We were very impressed with the professional and responsive service by Bay Crawl Space from start to finish. The job was completed on time, as promised. The quality of the work appears to be very good. Overall, we are very happy with the results. We will be calling them back again to perform a levelling of our house foundation. My name is David Hall and I had Bay Foundation and Crawl Space Repair stabilize lift and repair my crawl space. Jamie my salesman was very knowledgeable and was there for questions any time during the process. Adian, Aaron, Darick and Chris A. where the young men that did the work at my house. Very professional and just nice young men. They put up with an old man wanting to see what they were doing and probably asking to many questions. I would recommend these guys anytime. We contracted Bay to do a full crawl space renovation including encapsulation, drainage system, mold remediation and dehumidification. From the start they were easy to communicate with, the installation crew called us daily to let us know they were on their way and a daily progress report. I am a contractor and I inspected there work, I was very pleased with the results and would recommend this company to friends and associates. Great Job! Our crew was Eric, Travis and Payne these guys are hard working and stay at it.

Troy and Jermaine came to adjust the jacks under our house. They were polite and professional and did a great job of taking pictures of and explaining their work. From beginning to end, Bay did a wonderful job for us. We decided to install a dehumidifier under our crawlspace, and customer service was great from beginning to end. We had our crawl space and dehumidifier inspected. The technician was friendly and professional. He showed us pictures of what he was checking for and what he did.

Sump pumps and drainage ditches were put under our house. We were provided pictures at the time the estimate was given and pictures again after the work was completed. Everyone they sent to my home was very professional. I highly recommend this company.

We had three quotes because our pump died and noticed water was standing in the crawl space. Other quotes requested that we replace the whole crawl space while Bay came out showed pictures of crawl space and how well the prior services was still in very good condition. Quotes us for the work that was actually needed and explained why. Bay's quote was $18,000 less than the other two companies quotes. Please note that we went with Bay and the work they have done is excellent. I have been in my house for 10 years and I have never seen the pump work so good. Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. They also made sure that all areas where very clean. The office customer services made sure we where updated on scheduling. Bay Crawl Space crushed the job. We did a full encapsulation with them and they were professional, on time(in fact moved us up because they were ahead of schedule), communication was amazing and the work was great. I loved the picture updates throughout the job. Highly recommend! Chris 1, Chris 2, Art, Matt and Jermaine all killed the job!

Contacted Bay Crawl Space (Bay) for some additional work beyond what was originally done approximately 2 years ago. Once again I was very pleased with all of Bay’s personnel. Fred, Bay’s inspector/advisor, came out and did a full inspection of the crawlspace, including the original work performed, looked at the areas where I was interested in additional work, and made a recommendation for upgraded insulation/sealing of the space. Prior to the day the work was scheduled, I was contacted by the office staff to confirm the date/time the work crew would be arriving and the crew, consisting of Stefan and Art, contacted me when they were enroute. Fred stopped by briefly after the crew arrived to ensure there were no questions regarding the scope of the work to be performed. As in the past, the Bay crew was courteous, professional, and willing to address any questions I had regarding the progress of the work.

We had our crawl space encapsulated with Bay a year ago. Troy and Nate came on October 1 to do an annual inspection, change the batteries in the humidity sensor and to check the dehumidifier. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and completed their work promptly, and then reviewed their findings with us. Their visit confirmed that we made a good choice to work with them a year ago.

As a first time home owner, we were very apprehensive to have such a big project to begin at our home. However, everyone from the office staff to the crew (Rad, Chris, Alex) that came out to our home have been phenomenal. Even when an issue arose, the foreman explained our options going forward and updated us on the progress of the job throughout the whole process. The quality of the work done, to your patience in answering all of our questions, and your professional and personable attitude gave us the assurance that our home was in good hands!

The crawl space team was led by Stefan was outstanding. The three man team was completed by Art and Shawn the first day and Floyd and Shawn the next day. We highly recommend Bay for your repairs.

Chris & Troy came out to install a dehumidifier in our crawlspace and replace the access door to the crawlspace for a more efficient one. It was time for my yearly inspection of my Encapsulation that was done last year. I will repeat from my previous review they did an amazing job last year with the work that was done. But back to the inspection Troy and Nate were on time and greeted me with a pleasant attitude and was eager to get started and make sure I knew exactly what they were doing. I'm a very Hands-On type of person so they had no issues with me coming under with them to see what the inspection was all about and what kind of things they were looking for. Overall everything went well and they answered all my questions and seemed very proud about the work that they were doing and the work that was done with the crawl space. He did the inspection and recommendations. Michelle, the Production Manager was great in her communication and was able to answer any questions I had along the way. The service with Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair was a very easy process. The salesman, Lenny, was upfront and he recommended to me the services that I needed and didn't need as well so that I won't spend unnecessary money for something that is not needed. The quote that was given to me was a nice good value for the work that was being conducted. It was better than the other quotes I received for the same amount of work from other companies. The guys were very professional, courteous, on time, and kept me in the loop as far as everything that was going on. Every time I called the office or the sell person with question they responded quickly and if they needed more info or had questions about anything, they gave me a call.
