We stumbled upon some water leaking in one of our walls. We called several different plumbing services to find someone available to come out, same day, to find and fix the leak. Norfolk Plumbing was the only company able to provide same day service. Steve was very professional! He located the leak quickly and thoroughly explained what he found and how he would fix it. The job was done quickly and we feel comfortable that it was done well. He cleaned up everything before he left. We thought the price was reasonable. We appreciate people who can do a good job, be professional and kind and courteous. We are going to be remodeling a bathroom in the future and will most defiantly be calling Norfolk Plumbing and especially Steve. We will also recommend Norfolk Plumbing to friends.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They also gave us some good advise and we were very happy with their service.

We found Norfolk Air through Angie list and they have been a life saver. The best we have ever used. Extremely responsive if your unit is down, fair pricing ànd polite and professional staff. They have worked on our hot waterboiler, heat pumps ànd a/c units. Also done plumbing work. All work was performed well. They àlßo replaced a heat pump unit and did a great job. You will not regret dealing with these folks.1

Arrived on time worked with due diligence until the project was complete. Explain what was completed and why. A very professional crew that did a very professional job. We would use them again.

We completely remodeled our master bathroom and Norfolk plumbing did an amazing job with all assigned tasks. Here's what the did....always on time and very clean, neat and respectful! - Removed and demolished old fiberglass shower, spa tub and tub enclosure (framing) - Replubmbed the shower and tub area (for cast iron tub) - Removed and demolished toilet and sink faucets - Installed new shower, toilet and sink faucets - Installed (and lugged) the heavy cast iron tub upstairs and installed on new flooring. - Installed new cast iron faucets They did all this at a very reasonable price (my quotes ranged from ($2200-$6500)). Vince did an absolutely amazing job, with a great attitude and very thoughtful regarding keeping the area clean and tidy. We were completely impressed by their service. I NOW have a plumber for life! The upstairs shared bathroom toilet was constantly running so they fixed that issue. While checking out the leak in the master bathroom shower, they noted that the master toilet was also running and they fixed that as well.

When I called to schedule service, the person who answered scheduled me quickly and made sure I knew how they billed, and the hourly rate. I agreed, and was scheduled for later that day. The plumbers that came out were a little gruff when they were trying to find the cause of the problem but cheered up considerably when they did. They got everything fixed, and finished as quickly as something like that can be fixed. They also suggested several long term solutions that were both cheaper and made more sense than our previous plumber.

The plumbers arrived right on schedule and finished all work within an hour. They were very thorough in investigating the tub drain for leaks and ensured all the associated fittings were tightened. The boiler work was also done to the highest standard. The plumbers from Norfolk Plumbing are always very courteous, professional, and thorough, and ensure the work area is cleaned up when they are finished. I have been dealing with them for over 20 years and am always very pleased withtheir service and quality of work. I very highly recommend them for any of your plumbing or boiler needs. You won't be disappointed.

Johnny and helper of Norfolk Plumbing were excellent. When I first called in late afternoon, they came quickly to begin diagnosing leaking ceiling problem. They returned quickly the next day after a further part of ceiling collapsed. Explained situation well and worked quickly and neatly. Coordinated scheduling with drywall/plasterers. We are planning to use them again soon.

They are very responsive, polite and very quality range.

Called Elite Plumbing one of Angie's list super stars with standing water in the kitchen sink and got told they could get someone over the middle of next week. They have done work for me in the past but when you call a plumber with a problem and they tell you the middle of next week that may tell different people different things but it told me they did not want any more of my business. Called Dons plumbing due to Angies list special and had no response other than to be shuttled to voice mail where I could not leave a message because the voice mail box was full. Again not my idea of a well run business. Called Norfolk Plumbing at 1230PM and got told by a real human that not only could they do the work but they could work me into the schedule and possibly get a plumber to me today. Received a call from the plumber at 230 PM and they were here and working by 3PM. Steve (Plumber) and Will (Plumbers Helper) got to work and had all issues cleared and a new waste disposal unit installed by 6:30. Hourly charge for the two man team was 137 dollars per hour but the job was done professionally and right and all my issues were addressed. I will definitely use the men in the yellow truck again. Both men spoke highly of Norfolk Plumbing and seemed to understand that timeliness and responsiveness in business are important. Gave us 10 percent off the total bill for being members of Angies List which made me feel pretty darn good about Angies list. Was frustrated with Angies list. When I tried to log in it didn't recognize my user ID or password and I had to call the 1 888 number to get on. Happened again when I set down to do this review. Don't use the sign in part when clicking on Angies list. Can't find you. If you go in through the home page you can be recognized. I will let Angies list know about this issue tomorrow. Total cost of the 7 hours worth of labor and parts was 558.64 after 10% discount. Parts were141.21 and labor was 479.50 before discount. Labor cost seemed high but I SUPPORT using plumbers helpers to train young workers the basisc when they show an interest in plumbing. We will ALWAYS need capable responsive plumbers and the experience you get on the job cannot be effectively replicated in a classroom envirorment in my opinion.

The service was great. Homeowner called Norfolk Plumbing at 9am and two employees were at the house the same day by 3:30pm. After discovering, the screw head in the disposal after only 2 minutes of being in the house and determining that there was nothing wrong with the disposal the employees called the office and they decided not to charge us anything for the call. The normal service fee is a minimum 1 hour labor charge over $100 and they completely waived it for us. Thank you so much, Norfolk Plumbing, for your prompt service, polite and professional employees, and awesome customer service! I highly recommend Norfolk Plumbing and will use them in the future.

Johnny and his partner arrived early. They clearly explained the issue with our plumbing and educated me on our options. Overall, they were prompt, conscientious about keeping the house clean, and did a great job. Highly recommended. They even came in under the estimate! Would use them again in the future if necessary.

They arrived, turned of the water and proceeded to install new pipes. They also went out of their way and provided some quick dry cement to cover some existing holes in the wall. Very sweet and professional. Many thanks!

Outstanding experience. As a service provider to Hoarders I come across lots of homes in disrepair. Norfolk plumbing has been my go to company for the last two years. They are always on time, promptly helped with a problem in the middle of the night on a weekend, cleaned up after themselves, explained everything and made sure we had everything functioning BEFORE they left. I have used them at my home on two occasions as well as at least 5 clients. I usually work with Chris or Ray but the others have been just as competent. You will not be disappointed if you hire Norfolk Plumbing.

I called Norfolk Plumbing based on their good reviews on Angie's List and Google Reviews. Due to the cold weather, I was under the house insulating my pipes when my wife turned on the kitchen sink. I saw water coming through the subfloor. I called Norfolk Plumbing. They said they could see me the following day, as they had a very high volume of work because of the cold weather and numerous people had burst pipes. They called me in the morning of the following day and said they would get to me that morning. About an hour later the tech called and said he would be there in 20 minutes. He was there within 20 minutes and went right to work. An elbow and horizontal length of pipe had rusted out, inside the wall. The bad piping was replaced with PVC and tested satisfactorily. They cleaned as they worked and wasted no time. They were quiet and professional. They gave me a 10% military discount, which I appreciate. I will use them again.

I was extremely pleased with Norfolk Plumbing. I bought a coupon for 2 hours of work for 255 dollars to have them replace a thermostatic mixing valve in my shower. They came on time fixed the problem and actually refunded some of my money because it did not take the 2 hours. These guys rock and I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

There was a delay in receiving the part primarily because it had to be ordered and was shipped during the holiday rush. They actively kept us informed re: the status which we very much appreciated as it was very cold and we were very anxious to get it taken care of. The bulk of the cost was the part itself. The Norfolk Plumbing crew answered our questions readily and completely. On the day of installation, they arrived as expected, replaced the part and had us up and running again in the time frame they had told us to expect. We found them easy to work with, effective and professional.

We could not have been happier with Norfolk Plumbing. We had four different plumbing companies give us estimates on fixing the leak and the prices ranged from $800-$15,000. When Jeff came into take a look at what was wrong, he gave as quick, honest offer and had his guys out within days. Their crew was punctual, quiet, and professional. They were done within a few hours and the work looks great. I will definitely use Norfolk Plumbing in the future if we have plumbing issues. I would recommend them to anyone, particularly if they have an old house with dated plumbing.

Tech came out on 12/5/14 to do an estimate, then he told me that they would write it up and email it to me. And it never happened, then on 12/15/14 I called the office and explained what had happened, she asked for my phone number saying that she would get it sorted out, but I still have not received an estimate nor a call back. Not sure if they are disorganized or just didn't want the job.
