BAY Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

In March 2021, I had Bay install encapsulation, a drainage system, and support/lifting jacks in my crawlspace. Every associate I dealt with was very friendly and professional, from the administration Sarah, the advisor Mike Rowland, to the whole team of installers. The quality of their work was impressive and I doubt it can be matched. They showed me pictures of the completed project and they exceeded my expectations. Fast forward to today, I had Bay return to provide my one free jack adjustment to accommodate my flooring installers who recommended I level the floor more. Bay's team of Troy and Nate called before their arrival and were punctual. I knew the type of service I was going to receive and was not disappointed. The service truly feels like you're having your friend come do work for you. Troy made a recommendation for an additional jack that I was happy to accept because of the level of trust I have for the Bay associates. I was happy to be Troy's 1st sell! I look forward to working with Bay again here soon for the installation of the new jack and any future crawlspace needs. It's nice to have peace after having work performed on your home and I rest easy with Bay. Keep up the great work!

Troy and Nate were recently out to do work under our home and they were punctual, polite, professional, and friendly. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and articulated clearly what work they were about to do. Also at that time they inquired if I had any questions. Upon their timely completion of the work they asked again if I had any questions before they left. We would not hesitate to have them do work for us again!

After a recent discovery of a moisture issue under our house we had several companies come and give us an estimate for an encapsulation. Bay Crawlspace was not the cheapest. However, after speaking with the employee that gave us the estimate, they were the most professional and seemed the most knowledgeable. Once we decided to go with Bay Crawlspace they were in constant contact to keep us up to date on the timeframe of the install. During the install Eric, Travis, Aaron, and Jermine showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, we are very pleased with the services provided by Bay Crawlspace.

Matt and James were incredibly professional. They worked in 98 degrees and were very kind and polite. They installed 3 jacks and it looks great. Great job with Bay. David walked me through all the issues with our house and came up with a plan to complete work step by step as we don’t use credit so things need to be done in stages. There was a complication that delayed the initial service date and I had to call 2x to get it back on the schedule. But we are all human and when I relayed the problem the office team resolved it immediately. On the day of Eric, Travis, & Shawn went above and beyond answering my curiosity questions every step of the way. Our house has a very complicated craw space and they navigated the obstacles together as a team. They were a pleasure to talk to and joke with.

We researched and received bids from several companies with regard to our foundation issues and received 3 very different bids with various recommended scopes of work. Our salesperson Fred was exceedingly patient answering many follow up questions --even taking our concerns to the company engineers to put our minds at ease. The repair was done in a timely manner and the follow on appointment were well done. Both teams were excellent representatives of the company -- Nick, Josh, Matt & James continued the excellent first impression we received from Bay Foundation Repair.

When we learned we had a major problem in our crawlspace with mold in our crawl space. We took a couple of estimates and decided on a local company, Bay Crawlspace. We choose a complete encapsulation, with a heavy lining and a dehumidifier. Their price was very reasonable and one third that of the company with the high estimate. Not only did they do an excellent job, but their people are also friendly, courteous, and professional and most important, on time. Kudos to Eric, Troy, Shawn, Matt and Jame for terrific work, as well as the electrical contractor. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Bay Crawlspace.

Bay repaired some structural damage, installed a french drain, and encapsulated our crawl space. Of all the companies that prepared estimates for us, Fred presented us with the most comprehensive and affordable option to address both our short term and long term needs. The foreman Art was amazing! He took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all questions, addressed all concerns and his team did an excellent job. We just has our first termite inspection since they did the work and the tech told us it was "beautiful" and he could not even find a spider web. Our kitchen floor no longer creeks, we no longer have standing water under our home, and the humidity levels have been consistently on the low end of normal. We are very pleased and highly recommend Bay Crawlspace.

Starting with the thorough estimate from Michael to the execution of the job of having the crawl space encapsulated and the floor repaired Bradley Aaron and Kay were professional courteous and polite. They arrived on time and kept me up to date with how it was going and upon completion left nothing behind. They did an awesome job fixing a soft spot in the floor and in the crawlspace. Would highly recommend this company.

The entire process from getting a quote up to completion of work for our crawlspace was nothing but a joy with Bay. The salesman - Scotty- was transparent with us about everything and answered all of our questions thoroughly. This was refreshing to have someone so down-to-earth (and honest) in sales! When we compared the services that Bay provided to other competitors in the area - Bay’s prices and quality products were hands-down the best. The fact that the work is warrantied and transfers if we sell our home also gives us peace of mind. Additionally, the scheduling team was accommodating to our schedule due to an upcoming vacation. The removal and installation teams were quick and efficient. Bradley, Troy, Jake and Aaron were helpful when we asked questions, went out of their way to help us understand the the process and even took video for us so we could see the results and showed us how to remove the filter from our dehumidifier unit. We received nothing but A-1, top notch service from Bay and would recommend them to anyone for foundation or crawlspace repair. They are absolute professionals all-around.

My husband and I recently hired Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair and we were very pleased with the company and the work they did. The men were professional and courteous from the time Lenny came out to inspect and give us an estimate, Troy and Tyler the service crew, and Nathan who did the final inspection. The men arrived on time, informed us what they would be doing, answered any questions we had and when the job was done the clean-up was superb. I must commend the office staff also. We had Bay come out and assess what I thought was foundation issues. Turns out it was moisture issues, with the underside of the house was totally saturated. Fred G. came out and showed us several solutions and was so helpful in this process. When he left that evening, we felt very confident and comfortable with the encapsulation plan for the crawl space. The following week ( week of 7-20-21) the crew , consisting of Eric, Travis and Derrick showed up as scheduled and performed the work in a professional and timely manner. They cleaned up each day and were absolutely professional in their manners and work. After talking to several other people we know, we realized even more what a good price we received and the customer service, from the engineer, the scheduling manager to the work crew itself , everyone was awesome!! I have nothing but great things to say about this company. From the time Lenny came to provide the estimate to Bradley and Aaron doing the actual repairs underneath my home. All were professional, friendly and answered any questions that I had. The office staff are amazing as well they worked around my schedule to get the work done. After getting several quotes I chose Bay for their pricing and their honesty. Would definitely recommend the company if you are thinking about foundation repairs.

My initial inspector had an emergency and could not make it. My inspection was scheduled for the very next day, and conducted by a man on what was typically his day off. He made an hour-long drive and showed up ahead of schedule. Upon completion, he gave a well detailed report including pictures of concerning areas, why the problems are concerning, and since I've never owned a crawl space before he even gave a brief explanation on how systems prevent problems in the future. The way this rescheduling was handled, and the service provided by the man who came out show true credit to this company, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for crawl space inspection or foundation repair.

Bradley and Aarron came out and ran some additional supports in my crawl space. My floor has a lot less bounce to it now. Both guys were very professional and knocked out the job in a few hours.

Nick and Alex did a great job... Punctual, professional, efficient. Took care to describe all the work and explained the features.
