BAY Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

We had our house stabilized because of growing cracks around door frames. Bay Crawl Space was recommended by a neighbor, and they've been great to work with, from the estimate to the office communications, scheduling, to getting the work done. Matt and Logan came right when they said they would, worked efficiently, super-nice, showed photos explaining what they'd done, and kept the gate closed so the chickens wouldn't get out.

Bay Crawl Space did a great job installing a vapor barrier and dehumidifier in my crawl space. Very professional from the first visit, updates from the office, and during the installation. I'm very happy with the finished work and definitely recommend them.

This is my second time needing service from Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair. The first time was 4 years ago with 6 push piers installed under the foundation footer. The service was excellent then, so I knew who to call when I needed a french drain/sump pump and more push piers installed under center beam. Michael Rowlands came out and inspected and gave a quote with the same honesty and trust he gave me for years ago. He took pictures to back up all his recommendations as usual. The crew Nate, Payne, and Michael did a great job and left my property just the way they found it upon arrival. The Electrical team Paul and Adrian did a great job connecting the lights and sump pump. The finish product looked as if it was built with the house. I trust this company with all my crawl space and foundation needs and you should to.

We recently had our crawl space encapsulated and I researched various companies and landed on Bay Crawl. We have done work to our house over the past couple of years so we have dealt with many vendors/contractors. I have to say Bay Crawl impressed us from start to finish. I first met with Charles who, after spending a good amount of time under our house, taking pictures, etc, sat down with me and reviewed it all in detail. He was very knowledgeable and provided various options based on what needed to be done as well as what he recommended we do. Everyone we worked with was kind and professional. Their communication was excellent - we knew exactly when they would start and how many days they would be here. They showed up at the same time everyday and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. They worked hard and kept us in the loop the entire time. I have seen more pictures of our crawl space than I ever want to see again! Yes, I would absolutely refer Bay Crawl to those who need crawl space work!

Everyone I have spoken with and talked to and worked with at Bay Crawl Space and Foundation has been exceptional. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and were interested in planning for improvements to the basement/crawlspace as we live in a flood zone. I had several companies come out and look at the space, and Bay Crawl Space was easily the best experience I had. David was very knowledgable and great at making reasonable recommendations for my crawl space and basement. He discussed multiple options with me and was candid about price, giving me his honest, practical opinion that fit within what we were looking for. Their pricing structure was easy to follow/compare and the quote was reasonably priced, if not a little lower than other companies I spoke with. There was a 6 week delay between inspection and installation of our new sump pump, but this wasn't an emergency, so we didn't mind the wait. However, once scheduled, I received several calls with great communication and payments were easily made online. When the time came for installation Matt and Sharron arrived on time, answered all of my questions/concerns and did a fantastic job installing our new sump pump. Two days later the electrical team Adrian and Paul also came on time and did quick work installing the outlet and lights around the sump pump. They even took a look at our electrical panel and answered some questions for me unrelated to the job. All members of this team were communicative, respectful, and great to work with. They left our basement clean and the installation looks really professional. It has been working well with the heavy rains we have recently been experiencing and I would recommend all of the members of this team if you have any concerns about your crawl space/basement. They have all really helped give me peace of mind and I will use them again if we have any other concerns Crawl Space or basement concerns.

Just got work completed with Bay Crawl Space. I had a great experience. As a first time homeowner, the first person who came out to do the inspection and estimate was amazing. Bay did a great job on installing a sump pump in my furnace room and connecting it to the existing system Bay installed in my crawl space. Space is now dry and systems working well. James and Steven were very professional and did a great job,

I had an encapsulation accomplished along with beam repairs, fungicide treatment, beam repairs, jack installation, French drain, etc.. It was a project that took a few weeks. Over that time the teams were always on time, cordial, friendly, and upbeat. They modified a few items based on my personal preferences without any issues. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed and none were overlooked. The teams kept the house clean, and made me aware of progress each day. The office staff was also outstanding, any calls I made were always returned quickly and had positive results. The job turned out wonderful. The work looks fantastic. I am very happy with the outcome.

Bay Crawl Space installed our moisture barrier and dehumidifier 4 years ago and we recently had our annual inspection again. I can honestly say we have not had any problems with anything they installed. The crew James and Eli were on time, professional and took the time to explain everything that was done to insure the equipment was working correctly. They did great work. The communication was excellent… they did everything they said they would do, and all on schedule. No missed appointments or no shows. The staff members (Paul and Adrian on the electrical team; technician James L; and the encapsulation crew of Aaron, Gianni, Patrick, and Alex M) were very conscientious and courteous. Each time I went outside to view the progress the team members were friendly, helpful and answered my many questions. I would not hesitate to hire Bay again! 

We had Bay Crawl Space come out yesterday to finish up the second phase of our crawl space renovation. James, Steven and John showed up early and finished the job quickly. They were professional and friendly and you wouldn’t even know they had been there with how clean they left everything. We will absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them!
