Bay was great to work with. They took their time to get the right solution for our moisture problem. Today after about a year we still have a clean, dry crawlspace and can monitor the moisture levels remotely.

We had a great experience with Bay Crawlspace from start to finish. Beginning with the estimate, Michael was very reasonable. We received an estimate from a competitor in which they quoted us a price based on the installlation of a single dehumidifier and full encapsulation. Michael calculated that we needed two dehumidifiers to do the job correctly. Bay’s initial estimate came in higher than the competitor, and Michael insisted that two dehumidifiers was that right way to accomplish the job. Bay won our business by agreeing to do the job at the competitor’s price with two units. All work was done on time and on budget, and the crawlspace looks great. We noticed a very small gap between the access door and the frame, and Bay came right out and fixed it free of charge. Along the way, Christa, Mikki, Samantha, and the rest of the team provided excellent customer service. Thanks to the team at Bay for a job well done!

The crew at Bay Crawl space really did a great job with my repairs for water intrusion beneath my home. Everyone was very professional, from the inspection done by Beau M., the grading and pump installation done by Nate, Travis, Michael, and Art, the electrical work by Paul and Adrian and even the admin people on the phone(Nikki). This is the second project they completed for me. The first was home leveling done by Matt and Payne. Two jobs, two great experiences.

It was discovered that the builder of our home had cut a floor joist to run duct work and the floor had developed a sag over the years of 3/8”. We were putting in a semi custom kitchen when this was discovered and I was worried that the weight of the new countertops would further damage the structural integrity of the joist. Bay Crawl came out and found additional damage that I was unaware of, caused by my decking. They gave me a good quote and put me on the schedule asap in order to keep our kitchen makeover on track. They stabilized the joists, repaired the band board and had me taken care of in 1 day. I’ve been a client for years and they are an amazing company to work with. Mike, Termaine, Payne and Eli were terrific and very professional. Their office team…also terrific with follow up and customer care.

Several years ago, Bay Crawl Space installed numerous jacks under our 100+ year old home, as well as encapsulated the crawl space and installed a dehumidifier.
