Additional Email: wright-way@cox.net We are a family owned and operated buisiness. We run several work vans and have a office staff of three persons. We are licensed for all plumbing and gas work. We serve the Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake area in both residential and commercial work. Our company motto has always been "Do good work and be Honest". This means we strive to be upright in our dealings and do the highest and best quiality work possible. Mention Angies list and recieve a discount.

On time, quick and easy.
Description of Work: Came out to do a quote for a gas line from under house to my pool heater. GREAT communication, clear and concise, gave me a really cool pen! Only reason I didn't go with him was price, I had another quote come in lower, but if I weren't tight right now I'd have gone with him due to just being a great contact.

They had done the same repair work on the same toilet about a year ago, so this time they replaced the whole mechanism that flushes the toilet. About a week later, it started running again. They came out and made some adjustments, then it worked again for about a week. It started running again, and this time they came out and whatever they did fixed it, because the problem has not recurred.
Description of Work: I had a toilet that kept running when it was flushed.

They arrived on time and quickly fixed the leak. After that, my wife told him about our boiler. I had to empty a bucket on water running off the boiler each day thru the winter. He looked at the boiler and told us he needed to order a part. I expected to hear from him the following week. He returned the next day with the part and installed it. Thanks to Wright-Way Plumbing, I no longer have any water concerns.

I was very pleased with their service. I called on a Friday and they were there first thing Monday. The work was performed quickly and they even provided a written statement that the plumbing in the powder room met code and did not need to be replaced. This was in question due to a home inspector's comment as part of the sale of the house.
Description of Work: Repaired minor leak under kitchen sink and changed out trap type/provided documentation for powder room plumbing to satisfy buyer's requirements after inspection prior to closing.

The plumber was amazing! He came out and spent at least 1.5 hours with us, figuring out the problem, chipping away at old caked on debris on the pipes, and installing new equipment with which it was easy to turn on and off the hot water. He answered all of our questions, and stayed with us until everything was completely fixed. We were so happy with the experience - we will always call this company in the future.
Description of Work: We had a dishwasher installed, and the service people putting in the appliance had to turn off the hot water. When they went back in to turn it on again, they could not get it back on. So, we called Wright-Way Plumbing, and they came out the same day: we called around 1:30 p.m., and someone came by around 3:30 p.m.
