+ -1 moreThe whole process from beginning to end was completed with upmost professionalism. Any questions or concerns I had was answered, and the level of integrity the workers showed really made a good impression. We had a rainy day and it was pointed out that rain was getting into my crawlspace, so I was immediately alerted that a french drain should probably be installed. This information probably saved me extra money of rework to address the flooding issue later on.

They were very reasonably priced and the chaps who carried out the installation worked tirelessly in the high summer temperatures. I would absolutely recommend the company for crawlspace projects.

+ -1 moreThe crew was punctual, professional, and experienced in all of their tasks. The job took two full days and included an electrician to support the dehumidifier. They also installed a drain line from the dehumidifier to the outside of the house.
Description of Work: I hired Bay Crawlspace Solutions to encapsulate my crawlspace and install a dehumidifier. They started by clearing out all of the old plastic and the wet, damaged insulation, which only served as a home to critters that should not be under my house. They then encapsulated the entire crawlspace, ran electricity, and installed a dehumidifier with a remote display device I keep in my kitchen. They lined the walls with three inch foam boards and secured the vents.
