They did what they said they were going to do and it was done in a completely professional manner. I would not hesitate to go back to them again if the need were to arise....

I think they did a good job while they were here. They did their job and walked me through and showed me what they did, I paid them and they left.

 + -1 moreWithin a week of my original phone call, they had performed the actual survey (although I had told them that there was no rush) and mailed us a bunch of copies of the survey. They were easy to deal with, prompt to respond to both phone calls and emails, answered all our questions, and their price was better than others I had seen. I am very satisfied with the company.
