The good: they arrived quickly on the day I called. The bad: the problem was immediately fixed without their input, they never even touched the boiler, and still billed us $127.50. It was like something out of a bad stereotype of plumbers. Bottom line: Do not use this company. Call Tony and Son's instead!

Job took 1 1/2 hours, partly because the tub/shower fixture was not an ordinary brand and a part had to be located and bought. Workers were polite, neat, and on time. One appeared to be the main worker and the other perhaps an apprentice-at least he didn't seem to do much. However, he obviously smoked a LOT(although not in the house)and his clothes smelled so strong that it took a while to get the odor out of the area where he had been. Other than that, we were pleased with the speed of response, the job done, and a fairly reasonable price. It was fortunate that the bathroom unit was fixed first, as the plumber stated that had the kitchen problem been tackled first, it would have been extremely difficult to diagnose. He had seen one other comparable situation where a bathroom temperature control had gone bad, allowing a back mix of cold water into the system, and thus creating a problem elsewhere. Therefore fixing the bathroom problem automatically cured our parallel problem in the kitchen--fortunately.

The toilet simply needed some adjustments to the handle and inner workings. Norfolk Plumbing quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary fixes.

I called before lunchtime, and they arrived before the end of the workday. I was very happy at their quick response. The worker was nice and quick. He was done within 20 minutes. It cost a little more than I expected, but I'm still going to use them in the future.

The service man came out and fix my leak. He also look at main bath room and fixed the flushing system. He looked at the toilet and fixed the toilet so that the tank wouldn't keep running. The service was very good.

This company has it right! First of all, when I called Norfolk Plumbing, my call was answered promptly by a REAL PERSON. The woman I spoke with took my description of the problem and then asked questions to determine the exact extent of work and sense of urgency. She estimated when they would come and then called to confirm that I was home when they were on their way. (This process alone was most impressive, from a customer service perspective.) When the two plumbers arrived, they gathered the anticipated tools they would need and went right to work, investigating the situation and determining what needed to be done. When a clean out could not be located, they found an alternate access for clearing the blockage, by using the vent stack. My questions about what they were doing were answered politely, they were very conscientious in how they took care of my property and clean-up was thorough. The price was in the professional range, but then, so was the service.

They are very experienced and we didn t have any problems with them. They are a good plumbing company to deal with. They didn t make any mistakes in their work that they did for us. It all works really well. No surprises came up and we are very happy with them. They had a lot of plumbing to hook up and they got right to work.

Excellent service. Came to my house during tropical storm Ernesto to repair leak and then returned at a later date to address the less critical piping and valve replacements. Very professional staff, both the phone dispatchers and the on-site repairmen.

These guys were very good to us; they came out very late at night to fix the clog. They got it done quick and I was very satisfied with the experience. I would recommend their services because they deserve it. As far as the price, I was not sure because my husband handled it.

Norfolk is a great company. I have always used them for my plumbing needs. This particular job was quite easy. They did it with no problems at all. They did not leave any kind of mess behind. They were sure to dispose of all the old parts. I thought the pricing was extremely cheap. I am not quite sure of an exact price, but I will say around $100 for both. I have no complaints with the work, the workers, or the faucets. They are working fine now and actually look really nice.

Norfolk Plumbing installed the sink and toilet very quickly and properly. We totally trusted them when it came to our plumbing needs. What was most impressing about these guys was that they charged by the hour, and were always hurrying to get the job done. As backwards as it sounds that's how much they showed true professionalism. We never had to have a job done twice from them either.
