We had interviewed several companies before we met with Bay Crawlspace & Foundation Repair. From the minute Beau McLaughlin walked in the house until Seth Lilienthal did our final inspection we knew we had chosen the best company. Beau presented pricing for several options. We chose the one that worked best with our budget. Seth & Matt led our team from start to finish. The crawlspace is great, the house is level & best of all No More Shaking! We are thrilled with the results of their labor! Looking forward to moving to stage 2 next year resulting in encapsulation! From the moment Beau came to the house to perform an assessment he put us at ease. He was a no pressure, transparent consultant. He spelled out the different solutions and the pricing and we were able to piece together what worked for our home and our budget. Their pricing was the best of the three companies we met with. The crew arrived right on time and were the most upbeat polite, hardworking men. They explained everything they were doing and finished right on time. They cleaned everything up each day. The fantastic experience started with Beau coming to the house and making several proposals based on my budget. No pressure. He did a great job explaining everything. Once the crew arrived they worked tirelessly to get the job done. They cleaned up every day and the space was fixed perfectly.

I called to let Bay Crawlspace know that I found a vent cover that was missed when my Crawlspace encapsulation was completed more than a year ago ( I just found it sine it was behind a deck and hard to access. My dehumidifier reading was a little off , but not quite time for my annual checkup. The Quality Control Inspector that came to check my issues was Seth Lilienthal. He was very professional and personable. He took care of both of my requests. Very good service.

Seth and Emmanuel were VERY professional and made sure we were pleased with the job when they finished. LOVE this company!!

Nick and co. were fantastic! Initial installation of 4 jacks and support beams were completed in one day and after QA, it was determined there needed to be minor adjustments at no cost. These adjustments were completed in a couple hours and my dining room floor is no longer sagging and is stabilized for years to come! Great customer service too!

From the very beginning they were amazing. They worked with me to give me multiple options on not only the work that needed to be done, but the cost of each option to help me fit it in my budget. Marcus' crew was extremely professional and did an amazing job. The second crew of Tim and Seth finished up the installation and did a great job of explaining how everything works and ensured the entire job site was cleaned up. As with any construction job, sometimes things will happen and my HVAC control line accidentally broke, but Bay Crawl Space was amazing and paid for the repairs! Overall they did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Amazing job!

Needed crawl space work done. This company was hands down the best to go with. We had estimates done by three different companies and was recommended by friends to reach out to Bay crawlspace. I am so happy we did. Super affordable and wont up charge you for what you don't need. HIGHLY recommend. Shout out to Matt and Seth for coming out and taking care of everything we needed. Killed all mold. Replaced filters and serviced 2 humidifiers and installed 2 hygrometers.

Outstanding. We got our crawlspace encapsulated 4 years ago and it still looks amazing. We had to rent out our house for 3 years and once we came back we noticed the dehumidifier wasn't working. Their staff came right out and troubleshot and repaired and then also fixed the hygrometer that wasn't working correctly. Seth and Tom were the most recent techs to come out and they were both a pleasure to work with. Top notch company with a top notch staff. Great to see a company these days that knows the value of customer service still.

Excellent! Seth and Matt were efficient and thorough. Seth provided additional information on what to check in case of power loss to dwelling, which was really helpful.

I scheduled my annual inspection of my encapsulated crawlspace. Matt arrived and was thorough with his explanation of what he was checking for. Everything checked out fine and I continue to be satisfied with my decision to use Bay Crawlspace for my encapsulation needs.

I received several quotes from various companies before deciding on Bay Crawlspace & Foundation repair. The individual who performed my inspection and quote was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was to be performed. There was little pressure to decide and offered advice as to why other companies quotes were higher and why some of their procedures weren’t necessary. The crew did an amazing job and completed the work on schedule. The results were what I expected and I have recommended Bay to a number of my neighbors.

Awesome! Quality work at a very competitive price. Stefan, Emmanuel, and Adian (the install crew) did a terrific job. They were pleasant, hardworking, and kept me informed. Complete worksite cleanup at completion. Splendid results!

The one thing I want to say to this company is that pretending like your problems don’t exist don’t make them go away. I did what I could to stand up for myself after their lackluster yet expensive service and they still took to slamming me in defense of their “great service.” I find them incredibly unprofessional and unaccountable. I left the story on google reviews, if you’re so inclined to check out how catty they are.

Overall, we are happy with the work. They crew did break or water line twice, which ended up flooding a portion of the crawl space. Still bracing for the impact of that on our water bill. I was a bit concerned that they put the plastic down over the went soil from the water line break, but they seemed in a hurry to get the project done.

BAY Crawlspace sent out our inspector, Beau, to conduct the free inspection, where he found high moister and mold under my house. He explained our options on how to correct the issue. We chose to encapsulate our crawlspace to reduce the moister and kill the mold. BAY Crawlspace sent out two teams. The clean out crew took out the old insulations and all the debris, leaving under and around the house cleaner then when they arrived. My installation team, Austin, Adian, and Jerred were very efficient leveling and vapor sealing the ground and insulated the walls. Once complete, they took there time explaining the dehumidifier and what i need to know to make sure it is running correctly. I highly recommend BAY Crawlspace for anyone with foundation issues.

Bay Crawlspace performed a partial encapsulation on my house an also added a support beam. It started off a little rocky with the contract and some prices were misquoted, but Beau did his best to get me a good deal. Art and his crew did the work and they did a pretty decent job. There are some spots where the plastic wasnt placed, but for the most part; the ground is covered. My only "issue" is the location of the Dehumidifier. It is placed kind of far from the opening to the crawlspace and kind of a pain to get in there and change the filter. Also, I was not told how loud it would be and it's a little annoying especially being under my bedroom. Overall, I was satisfied with the work but maybe not so much the equipment(dehumidifier).

There were a few issues but they were taken care of for the most part.

Their price was lower than 2 other estimate I received and I got more done including 20 mil vinyl, a dehumidifier, and 2 inch foam board insulated panels installed on the inside block foundation. The work was completed on time. The workers kept me informed of what they were doing and all debris was cleaned up and removed.
