered a leak shortly after 5PM on Friday. My wife logged into Angie's List and got the top three names and called Simplistic Water Solutions. Danny promptly returned the phone call and suggested things that we should do to prevent further damage. He informed us he could be at the house at 9:30AM the next day. Danny showed up promptly at 9:30 and evaluated the problem, then recommended a course of action. He correctly identified the situation and fixed the problem. He was pleasant and professional.

I contacted Simplistic Water Solutions for an estimate to continue the replacement of my copper pipes with CPVC and PEX piping. I had made repairs over the last several years and even began a whole house replacement myself. I experienced back problems doing a recent emergency leak repair and called for estimates to complete the project asap. Danny ( owner) understood my problem completely and understood my desire to use as much of my previous repair as possible. He presented a very professional manner and I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty( I did plumbing work for abt 1 year in the 70's , so I know what is B***S and not !). He also included replacing my original tub/shower valves in two bathrooms which is a major plumbing project in itself. Danny came with a very competent helper to start exactly on time and he completed the work after a VERY long day. He never stopped to even eat lunch that I noticed and was always happy to explain what he was doing and why. He meticulously cleaned up after his work ( vacuuming inside cabinets and vanities) and checked thouroughly ( and several times) for any leaks. I cannot express enough how competent and honest Danny was and what a pleasure it was to see my project completed in one LONG day at such a reasonable price. He is really an exceptional contractor and I highly recommend his Company.
