They were able to coordinate a time with my tenants and get someone out there within days of our first contact. Mike called me to lexplain the problem and gave me honest feedback. He even called back after the holiday to see if everything was working fine. Will definitely be using them again!

They were on time and did quality work for a reasonable price. Communication from their office was excellent. Initially called after hours and was called back within 45 minutes.

Description of Work: My basement flooded because I thought my pump went out. He realized water came in with a lot of sand and realized it clogged the outlet pipe. He replaced the fill valve in my toilet.

 + -1 moreI already spent nearly a thousand dollars with other plumbers trying to locate and fix a really awful smell issue coming from my shower. I was told it was a problem with the venting. John came and thoroughly investigated every inch of my bathroom until he found the smell. It was coming from gaps my shower doors letting water leak through. I removed the doors and it was so disgusting, he was right on. The problem is gone now. He was very honest and trustworthy and didn't try to sell me unnecessary fixes. He'll be getting my business.

He then began the repair and it was readily apparent he was very familiar with the issue and explained the repair process. He had the proper tools for the repair and it did not take that long. I am very satisfied with the repair, and the job he did.
Description of Work: Fixed leak in main water supply to the house. Leak was in the crawlspace at the transition of the polybutylene pipe to the house copper pipe.

 + -1 moreSpoke to provider before they came out and specified exactly what I was looking for. Provider said they could do it. I verified with them that they would have exactly the right tool loosen the nut from the kitchen faucet. They dispatched someone to complete the work, and I was told that they didn't have the exact tool. So they could not complete the work, but wanted to charge me the show up fee. After arguing with them for 5 minutes, explaining to them I was very specific with what was needed before having someone sent out, I told them I would just pay for the submit a negative review and complain to their corporate office. At that time, the tech said he would just close the request for work and not charge me.

 + -1 moreHe is good. It only took him about four hours to get to us and about an hour to do the work. He was in and out. I have been using him going on eleven years now. The work he does is great. Sometimes when he sends out a guy, the work is not so good, but he came out himself and John Wright is excellent, fast, and efficient. I would recommend him to a friend. I would use him again in the future. He is my guy.
Description of Work: I have been using Wright-Way Plumbing LLC for a while. We had a water pipe break under the house and he came out that day and fixed it. It kind of froze because it got cold around here.

 + 0 moreThe installation went very smoothly. The technicians arrived on time and took about two hours to remove the existing hot water heater and install the new hot water heater. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and walked me through the process to drain the hot water heater, which they recommended I do each year to extend the life of the heater. Later the same day I received a call from the technicians to confirm that the hot water heater worked as expected, which it did. We are very satisfied.

 + -1 moreThe owner came out to look at the problem, no charge. Then they were patient with me when I had to cancel several appointments. Finally, the owner came out and did the work himself. I was glad about that because even though I've used their other technicians who were great, I was worried that they wouldn't know the problem as much as the person who looked at it initially. The work had to involve cutting out my kitchen ceiling which I was dreading but John cut managed to do all the work only cutting out a neat, small section. He also explained things to me and showed me what was going on and how he was fixing it. I was very surprised that the work was so affordable. I wouldn't consider using another plumber. My cleaner was at the house during the work and she left me a note asking how I always manage to get such nice people to work on the house, so that is another good feature of this company as well.
Description of Work: Fixed a bad plumbing problem that I thought was going to be an expensive headache but they made it easy, fast, clean, and neat.

 + -1 moreThese guys are great. They've always been on time and they're very professional. The business seems to be pretty busy so same-day appointments are sometimes hard to get (unless there is an emergency, I'm assuming, but fortunately we've never dealt with that). Lisa, the woman who runs the phones and makes the appointments (among other things, I'm sure) is very nice. If she says she's going to call you back, she does. I'd highly recommend Wright-Way Plumbing.
Description of Work: We're renting a home that was built in the late '30s and so it has its share of plumbing issues. Our property manager always has Wright-Way plumbing come out to take care of whatever it is that needs to be done. I can't quote a proper dollar amount because the homeowners are the ones who are billed.

 + -1 moreWhen we contacted Wright-Way for an estimate, someone showed up within a day. On the day the work was performed the guys were on time. They were in and out in about four hours, a little less than estimated. The work was done professionally. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: As part of the DIY remodeling of a bath Wright-Way moved the toilet plumbing, drain and water, and relocated the shower water.

 + -1 moreI am so glad we found Wright Way. The plumber had to do his work on a ladder on a ripped open exterior wall. Other plumbers had wanted to go about the work from the inside, tearing up the walls and floors which would have been a big mess and a lot more expensive. I was super impressed by the price. Then, I asked him to look at a sink that wasn't working, and even though he had more calls to make, he fixed it right up. Very good, positive experience. For price and quality, this is it.

 + -1 moreWright Way Plumbing sent out Vince to do some work on the plumbing in my house. Vince was a few minutes late but was extremely professional when he arrived. He was careful to not make a mess in the house or in the work area. At one point he even removed his shoes which I thought was pretty nice. Vince performed his work thoroughly and gave me some advice on things to look out for and next steps. Overall everything was great. The only thing about the service that could be improved is it smelled like Vince went out to his work truck and quickly smoked a cigarette because when he came back with the bill he stank of cigarette smoke. I would definitely recommend Wright Way Plumbing, especially if everyone is a courteous and professional (minus the smoke) as Vince. Oh, before I forget, even the woman who took my call was friendly which is VERY hard to find!!

Description of Work: I had some all of a sudden plumbing clogs in two out of two toilets, and the water was coming up in both the shower in one b/r, and the bathtub in the other. The water coming up was dirty brown and "sooty/gritty" in appearance. The guy came out within 1 hour, he inspected everything, and then took me out to the city side and pointed out that it was not there responsibility, and explained in great detail why it was not a good idea to snake out the city side. It made sense. He gave me the number of the city, and told me some of the things to look out for when they got there. The city people got there within the hour, the fix was free, and it only cost me $55.00 for the consult. On another previous time with another plumber 2 years earlier, he snaked the same hole I was just told not to snake, and charged me $150.00. When it comes to this stuff I am just a "dumb ol ships cook". I am a much smarter homeowner than I was yesterday because of these guy's. Thanks, Vince.

Description of Work: When I called Wright-Way Plumbing I was expecting this huge repair bill. There was water in my front yard and I was imagining it being thousands and thousands of dollars because I'm thinking that there was going to be heavy equipment digging up the yard and tearing down a tree.Two guys came out and surveyed everything and started tracing lines and found out that the leak was coming from the townhouse unit next door to me. They actually shut off the water to the house next door because it was empty and the water stopped and they didn't charge me anything for it. They also replaced a kitchen faucet for me which was a minor thing that I called them for.
