Beware. Let me start by saying that I have never given a poor review despite service, however, I felt as if I needed to for this interaction. I scheduled home survey which was to be done 2-3 weeks from now. DKT required full payment in order to book. I called back less than 48 hours after I had booked as I no longer needed the survey and they charged me a cancellation fee of 10%. This was not disclosed when I scheduled the survey. The receptionist told me that it was written on the invoice, however, one does not receive an invoice until after payment. The price as also quoted at $900. They are very expensive and should disclose the cancellation policy when scheduling clients. I take responsibility for not asking myself, and have learned my lesson, however, DKT should discuss this prior to taking a client's payment. I can also understand a fee if it was cancelled closer to the date, however, this was cancelled less than 48 hours after it was booked. This is not good customer service, and I personally will not be doing business again with this company.

It did not go. I called several times and messaged a couple times and never got a response or any attempt at communication. Possibly a front company that does no actual business.

Very impressed with DKT Associates. Within days of calling, they sent out a team to perform the survey and just two days later, the survey was sent to me via email. Very professional team and they made sure that I was happy with the final product. Highly recommend.

Efficient company with great customer service. Survey techs were very responsive and addressed my questions promptly and throroughly.

Surveyors were very detailed and competent. I was provided a copy of the survey in the mail and as well as a copy was sent to my email address.

DKT staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered my questions and was very detailed while conducting the land survey. I was provided a copy of the survey digitally, and by mail. I was very pleased.

They came out right away and quickly marked my property and prepared a lot survey document. They also provided an image copy of the survey. They were very quick and professional and I appreciated their efficient work.

The day I called they took a payment over the phone and set up an appointment to come out and survey my lot. The arrived the scheduled day and delivered my plat five days earlier than they promised. Excellent service!

I did not receive a follow-up for a survey estimate. After waiting a week, I am posting this review.

Outstanding service. Contacted office for quote and they sent me a quote the following day. I liked what I saw, and engaged them. Jocelyn called me and we discussed the work and I paid in full. I was understanding they would be out by the 29th, but arrived on the 23rd, almost a week ahead of schedule. My only criticism was that they called me at 7am saying they would be out that morning in an hour. I would have preferred more advance warning (like the previous night), but I wanted it done quickly. The actual surveyors were very professional, knew what they were doing. They found one of the markers was in the wrong location and corrected it. They were very accomodating and left the yard how they found it. Overall, I was very pleased and would use them again. My wife is a real estate agent and indicated this was a great price for the work.

I requested an estimate online and received an email response within 24 hours. I conferred with two other companies and DKT Associates were the least expensive. I called to confirm that I wanted the service completed and the agent I spoke with gave me the time range for completion and what documentation I would be provided. My service was completed 2 days before the stated deadline. The surveyor that day was extremely professional and friendly. He offered insight in some of the details of my property that he discovered. When I picked up the final documentation, the gentleman I spoke with was courteous and took the time to review the findings of my survey. He also offered insight that the city could not definitely answer for me.

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment, to the very end, my experience was more than I expected. First called April 30th to have someone come out and survey my land, I was told they would be at my house in a couple of days, because of rain they were here first thing that following Tuesday morning. I was told I would get an emailed copy and hard copy's of my survey once they were completed, which was Thursday the 7th of May, the exact day I was told that I would have them. I made my payment over the phone my email inbox had my completed survey and several hard copies were in my mailbox Saturday morning. They are very fast, professional, experienced, Dennis was extremely friendly as he explained what they were doing and how they did everything. My next house they will defiantly be the first phone call I make.

Survey went great. Emailed them and got an estimate then asked them to do the survey. A day or so later I got home from work and saw the flags and tapes at the property corners. About 4 business days later I received an electronic copy of the survey and a few days after that several paper copies in the mail. Overall fast turnaround, great communication, and excellent service!

Went very well. The crew was punctual, professional and friendly.

The surveyors arrived promptly and went right to work. This was a big,difficult job as the property lines are in the woods and as the property had originally been surveyed several years ago and trees were and quot;blazedand quot; to indicate the property line, a number of which trees had died, or been blown over in the hurricane, the boundary line was no longer clear. The men had to cut their way through the brush and undergrowth to reestablish the lines. The job lasted over 3 days and I was very happy with the result. The lines were very clearly marked for me and this was exactly the result I was looking for. The surveyors were very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with and I would certainly recommend DKT Associates to anyone.

The two gentlemen came to my house the following day I had placed the initial phone call. Upon arrival they were questioned by my next door neighbors so they notified me they had arrived. They answered all the questions I had very politely. The survey wasn't due for me to pick-up until 5/8/14 but they called me and told me it was ready on 5/5/14. I was unable to make it into their office so they mailed the copies to me and also emailed me a copy.

They did a good and wonderful job and they gave a lot of information on phone. They showed up on time and they gave me what I needed and so I am happy with them.

They responded quickly and professionally. The work was done on time and as promised. Their report was thorough and adequate for my needs. The only interaction I had with DKT Associates was on the phone scheduling the appointment and picking up their report.

I called them one day and they were out the very next day to look at the lot, the day after that they did the survey and took pictures of the house giving details of the land and home in comparison to the information on the certificate. It was all done within 3-4 days. I received my paper work via email to promptly deliver it to insurance agent. The originals came in the mail. They give you 30 days to pay.

It went well. I contacted them on Monday and by Thursday afternoon, they completed the work. When I picked up the paperwork, the survey was explained to me which was helpful.

I needed a survey and elevation. The work was done the day after I called and all aspects of the transaction were delightful!

Wow! This company is top notch. They were friendly, professional, fast, and affordable! I called just as the office was closing and the person I talked to took the time to answer all of my questions. By morning there was an estimate in my mailbox and within hours of approval, someone was at my property surveying my land. I will have the completed elevation certificate in hand within days of my initial request. A+ service all the way.

Went very well, from scheduling survey at my request, to providing forms in a timely manner
