Description of Work: Simplistic water solutions installed a new faucet in my bathroom sink and fixed a leaking outdoor faucet. He was very professional and very reasonably priced prompt and very courteous. He also allowed me to except the bill and pay later which helped me out a lot. I would definitely recommend him.

Description of Work: Danny came out promptly and identified the problem that caused a leak from my hall bath to my ceiling. He thoroughly tested everything and made the appropriate repair. I have used him in the past to repair a hot water heater as well as a cracked mounting plate for a toilet. each time I hvae used him, he has been extremely responsive and professional with pricing that is fair and affordable.

Description of Work: After an abortive attempt to change the bathroom faucets on my own, I knew that I needed a plumber to finish the job. I called Danny & he got back to me within 24 hrs. I described my problem & he gave me a quote over the phone. I was having on of those days where I was running everywhere at once and he was OK coordinating by cell phone to meet at my house since my schedule was so dynamic. Changed out two faucets (from the 1960's) in about 1 1/2 hours. He was more worried about the mess than I was and left the floors, basins, & faucets clean. Didn't track any dirt through the house either. The job cost exactly what he quoted me on the phone. I was able to stay home, but would have been OK leaving him there by himself. It has now been almost three weeks since the faucets were replaced & they work perfectly - no leaking noted! Thanks!

 + -1 moreThis was the first time I'd used them. They came the same day as I called. They fixed a problem with one toilet. I asked him to look at others to see if any preventive maintenance was necessary to prevent the same problems with those, since the house is very old and nothing has been done with the toilets in a long time. He found one small thing that one toilet needed. In fact, it does flush better now. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was very knowledgeable.
