I had a french drain and sump pump installed . The team waa very professional and worked efficiently even in the rain. After the pump was installed the electrical team of Vinny and Dalton came out on the next scheduled work day. Not only did they perform top notch electrical work, but they also removed a snake from my crawl space!! Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair completed their one-year maintenance on our encapsulation and provided a thorough service. Chris A serviced our maintenance pumps, cleaned filters, and replaced batteries in the hydra. He also answered all my questions regarding some cleanup I had done by another vendor and completed work on other areas overlooked. Thank you for a job well done.

I've come to trust Bay with any foundation and crawlspace issues that I have more and more. Last year I was having issues with creaking floors and other issues in my crawlspace. Through Bay employees I found the cause was moisture damaging the flooring, etc. The solution to keeping the joists and flooring dry was to fully encapsulate my crawl space and install a pump and humidifier to keep the crawl space dry. It works great until it needs the filters cleaned and the unit needs serviced. This I had done recently and was very pleased with Chris A. 's and Vinny’s work to service and clean the system. They were very well mannered and polite, restored my system in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess they made. They even sent me a digital photo showing what they did. I’m very pleased with Bay Crawlspace and Foundation Repair and plan to employ them again for another property I own in the future. Thanks again Chris A and Vinny. Job well done!

We bought our home in April and a month in we felt something was wrong in July we were able to have bay crawl space come out since I seen posters on the highway. They were super profecional the guys that came to do the insulation removal, fungo treatment, and installation, Adían, Marquay, and Rashaan were super polite and professional and informative we appreciated that since there was days we weren’t home. They did an amazing job in general. We were told this had a transferable lifetime warranty and a 6 month check up and that is super good to know. Also big shout out to call center they were so amazing, in general their costumer service aid amazing and their work looks good too. Supervisor James also was great and explained everything in details.

Thank you to Bay for a very smooth installation. Communication with the office and the onsite teams was excellent. Everyone we dealt with for our project was incredibly pleasant. The teams arrived on time, site was cleaned up nicely following completion. Very respectful. The crew showed up as scheduled, were very professional and polite and got right to work. The job was completed and I got a debrief afterwards.

Hired Bay due to some upgrades to my crawl space. Rad, Travis, Steve, and Tucker were out there for a couple days. Kept me inform of what they were doing and of some small issues that came up (its an old house, its going to have issues) and they let me ask my "dumb" questions. Bay called me the next day to inform me the crew noticed some areas they didn't tape up so well while reviewing the photos. I only mention this because they could have easily ignored this, how would I ever know? But they sent Matt and Tucker out to finish up. After several days, I noticed a very difficult spot to access in my crawl space got missed and Nate came out and was able to seal that area up (even though I was convinced it wasn't possible) and taped up a collapsed air duct while he was down there, so that was nice. Appreciated the open communication that was given to me throughout the process.
