Our crawl space was completed on December 16th and we are very pleased with the results. We can already tell the difference in the much lower humidity both in the crawl space and throughout our first floor.. Gone is our musty smell and the first floor is now warmer in cold weather. Everyone we interacted with were very professional and courteous from start to finish. Beau's detailed estimate gave us the most options and flexibility of all the companies we contacted, as well as the best price. The crew, Art, Taylor, and Jack did an awesome job. They not only did a great job in the crawlspace, but did a great job of cleaning up around the exterior. Definitely recommend them!

Contracted Bayside Crawlspace to repair wood rot, install dehumidifier, sump pumps and encapsulate my crawlspace last fall. My 1st annual inspection was performed by service techs Matt and Misa last week. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Immediately upon their arrival Matt wanted to know if I had any concerns they should address. They were thorough in their inspection and Matt explained everything they checked and adjusted. I'm extremely satisfied with Bayside in every aspect. They earned and deserve the highest rating.

The underhouse looks great! Far better than it was and the encapsulation is keeping the humidity down. The doors are opening and closing again and it only took a few days. Well done.

Service was performed in a professional and courteous manner. Once the project was started Bay kept to the projected schedule. Upon completion the project manager performed an inspection and sent a service crew out to seal the new crawl space door. We are happy with the results. Our crawl space is clean, dry with a good guarantee.

I chose Bay to do the encapsulation in August 2018. Their estimate was considerably lower than the competition and they were basically using the same materials. Art and his crew explained the process , kept me informed of their progress and answered all my questions. Work areas were cleaned up at the end of each day. Removal of existing insulation, old vapor barrier and various debris and installation of new insulation on foundation walls, heavy vapor barrier, dehumidifier and condensate pump were accomplished in a timely and efficient manner according to the contract and local codes. End result is my humid, deteriorated and unsightly crawl space is now clean, sealed and dry. The relative humidity is kept at 50% or less year round. Great job and a happy home owner.

Everything went very well. Everyone was on time and the work was explained thoroughly from start to finish. Fred, the inspector, was always responsive and the lead tech, Jacob, had an excellent grasp on how long it would take to do the job and exactly how it needed to be done. Thanks for the excellent job that Mike, Austin, and Jermain did for us. Always punctual , clean, and courteous. They worked for a week installing a sump pump, doing a bora treatment, installing a dehumidifier, encapsulation, and moisture barrier. They always called before arriving and always arrived on time. At the end of each day, they provided a verbal progress report and cleaned up the area. I could not be more pleased with the dedication and professionalism these there young men showed.

Went very well. Crew notified us before arrival, always on time, respectful, cleaned up well, informed us of what they were doing as the job progressed, etc. A few minor things were forgotten about but they corrected them. A project manager came out to inspect the job a couple days later to ensure the job was completed correctly. Everyone I interfaced with in the company were respectful. Friendly and professional. Bay Crawlspace and Foundation Repair just completed complete encapsulation of our crawlspace and it looks great. Our team, Stefan, Troy & Emman were outstanding. They showed up on time and "powered through" the job in two days, keeping me well informed of their progress as they worked - complete with pictures.When the job was complete, Stefan and I went in the crawlspace and he showed me the completed job and what maintenance is needed to keep the dehumidifier working properly.I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Crawlspace to anybody.

Bay Crawlspace workers were here on time and were well prepared with all materials needed. Guys were very professional and answered any questions I had about how the system works. All work was completed the first day with exception of the foundation repair. New cement was poured and needed overnight to dry. Another crew, Seth and Matt, was here early the following day and completed the job. They were as professional and as helpful as the crew before them. Their work was tested soon after completed as the hurricane moved through a few days later and as best i can tell there is no visible water under there now. Good job guys! Thanks for the good work!

Great. From the inspection and estimate to the follow up after the job Bay Crawlspace are pros. They are reasonably priced for equivalent materials and work over their higher priced competitors. The company is easy to work with, give you no sales pressure and do great work that they stand behind and do prompt follow up when need. I've very happy with the job and almost one year later the crawlspace still looks great and humidity levels are right where they need to be to prevent issues.

Customer service was great! The details of the job were explained very thoroughly prior to implementation and I was suggested the right work for the right price. No pressure to purchase service I didn't need done. Once work started, it was taken care of very quickly and professionally.

I delt with Blake and he did a great job determining what I needed done to fix my problem. I had talked with 3 companies and Blake worked with me and came up with a much better price to get the job done. When the work was being done, Jacob, and his crew came and were very polite, and kept us advised of the progress of what they were doing. They always told what had been completed and what they still had to do. I was very impressed with this group of young men. They also wanted us to know how well they were treated by their company. The old, wet, moldy insulation was removed. French drains were installed around the perimeter with 2 sump pumps the remove excess water. The mold was treated and heavy sheeting was attached to insulation material to seal the space. A dehumidifier was added to monitor the air. Mike, Sam, JJ, and Andrew worked very hard and got the job done in cold, wet, and muddy conditions. They were pleasant, polite, and neat. Beau did a great job explaining the process in our initial meeting. We will definitely recommend the company in the future.

We received a quote, toured their offices and warehouse to see what would be done. They scheduled the work but came earlier to take out the old insulation early because household members had issues with mold. We were very happy to have that removed and then the work was performed on schedule with no problems. We would recommend Bay Crawlspace. Ty he price was very competitive. Professional workers.

This letter is to inform you of the disappointment I have experienced regarding the quality of work at my home. Your company started work on my crawlspace on the Oct 10, 2018 and said that they were complete on Oct 15, 2018. I initially trusted their word so I paid the invoice in full. I realize now that is was a mistake. Upon inspection later that day I noticed extremely poor quality of work by your company. The opening to my crawl space from the inside of my garage contained a set of custom cabinet doors that for some reason your workers decided to remove and in their place put a set of cheap looking and cheaply made low quality doors. Because your doors are not cut evenly they do not close properly and also are not anchored into the wall properly. Your workers also destroyed the custom framing that was originally installed in my garage. Without my permission your company replaced high quality custom made doors with something that is of inferior quality. Return my crawl space doors to the same level of quality they were before you started work on my home. On your website ([*** Link removed ***] , you claim that special access doors and vent covers are important to minimize air loss and keep pest and insects out of the crawlspace, but not only are my access doors poorly installed you company poorly installed vents covers as well. There are vent covers that are too small for my vents leaving gaps greater than 2 inches. There are also vents that have not been sealed to my home; in many cases they are not fastened to the brick of my home. The vents are literally falling off my house. For the few vent covers were caulked the caulk was not professionally applied (the caulk lines are not straight and has been applied sloppily). You claim that a professionally sealed crawlspace does not contain air gaps, but that exactly the state that you left my home in. I first complained about these issues Oct 15, 2018. I was told that your Forman (Walt) would come by my house to correct these problems but he did not show that day. Walt came to my house the evening of Oct 19, 2018 to inspect and acknowledge the damage done by your workers to my home. He assured me that he would return my garage crawl space entry back to its original state and fix the issues with the vent covers you installed. This was supposed to happen today Oct 22, 2018. However, Walt arrived to my home after 5pm and the sun had already set so no work was performed. What was supposed to fixed today has now turned to some unspecified day the week of OCT 29TH. If these issues are not corrected by Oct 30, 2018, then I will start legal proceedings to hold you liable for the cost to repair the damage you have done to my house and all legal fees associated with suing. I’d rather not sue, so please finish the job you started to the highest level of quality. If this means hiring subcontractors then do it.

I have mixed feelings about the company. The company made a lot of mistakes, but each complaint that I submitted they responded to and made an effort to correct them each time. It was a very frustrating processes but in the end they stuck to their word and left me satisfied.
