Norfolk Plumbing

Steven from Norfolk Plumbing came to our house yesterday to install a new kitchen sink faucet and flush the tankless water heater. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. I expect we will have more work for him in the future. I can confidently recommend him to others.

I requested to have my mother's sewer line cleaned out under the house and out to the city clean out box. After they were done, I was asked to call the city to get them to go from the clean out box to the main in the street. The city thought there was a problem with the lateral coming from my mother's house, so I had Norfolk Plumbing come out and run a camera through the line as requested by the City. Norfolk Plumbing found there was nothing wrong with anything on my mother's side but did find a collapsed line on the city side. Norfolk Plumbing was fair priced and very friendly and professional people to work with. I will use them again and suggested them to everyone I know. This was the first time that I used Norfolk Plumbing, but I was very happy. They were on time, and the fellow was very professional. He wore a mask, which I appreciated. He replaced the garbage disposal and cleaned the combustion chamber of the water heater. As far as I can tell now, the quality of the work was excellent. I only wish that I had thought to use the 10% off of labor coupon.

Perfectly, was leaking slightly and new ring installed.

Originally they were going to install the tank less hot water heater in the attic where the original hot water heater was located. However the gas line was not large enough for the tank less model. At no additional charge they relocated the tank less hot water heater to the garage.

When I discovered water around the base of my hot water heater I immediately called Norfolk Plumbing, It was aroud 10:30am on July 3rd so I didn't expect them to be able to come to my house until after the July 4th holiday. The receptionist asked for the dimensions of my current water heater as well as the make and serial number. She told me that my water heater was still under warranty and that Norfolk Plumbing would contact to manufacturer even though another plumber installed it! To my surprise, Norfolk Plumbing was at my my house aroud 1:30pm that afternoon wih a replacement water heater, Mark and Robert did an outstanding job and I had hot water a few hours later. I've only been billed for labor as Norfolk Plumbing is still working with the manufacturer of my old water heater for the warranty reimbursement. I also had to use Norfolk Plumbing for a water leak under my house a few weeks ago and once again they impressed me with their professionalism, quality of work and reasonable prices.

After I discovered a leak in my crawl space I contacted Norfolk Plumbing. I contacted them around 9:30am and they had a crew at my house a few hours later. Both Mike and Jason were excellent. They identified the source of the leak as a toilet . As this was a special order they came back in a few days when the replacement toilet arrived. The installation was done professionally and I felt that the price was outstanding especially since they had to come to my house twice (to do the diagnosis and again to do the installation). I would definitely use Norfolk Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends.

They showed up on time and we had one plumber working in the kitchen while his assistant worked in the bathroom. They were polite and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. We were happy with the results.

My husband put almost an entire roll of paper towels down the toilet. It was nice because they fixed the issue and I didn't have to be there.

The price is always good with them. I have used them for the last 20 years. They do excellent work and have no problems with them. The plumbers are great.

Excellent, in an out replacing corroded old pipes in less than an hour. I really appreciate their expertise and honesty.

They did a great job. He answered all my questions. He fixed my sink very well. It still works just like he fixed it the day he left. He went beyond just putting in fixtures. He also fixed underneath the pipes and underneath the sink as well. He was very efficient. He was very fast. He fixed everything and made it completely normal. He even inspected other plumbing issues that I had and he told me what to do.

With Angies List I was able to quickly narrow down to a few options and got hold of Norfolk Plumbing early the next morning. Obviously they were extremely busy because of so much flood damage and so many potential customers, but they got me on the schedule for later in the day. Not surprisingly, they were later than I'd hoped, but when I called the after hours line they got right back to me, assured me the technician was on his way, and he followed up with call to let me know when he'd be arriving. He was very professional, courteous, and was in and out in no time at all. The price was reasonable (especially with the Angies List 10% off coupon!) and I had a nice warm shower this morning. I'll keep their number handy for the next time I need a plumber!

They were great to do business with! Initial phone call was handled very well, they treated me like a real person. I was told that a tech would contact me soon and let me know when they could get here. About an hour and half later they called and said they were on the way. Got here 15 minutes later and had the clog cleared in about a half an hour. Everyone was professional and treated me right. I can highly recommend Norfolk Plumbing. These guys are respectful and very good at what they do!

It was the garbage disposal blades, they loosened them and the drain runs fine. I thought it would have been the master drain. The young man was very personable. Everything is running fine. I was thankful for their honesty.

Excellent service, good people! After much patience and manipulating, the two workers removed a dime from the garbage disposal that was lodged inside the blade. The disposal is now functional. I highly recommend this business and will use them in the future. Thank you
