Update from 1/15/24: Yearly Maintenance was done timely and professionally. Josh and Chris A. gave a courtesy call before the inspection and were on time. Our annual crawlspace encapsulation maintenance was recently completed to ensure that the dehumidifier equipment and sensor were working properly, to change the dehumidifier filter if required, to assess the overall crawlspace condition, and to ensure that the crawlspace remains sealed. Josh and Nate provided a courtesy call when they were thirty minutes away enroute and arrived within the scheduled appointment window. They explained what they would be doing, completed their inspection in approximately thirty minutes, and followed up with a good report. The office and field personnel of Bay Crawlspace are competent, courteous, friendly and professional!

I would like to thank the professional team of Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair for meeting my expectations on this difficult project on an old house with low clearance. The team of Mke Termnine, Eli , Art, Paul and Adrian did an awesome job and was very polite during the project. The project was well kept during construction. The team of Kasey and Sherron came into our home and treated it/us with utmost respect and care. Also Michael Rowlands assembled an informative proposal with good pictures of the crawl space conditions with recommended repairs that were necessary.

The initial crawlspace encapsulation was done a year ago. This appointment was to provide the annual check of the dehumidifier in the crawlspace. The initial work was done in a very professional and timely manner as was the follow up appointment. The main office was courteous in setting up the appointment and provided options that worked with our job schedule. We appreciate the entire Team at Bay Crawlspace, especially the follow up visit by Josh and Tucker.

I am grateful for the professionalism, dedication, and quality workmanship of all the Bay Crawlspace and Foundations employees who supported the work on my crawlspace. Fred was my expert advisor who explained every step of the process and ensured my wife and I understood all the terms and conditions of the agreement. The insulation removal & service prep crew consisted of James and Tyler. They had the old insulation and liner removed in record time. Next, the fungal treatment was provided by James who was very careful to do a thorough job applying the treatment. The electrical team (Adrian and Paul) were next in the sequence of work, and they installed the dedicated electrical line, circuit breaker, outlets, and lights associated with the dehumidifier. I sincerely appreciated how they ensured I understood the scope and nature of the electrical work to include how to utilize the GFI test/reset switch and circuit breaker. Finally, Rad was the leader of the production crew which included himself, Steve, Shawn, Dougie and Sherron. As promised, the crew completed the installation of the liner, foundation wall insulation, Titan Crawl Jacks, and dehumidifier all in one day. I was amazed with the transformation of my crawlspace into a clean, insulated, and humidity-controlled environment with lights. Last but not least, I want to acknowledge all the “unsung” heroes who worked diligently behind the scenes to make my crawlspace project an successful endeavor. I don’t know all their names, but they are the ones who scheduled the work, phoned me daily to ensure I was happy while the work was being accomplished, notified me when the county inspections were completed (Nikki), and followed up with me to ensure I was pleased after the work was completed (Nikki). This company is a pleasure to work with. They did a complete encapsulation of our crawl space with dehumidifiers. They are professional and timely in all of their work. Their estimate was reasonable, considering the job. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

James & Alex did a great job on the electrical work needed to install a dehumidifier in our drawl space. They arrived on time, explained their work so we would understand it, finished the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after they were done. Would recommend them.

Bay Crawlspace and Foundation Repair met all of my expectations in working with a professional company. Communication was superb regarding scheduling, arrival times and work completed each day. Micheal was my rep who explained every step of the process, how long it would take and what I could expect along the way. Work started with Chris and Josh who cleared debris from under the house. Kasey arrived next to apply bora treatment to all areas.Aarons crew-Darrick Dean, Gianni, Duggy, Matt and Payne were next up. They began the production part of the process. I must say they did an exception job and even when they ran into an unexpected problem (due to the age of my house) they addressed it seamlessly to complete the project. All work done on days we scheduled in the beginning and completed in very timely manner. In the end, Nathan-project manager, came by to inspect all work done and to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed. Josh & Chris A. completed my yearly service; they were excellent and professional. They went above and beyond accomplished and took pride in their work—a trait complex to find these days.

Bay Crawl Space came out to do our yearly home inspection since we had our crawl space encapsulated last year. Matt & Payne were on time, very professional and took care of all of our needs. We used to have a very damp crawl space and now our floors are warmer in the winter and humidity is at the level it should be. When you have moisture issues, call Bay. They will take care of you and do a top notch job.

I am very please with the quality of work and professionalism of the crew. They communicated before the appointment and during the work with explanations and updates. The crew were very careful to clean up after the job as well. I could not ask for better service. I would like to recognize Elgin, the crew leader and Travis, Cedric, and Alex. Rob the field supervisor came by to ensure all was well and answer any questions also. All in all a very good experience.
